I heard that Fantasy opened a new branch in the West, and I immediately gathered some friends to go try it out. Compared to eden terrance branch the new one is much more spacious and comfortable. The food is pretty much the same, with the familiar deliciousness of their cooked dishes and the freshness of their a wide range of meats, seafood, and vegetables. What's great is that they serve everything quickly, so you don't have to wait long to get what you want. Plus, there's no lingering greasy smell after enjoying the barbecue, which is a real delight. I definitely plan to come again for barbecue with friends next time. It's delicious, affordable, and incredibly convenient. A big thumbs up！

Fresh meats, vegetables, and fruits come with delicious desserts. Fantastic BBQ restaurant for couples, friends and families. Kid friendly, fashion design, yummy taste and a great experience!!

Had lunch today at Lincoln road Fantasy Korean BBQ. I am aware that it is a food chain and having been to one of their other branch at New North road, l feel there is a room for improvement. First the paper towels are in a plastic which makes it hard to use. Their meats are placed high* hard to reach) because they tried to store everything in one container. Also few dishes to choose from. The noodles are totally different from what the New North road offers. No fried eggs and for vegetables, all l could see was mushrooms, onions and kimchi. The place looks clean. There were only 2 ladies serving on the floor. Most of the trays were empty, wonder if they fill them because l got there at 1pm and they close at 2pm. Moreover, l am not the first one to note this. One person who reviewed before me did mention that their lunch menu is not great. Still l prefer Han Duck Hanmere at Northshore, then New Borth road Korean BBQ. This one needs a lot of improvement but in saying that it is way better than other Korean BBQ places in West Auckland.

For lunch, there are not many options compare to other branches which is a shame for the price of $36.8 per person ($3 cheaper than dinner). Very disappointed that there are no marinated L.A ribs for lunch as we went specifically for that. For the food they have provided, they’re all quite nice though. Note there are no dessert for lunch except soft ice cream.

Tried this newly opened restaurant and considered how new it was, everything seemed to be sorted, good selection of foods, soups, uncooked and cooked, even a deli of deserts with a soft cone machine. Only con was all table can only seat 6 with one cooker, so if anyone on your table can’t eat a particular food group, hopefully they can sit at a table close by.

My first time here with family tonight and we all had a good dinner and came home full. We aren't korean bbq experts but reckon some clearer labels on the meats and veg would have been helpful. We enjoyed the cooked foods, but with six of us sharing the bbq plate we were a little crowded. Ice cream was very nice - reckon some sauce and sprinkles would be amazing.

We thought we would try a meal here based on the amazing reviews, I think the team had a bit of a tough day at the office. The staff were so busy trying to turn the tables they just couldn’t keep up with all the people. Luckily one of us had experienced Korean BBQ before, most of our table had not and we were surprised there was no explanation to how it all works and where everything is. We also felt the food was a bit bland and just lacked the love that Korean food usually comes with. We are used to Korean food that is full of flavour and makes you want to just keep eating more and we felt this just wasn’t the case this evening. Perhaps tonight was just an overly busy night and they may have been missing chefs but we were just a little disappointed with our experience.

I am glad that West Auckland finally got a nice BBQ buffet restaurant. The meats are fresh and well seasoned. The cooked dishes are also tasty.
