rarely
leave
reviews
but
this
needs
to
be
said
-
I
hope
someone
sees
this
and
does
something
about
it
.
Dunkin’
Donuts
is
a
franchise
and
this
location
is
shameful.
This
location
has
become
literally
trash
-
I’m
sorry
for
the
strong
words
but
the
drinks
are
never
made
right
,
they
are
always
out
of
munchkins,
and
food
is
often
stale
.
The
customer
service
is
sub
par
,
the
drive
through
is
unproductive
,
their
head
sets
and
speaker
crackles
constantly
.
The
employees
do
NOT
know
how
to
deal
with
special
request
(no
matter
how
simple
it
is
)
and
fail
to
follow
instruction.
I
am
in
customer
service
and
management
so
I
ALWYAS
remain
calm
,
polite
and
patient
even
when
they
don’t
do
anything
right
because
I
know
what
goes
into
dealing
with
people
all
day
.
Clearly
the
staff
needs
more
experience
&
training
.
I
have
been
going
to
this
location
for
the
last
6
years
.
I’m
assuming
Covid
hit
them
hard
because
this
location
seems
neglected
and
uncared
for
-
the
staff
too.
Maybe
treat
staff
better
and
you
won’t
have
miserable
,
uninterested
,
unprofessional
and
clueless
employees?
I
don’t
know
.
Today
I
asked
for
6
donuts
-
4
glazed
and
2
chocolate.
I
received
5
chocolate
,
one
glazed
didn’t
notice
this
AFTER
I
left.
I
asked
for
a
vanilla
latte
,
with
LIGHT
foam
.
I
got
a
cup
of
SOMETHING
with
3/4
foam
,
politely
asked
to
fix
it
,
got
back
SOMETHING
with
much
less
foam
but
not
at
all
a
vanilla
latte
-
basically
tasteless
warm
ish
drink
.
Also
didn’t
notice
until
i
got
back
on
the
road.
I
was
the
only
one
in
line
and
from
order
to
check
out
took
them
9
minutes
.
Not
the
first
time
with
similar
experience
either.
I’ve
written
all
this
to
say
that
they
need
help
and
I’ve
given
them
so
many
chances
because
I
get
it.
I
think
there’s
something
seriously
wrong
with
how
this
location
functions
and
I
hope
they
get
the
help
and
make
the
improvements
they
need
to
.
