We had such an amazing time touring Auckland in May! Karthik was an outstanding and highly knowledgeable tour guide who provided us with a personal, fun experience. He gave each passenger a little bag of snacks and water upon pick up and allowed us to navigate the day at our own pace. The coastal sites were stunning and the wineries were equally as beautiful with DELICIOUS food and wine. It was an overall pleasant experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with Karthik again!

The tour with Karthik and The Ultimate Zip Line experience were hands down the BEST experience we had in New Zealand! Karthik was so knowledgeable about Auckland and the surrounding area. He is friendly and offers great recommendations... I'm so glad that I took his advice and booked the Ultimate zip line instead of booking the original zip line. It was amazing! Lunch at The Fat Dog was delightful(included) as were the visits to the garden park and the geo-thermal hot springs park. He listened to our interests and made sure to accommodate.

Enjoyed a wonderful day with Karthik as he took my best friend & I to the caves. We were both the only people on the tour and Karthik picked us up directly from our hotel at 6:30am with a bag of snacks and water. Karthik was very informative and engaging about the history and facts of each location that we visited and about New Zealand itself. We first stopped at a coffee shop for a quick drink and bite and then we got dropped off at the Ruakuri Cave for a 10am 90 minute tour. It was a nice small group tour and we got to take a lot of photos and see the caves in depth and the glow worms! Afterwards Karthik dropped us off at Waitomo Caves for a 12pm 60 minute tour. Although no photos are allowed here, we enjoyed walking through the cave, especially in the Cathedral area and we got to go on a short boat ride to see plenty of glowworms from above. Afterwards, we had lunch nearby that had delicious food options with a little shop and then we headed back to Auckland which we got back around 5pm. Karthik is the best guide you can have - super friendly, attentive, never rushing, and always sharing fascinating information with great recommenations. We highly recommend this tour (10/10!) and we are excited to go on another tour ExperienceKart offers when we come back in the future.

We travelled to Auckland to visit our friend and his family. During our stay, we booked ExperienceKart to see and experience snow at Mt Ruapehu. Karthik was our driver and guide. He showed up well before on time on the day of our travel with a bright smile. He is a great listener, friendly, professional, communicates well and has excellent driving skills. We were a group of 7 and also took our Fur baby. He made our journey comfortable right from the beginning. The tour van was clean, with good leg spaces and he played good music to suit our taste. In having a chat with Karthik, we were gobsmacked to know that he left his high paying IT job to get into the tour business which was his passion for long. Wow! Hats off to him for following his passion and to this family for supporting him. Overall, it was a great experience with Karthik and we would not hesitate to book and travel again in our next visit. Amazing personal tour service. Karthik the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and made for an unforgettable experience. My wife and I spent two days in a row with his service. We had an unexpected change of plans due to weather and we were able to sort out new options for an equal, if not better, experience. For the tour service we were greeted both days with a variety goodie bag of snacks for the journey. Karthik was always on time, helpful in and out of the vehicle, sorted all the bookings. His wife Vee does the behind the scenes coordination and she was very helpful communicating leading up to and during the trip. You will get what you are looking for with this service or more and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to tour New Zealand.
