The activities were cool but the water hole was very dirty and gross. There were also tonnes of wasps and a lot of people got stung by them.

All my kids love this great holiday park.. a must to send young people to for holiday activities. They come back raving and satisfied ..a truly life changing experience for everyone attending. .

Absolutely disgraceful behavior. Auckland is in a State of Emergency due to widespread and severe flooding and the camp will not negotiate a cancellation or postponement of a booked camp the day following the flooding. "National Emergency Management Agency @NZcivildefence Auckland - Avoid non-essential travel today. Stay home if you can. If you do have to travel, drive to the conditions and never drive through floodwaters. If you come to a flooded area, turn around and go another way. Put safety first. Don’t take any chances." I am only writing my observations as per communications from the school, they were unable to cancel due to your response. You have denied cancellation despite the current situation, most kids families cannot or will not attend due to the current State of Emergency. There is nothing opinionated about my review and I will stand by all my comments. Happy for you to prove me wrong, but you seem to not understand the situation. Rooms were good bathrooms were okay until 1 bathroom was flooded with water. Food was not good at all besides 1 of our meals at dinner, I don't know if it was the package they gave us but our food was put out and then was taken so fast as to other camp sites weve been to food is left out for the whole day for the campers to eat we were also given potatoes from the day before as it was leftovers. .No laundry room for us to use was a disappoinment. 👎🏼👎🏼

If you can handle the cold fresh waters of the Waitakeres, and ain't afraid of the local Taniwha, then its a mint summers spot! Well maintained camp grounds with a good range of activities on offer.

Hi I am Rebecca stoltz and this camp is the best I had so much fun the food was mind blowing The view was just drop dead the bush walk was fun the flying fox was a great fly don't look down I went tirimoana school in 20014 now 20015 year6 year 7 and it was the best I had fun and a wet pants about 5 times just you see you will be at the top of the world with the fun you have what are you waiting go now your still there go!!!!!!!

Great place for school camps. Food was awesome and the activites were great for kids to try. Staff were amazing.

I went here at year 5 food was super good activities were fun long lasting and wide ranged I really enjoyed my stay if I could I’d put 6 stars.

This place is a 100/10, staff were all nice and friendly, the rooms were surprisingly quite clean and cosy, and the location wasn't far off from Auckland. Overall, the experience was amazing. Would definitely recommend this place. My favourite part was the gym and the close by river.

i went to this camp for school it was AMAZING. it was abit of a long drive but it was SUPER COOL. but some bags got left in the bus but still 5 stars. my favourite part was rainbow tag. thank you for letting us stay a big thank you from waiuku primary school
