Apologies to the lovely Kath who served me for only writing this review now. I came in to sell a diamond ring and was served by Kath who was such an amazing sales rep. She was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable and even went the extra mile to educate me on how to inspect diamonds for future purchases. If I could, I would give her 6 stars as she made my entire sales experience so much more easier. Thank you Kath :)

Went to the effort of bidding on one of there auctions , outbid n won said Auction paid for item only to have them contact me and say it had been sold instore how rubbish is this that they sell item instore during an Auction legally they have to honor Auction -grosly unfair that you win for them to sell item instore to someone else If an item is Auctioned should be pulled from shelf. I think someone went in and bought it deliberately at bigger price know it had finished online. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Went in today with my broken and old jewelry expecting to be met with a low blow offer but surprisingly was offered exactly what I was hoping to get, plus a little bit extra. Katrina was very fair, helpful and just over all a delight to deal with ! While in store, I witnessed the other staff being very courteous and also fair in their dealings also . Lovely team you have there guys! I will definitely be making Henderson my first port of call in the future. Thanks again.

Poor customer service’s asked the question if they could guarantee that the item I was looking to purchase wasn’t a stolen item they said 100 percent they could say that it wasn’t a stolen product and when I challenged them on it and told them that they last item I bought came back stolen when I sent it to the agent for servicing and his response was yes I remember that. So dollar dealers a big 🖕🖕how’s that for a review 😂😂
