Great service. Only thing that I noticed is when they make my cold brew they add water to the coffee. I really don't get why they add water to my coffee. I paid for coffee. Not coffee mixed with water.

Stood over 15 minutes with my young son waiting to be served. No one greeted or acknowledged my presence or even to say welcome pls give us a minute. I get it, we are busy but the question is are we valued as a customer?

They always seem to mess up my drinks, it would’ve been easier to tell me you guys were out of oatmilk than filling my whole cup with only ice .

I didn't rate the food because I typically don't go for the food. Not my type of arena naturally, but the service is very welcoming and even better than the awesome drinks.

The dude behind the counter mentioned the Refresher can come with coconut milk, which I ordered (Strawberry), and gosh that was the best Starbucks drink I have had. Five stars all the way!

The customer service at this place is awful, with no one knowing what’s Happening. I was looking for a product and was told to come back early Friday morning. I arrive just for them to tell me that they open boxes until 7-8am when it’s busy. I say I have to work so can I get it now the response was no because it’s not busy. Frustrating because I was told to come first thing in the morning.

drink was great fast service. my biggest issue is they always hand me my hot drink with the cup damaged and the lid coming off. first time i had to tell them to change my cup because the lid literally came off as they handed it to me. i wasn’t going to review that incident but second time back and boom, another damaged cup with a lid struggling to hold on. :)

They have some guy standing in the middle of the street taking orders, not because the drive thru ordering system is broken, but because they think it will be faster. All it does is back up traffic. If they are going to do that, then the orders need to be ready when you pull up to the window since the kids inside have more time to make them. At least my order was right so I guess there's that.

Staff is great, drive-thru is a bit busy at times and the drinks are good. Only 2 stars because they switched to paper straws, can't even finish my drink, and I drink fast. O-well guess I'll be saving a few thousand dollars a year by not coming back.

I always go to waipio location which they are awesome! I went to this location twice, first experience, the lady did not greet me. She stood there and just kept looking at me. She helped me after I spoke to another worker. Second experience, I didn't have a ride so I ordered through uber. Uber driver was great but starbucks forgot to give the driver all the food I ordered, only the drinks. Not happy with this location!!

Always an awesome experience. Local traffic is a bit much sometimes, but there is a system that works itself out. Keep your blinker on, follow the pattern, and try not to block exiting traffic from the drive through or the other stores. The staff is courteous and sweet. The inside of the store is always clean.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, fast service, orders are always exactly as I requested. Employees seem to love their work and it shows in their service and quality. My favorite Starbucks location.

Great group of workers and all ways friendly so ealry in the moring and evening when have got coffee each time. Great food and coffee. Recommend this location as well with drive threw.

Starbucks has been my life saver these last couple of months and honestly, I wasn’t a huge fan of the superficial employees but the Starbucks in Mililani is straight to the point, “here is your coffee, have a nice day” and it’s the best!

Always out of items and never ready when you show up. Even worse, the baristas just stare at you like your stupod for ordering something they don't have because 'they just sold out'. Fix your store inventory tracking system.
