Out of all the hotels Ive stayed in for social housing, this one is the worst. Tiny rooms, not clean, smells of trash. Whole place is miserable and you're charged an arm and a leg for any "extra" management can think of. Maybe the owners should focus on providing a good service to make profit, rather than trying to make a profit from the homeless.

For the price I expected much more. The room was small, the furniture in the room was well worn. The lift/hallways always smelt of fish or smoke. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. It was very loud in the room, very difficult to sleep. The TV is very small, poor quality and movies cost. Reception is limited so hopefully you dont have an issue outside those hours. Even the fact they only provided 6 capsules of milk not a little carton meant there was barely enough milk for two people to have one coffee.The location was why I picked this hotel, if you have to be located in henderson this is the best option but know you are paying for that and the room will be a let down. I honestly felt ripped off.

Clean & tidy, but if you want a park they charge $10 per night & only if they have any parks left. Not enough parks, we had to find one on the road, not easy in Auckland. They only tell you about booking a car park after you have booked & paid. Not good enough

The worse hotel ever. It’s level 3 & yes I can provide my own toilet paper but that’s also the job of this hotel, to provide toilet paper ect. And they don’t. Their cleaners have the worse attitude even though me and my family make things easy for them. We take out our own trash during the time where they should’ve came in and just leave it outside so they don’t need to bother us. In level 3 they can’t deep clean so they made us take our sheets outside. We cleaned our own sheets, keep in mind we have a 3 year old, and in a small space they get curious, there were minor stains on the sheets because of our 3 year old and we removed the sheets and placed them outside and stated on the piece of paper distributed to all residents here. They left our sheets outside and they never even had the decency to knock on our door tell us that they are unable to take these sheets and give us new ones, we have to clean them ourselves and then give them back. None of the staff know what manners are. And they don’t even provide all services that are stated on their papers that we signed. I could write a whole essay on how bad this hotel is so I might be back.

This apartment had everything needed to recover and recharge from an exhausting week; comfortable bed, air conditioner, fully equipped kitchen to cook your own meals, tea, hot chocolate and coffee beverages, washing machine, dryer and laundry soap, bathing utensils and a desk to work at. Downstairs is a machine where you can get snacks. Also: No problems with a later checkout or entering / leaving the complex at night since it‘s a 24/7 reception service.

Our father had passed away. So we were really upset. We came to this place to ask for accommodation We rang the button and spoke to a person who said they would be down. We waited and waited, so we contacted them again, another person answered this time. They decided to tell us there was no accommodation. I will never ever go back to this disgusting place. There was no courtesy at all. I was tired, upset and we had more family who were arriving. The saddest part was being treated like we did not matter. So broken hearted.

I have always trusted Quest hotels, yet I was disappointed with this one. The location was convenient but It was old and tired looking. The coffee table in my room had bent legs that were almost broken, and the table to eat at was small and wobbly. The lighting in the bathroom was horrible. I could never get anything to load on the TV. I don’t feel it was good value for the money. The receptionist was very friendly but generally there was not a professional feel to the place. Bugs were constantly swarming outside the door you had to enter after hours which wasn’t very pleasant. I don’t know if this was somehow different being Quest apartment hotel, but it was definitely not up to my usual great Quest experiences.

I would like to highlight the excellent Housekeeping service , as long stayers we have service 6 days per week and we really appreciate the attention to the details from the Housekeeping team and specially “Rohini”. Her way of talk is so admirable as she is very humble and polite. She is very helping and bubbly. Thank you for assisting us and being a wonderful person.

Not very impressed with this hotel. We have stayed in a lot of other Quests and this has to be the worst. The only nice thing i would say is its handy to shops etc and quiet. It felt dirty and a lot of things were broken. Sorry to say i would not stay here again and its not worth the money.

Before I even arrived the had the audacity to call us not even 2 hours before we arrived saying we had to pay a $200 bond not communicating with us and not even telling us till a hour before we arrived that it shuts in an hour reception didn’t even acknowledge us Housekeepers was absolutely disgusting didn’t even clean and one of the housekeepers shoulder barged my friend and talked to us like we where stupid would not recommend also flies hanging around everywhere

They don't wash dishes, but on the other hand, they are really very kind and helpful.

Always tidy and quiet and when we see someone, they always have a smile and answer your questions immediately.

Great spot with very friendly and helpful staff .great location for me as wanted to view childhood home .nice rooms and handy to shops and restaurants.

A nice clean place to stay. My door was straight across in a tiny off shoot hallway from another door, the guests were coming and going fairly frequently quite late and it was loud every time their door shut. Overall a good experience and convenient to where I needed to be. Bed was hard and definitely needs replacing but that's my only issue with the room itself.

Just have to write to say Taylor on reception is the best receptionist I have ever met, most lovely accommodating women I have ever met, Thank you Taylor. Highly recommend here.

Bit of a rocky start to a holiday. Nick, the manager, got a room with very short notice, couldn't be more welcoming, and went above and beyond in helping get travel organized when previous arrangements fell through. Can't thank Quest Henderson enough!

The staff there are awesome, they go out of their way to make your stay great. Plus it's situated fairly close to malls and supermarket

Clean rooms. Well equipped. Great shower &toiletries, fridge door a little awkward to open by room door but washer drier great ! Duty managers very friendly & helpful. Sorted extra night when flights postponed. After hours access x1 night an issue but external intercom & outside phone eventually sorted. Great stay otherwise. Many Thanks.

Broken shower, broken stove hood, broken towel rail. Chipped kitchen counter, dirty walls, floor and cupboards, torn couch. Really disappointed! Will not be staying again.

Great. Everything inside my apartment is exactly like a home (kitchen with dishes and dishwasher, if you get lazy to handwash. Washing machine and dryer too. Tv (glad to watch normal tv. Also it's helpful to read what QUEST HENDERSON has to offer) and enough wifi to cover my daily data or top up at reception if needing more data.) So close to everything, supermarkets, shopping mall, library, train station, gas station next door, takeaways, parks nearby and swimming pools Well worth it. staff are great, if needing anything, don't hesitate to ask with kindness. I haven't had any problems at all.

I stayed at the quest for emergency housing during my stay was ok changing rooms all the time and that but a few months before I left one of the workers her name was Amy said I had to let cleaners in my room so I accepted that and let them in i was gone for a good 2 months and was in and out to check on my room every time I did my room was a mess everyday and after being told I need to let cleaners in they didn’t even do there job but change the rubbish bags and as soon as I left the charged me for a broken bin I didn’t break and x2 bowls they may weren’t even in the room when I first moved in I had to get my dad who stays in sth akld to drop few things off for me As I had no car and they also charged me for x2 pillows that I never took also they claimed that there bins were $85 worth which is a totally big lie they just wanted more money

Very accommodating and made our stay very easy and stress-free. Studio had excellent amenities - including a washing maching and dryer, crappy water pressure in the shower and no lighting or space at the vanity (why why why?) but otherwise it was great.

Rooms are clean and tidy, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, large flat screen with wifi included and the standard requirements. Staff are friendly and helpful and location is in the heart of Henderson shopping village.
