A&W located at 780 1st St SE, Richmond MInnesota offers a fun and tasty experience! Great location, easy to find, lots of parking, very clean and friendly staff. The A&W Rootbeer is made on-site with ‘real cane sugar’. Worth a trip and a sweet experience! Well done!

We are on our way back to the Twin cities and decided to pull off and stopped to get something to eat at NW since we have not been there in many many years. We were totally blown away on how much the menu has been updated and how much more you guys are offering for food. What we really like those that we got our food pretty much pretty fast, and also that you guys had A&W souvenirs for sale. We bought some and couldn't be happier. So not only great food for the area but also souvenirs from A&w which are hard to find. You're not closed that store keep it going 😁 And of course. The Root beer was totally awesome😎

Very disappointed! They "forgot " our food. We asked for our money back. Then they laughed at us because we were PISSED. Needless to say, we won't be back.

A&W Rootbeer in a frost mug. This is what I chose for my birthday treat! The Richmond MN location was clean and staff was friendly. Patio tables available if the weather is nice so you can dine outside.

How does a fast food place get five stars? (Soda lovers pay heed) 1) Possibly the best Root Beer you'll ever try (prepped in store). 2) Certainly the best Root Beer float in history. 3) Never disappoints, excellent service, clean, inviting, inclusive.

I'll start by saying the cheeseburgers were fantastic!!! Now the service was a little lackluster because I felt like I was being rushed through the drive-thru, And I was missing an order of onion rings, and received a small order of french fries when I ordered a large. I'm not sure if I got someone else's order or it was just a mess up. I was too far away by the time I noticed, I called phone rank about 25 times before I gave up. I wasn't too angry, I'm still going to go back and get another one of those fantastic cheeseburgers hopefully they'll get the rest of my order correct.

Onion rings & fries were hot & fresh. Sriracha Cheese Curds were pretty good. Only downside, a little spendy.

Tried the Apple Pie Shake, today. It was great. Thank you for the great service. You are a really nice team! Always get the best service, possible!

The food here was amazing but the employees here are a disgrace. The way they treated the people sitting next to us was unacceptable. Some people have to take meds for certain things or have something that requires them to get their food in a decent amount of time. 3 orders got filled before the couple that was there BEFORE any of us. We will NOT be coming back again.

This A&W is worth the drive from St. Cloud. The people are friendly, knowledgeable and understanding when a little kid takes forever to choose what they want to eat. Have been there before and will continue to support this establishment. Thank you A&W 😊

I eat here at least once a week, sometimes drive thru and sometimes dine in and have NEVER had a bad experience with either. Food is always hot, correct and delicious! Keep up the great work!
