Have been a member at F45 Swanson for a little over 2 years now. Not once on my journey at F45 Swanson has it been a struggle to motivate myself to get to classes. This is not just a gym, but a genuine community of humans that just want to have a good time, get fitter/stronger and boost each other up! This vibe comes from the top down… Yas and her team of amazing trainers are the absolute best. They have passion, knowledge and energy to share with all members no matter what age or stage of life. I have no hesitation in recommending F45 Swanson to everyone and I look forward to continuing my health + wellbeing journey here for a while to come 💙❤️🤍

Excellent classes really work you so hard and push you out of your comfort zone. Awesome vibe and atmosphere.!! Excllent management very helpful in all aspects. Not many weekend options though which is not good if you like to exercise in the weekends due to during week commitments. If they had more weekend options it would be 5 stars for sure.

I’ve never been much of a gym person and was really nervous going to F45 Swanson. I had nothing to worry about, all the trainers are absolutely fantastic and so welcoming and friendly. If you are struggling with anything a friendly face is always nearby to encourage you to do your best. The trainers know how to get the best out of you, even when you think you can’t work any harder! F45 Swanson is my happy place and I couldn’t imagine not going. I would highly recommend anyone to join this fantastic studio and become part of the fit family

I joined the Swanson F45 family when they opened back in October 2019. Honestly love the studio so much! I have gone from someone who hated to work out, to someone who enjoys waking up and attending the 5am class every single day. The trainers are amazing, always greeting you with a warm smile and helping with technique. I never thought I would love F45 as much as I do, and it really is thanks to all the amazing and kind people running the place. Thanks team!!

F45 Swanson is without doubt THE BEST F45 studio I have ever trained at. All the trainers are very knowledgeable, professional and motivate you to push yourself to your own limits no matter what your ability is. The studio is spacious and always clean and tidy. Communication from the owners and team is top notch and always prompt (especially in this Covid world). There is a true family spirit at Swanson and it is fantastic how hands on the owners are - their commitment to their business and members and trainers shows!

I've been coming to the F45 Swanson studio since Feb'20 & throughout lockdown. I absolutely love the ever changing workouts, the sick beats that play, the fellow members are so supportive & encouraging (which is something I've never experienced at any other gym before), how each trainer will get to know you, your physical ability all whilst pushing you to your absolute limits to help you get the results all with huge smiles on their faces. I have absolutely zero regrets joining the F45 Swanson Studio, it is best thing to have come out of 2020. I highly recommend that you come give it a go - come live your best life with the rest of us & before you know it, you will be part of the F45 Swanson Family too!!

Tried out the 7-day trial, and I gotta say, it's not your run-of-the-mill gym – it's like a party for your muscles! 🎉 You walk in, and the vibe is off the charts welcoming. But seriously, what sets F45 Swanson apart is the killer support you get from the trainers. It's like having your own personal cheer squad, and they genuinely care about your fitness journey. Yas and the team - Absolute legends.
