    This store is the worst I’ve ever visited. The employees are rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional. My son stopped in the drive-thru and the young lady through the speaker denied him service because she “thought” he was another person she literally said through the speaker, “We do not serve woman beaters at this location!!!!” What!!!! I called to speak to management and no one returned my called. I am seeking legal action. How can this happen and it be ok?????

    Terrible customer service. I asked for a chocolate croissant and they told me they were out of them at the window. No big deal, I understand supply is short right now. So I asked for a 10 count blueberry donut holes instead, the same way I normally ask for them on any day I order them. She hands me a blueberry fritter or something and I let her know that wasn't what I ordered and reiterated what I wanted. The coworker behind her snatched up the bag, took out the fritter and threw 4 donut holes in the bag, and handed it back to me. Instead of letting me just pay for what I actually asked for, which I wouldn't have mind doing if they charged me incorrectly. I didn't even get the chance to say anything because she closed the window. Definitely happy this isn't my normal dunkin.

    If you enjoy stale donuts at 9:30 AM, have them stuffed into a bag smooshed together, and waited on by a lamp, you will love this place.

    This location is SOOO much better then some others in the immediate vicinity - such friendly staff and the few times they screwed up they were so friendly and proactive in making it right - will go out of my way to come to this location over other Dunkin's in the area

    When you asked specifically for your avocado toast to be toasted you don’t expect it not to be. This is the second time this is happened at two different Dunkin’ Donuts. Won’t be ordering this again.

    Who doesn’t love Munkins. Also enjoy the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Fun is normally good. Service is friendly.

    These people are great! They will even chop up my fried egg I get on my avacado toast! I drive past a lot of other DD’s just because I like the service here.

    Got a nitro cold brew with foam first thing this morning. It was cold, it was coffee, it had foam. But it wasn't nitro, it was iced coffee out of a jug with spray whipped cream on top. Tasted good enough just not as advertised.

    I’m not sure why I come back here. Every time I do I have to wait excessively before anyone acknowledges me. I don’t expect you to immediately help me if you’re busy, but simply acknowledge your customers at the register when they’re waiting 10 mins to even be noticed. The food and drinks are good, but the customer service totally ruins it. Whoever manages this location, please talk to your associates about the importance of greeting their customers in a timely manner. It makes all the difference.

    I rarely leave reviews but this needs to be said - I hope someone sees this and does something about it . Dunkin’ Donuts is a franchise and this location is shameful. This location has become literally trash - I’m sorry for the strong words but the drinks are never made right , they are always out of munchkins, and food is often stale . The customer service is sub par , the drive through is unproductive , their head sets and speaker crackles constantly . The employees do NOT know how to deal with special request (no matter how simple it is ) and fail to follow instruction. I am in customer service and management so I ALWYAS remain calm , polite and patient even when they don’t do anything right because I know what goes into dealing with people all day . Clearly the staff needs more experience & training . I have been going to this location for the last 6 years . I’m assuming Covid hit them hard because this location seems neglected and uncared for - the staff too. Maybe treat staff better and you won’t have miserable , uninterested , unprofessional and clueless employees? I don’t know . Today I asked for 6 donuts - 4 glazed and 2 chocolate. I received 5 chocolate , one glazed didn’t notice this AFTER I left. I asked for a vanilla latte , with LIGHT foam . I got a cup of SOMETHING with 3/4 foam , politely asked to fix it , got back SOMETHING with much less foam but not at all a vanilla latte - basically tasteless warm ish drink . Also didn’t notice until i got back on the road. I was the only one in line and from order to check out took them 9 minutes . Not the first time with similar experience either. I’ve written all this to say that they need help and I’ve given them so many chances because I get it. I think there’s something seriously wrong with how this location functions and I hope they get the help and make the improvements they need to .

    I see some of the more negative reviews are 6 months old or so. I’m not sure if something has changed here since then, but I’ve had mostly positive experiences since coming to this location within the past month. I got tired of the issues another nearby Dunkin was having, and started driving the extra 5 minutes to this location instead. I order ahead with the mobile app, and my order has been ready to go and accurate every time. Once they didn’t have a sandwich ready (my fault- I forgot to click to pay until I was only a minute or 2 away), and they had me pull to the front of the store and brought it out as quick as they could. The people working are often friendly, and only once recently was one guy a bit unpleasant, but maybe he was having one of those days. The line has always been pretty short at this location as well, and moves along quickly, which is a plus. Occasionally the decaf latte will have a soapy, under-extracted taste, so I don’t know if this is a training issue or a machine issue. The food is good here- croissants are toasted nicely and the new wraps are filling and really tasty.

    This location would not accept a $50 bill to pay for my order. I don't really care about the circumstances or why. To me that's unacceptable.

    I don’t know what’s going on with location but I’m trying to help because it puzzles me and past couple of times I’ve been. I understand if gets busy you might have issues. Drive through always is super slow. I ordered a croissant with cream cheese on the side and one drink I got the drink but I open my croissant and it has egg and cheese on it took 10 min. I can here the employees from the drive through window seem very confused to what’s going on. I believe this location needs be shut down and employee need to be properly trained by owner and management. If this happens in Massachusetts the entire site would be shut down.

    People working the drive thru have terrible attitudes, they’re always out of something. I went the last 4 times and they were out of French vanilla. I just went and they said they were out of coffee…he didn’t tell us when we ordered the coffee they were out they waited till the order was done. I used to go to this Dunkin all the time but it’s getting worse. They have terrible attitudes like they don’t want to be there. I don’t usually write reviews but it needs to be said.
