Absolutely horrible experience. Called to place and order and the lady was very rude. Then I called around 820 to place another order and the phone just rang and rang. Called for almost half an hour and was so upset I drove there. Got there around 850 and they told me they are closed and stopped taking orders at 830. The door says 9pm so I don’t understand. Very disappointed. Loved pearls until this experience. Won’t be attending this location anymore. Also need to fix their policy and information. If you close at 830, why does it say 9pm????

Great place for a carry out meal. The plates are piled high and you get so much food for your money. The Kalbi beef is excellent.

Every time I go the food is always delicious. I've heard crazy stories about Rats but I'm sure. Like any other eatery it's very difficult to keep the critters out. I'm sure they have an exterminator the food is delicious and I will always keep coming

My boyfriend and I had stomach pain after eating the food and had to constantly go to the bathroom. The kimchi tasted like watered down vegetables and the Choy sum tasted weird. The chicken and meat jun tasted good but the veggies were the ones that tasted weird. Probably not gonna order from here for a while.

I like this place. A different variety from the regular fast food. A little bit pricey but good food and they always slap on a huge portion of sides and rice. They place itself is always clean and maintained.

Food is super fresh and authentic. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the prices... A little steep, but make no mistake you won't disappointed with the quality and portions (very generous). The cold side options are all very fresh and tasty.

Probably the worst meat Jun I’ve had in my life. This place used to be good but now the cooks don’t really care. Can you at least cut the meat Jun up in pieces?

I don't like how they serve their spicy bbq chicken. It's not hot and fresh.
