Don't ask for anything complicated. and why do you h ave to be a member as an Australian ???????????????? For me this is a fly-by-night operation. No phone number. I needed a letter of release to return to oz, and so paid for a consultation on the website. Nothing was requested of me. I sent them a message requesting an interview. No message came back. Eventually I received an invoice with a telephone number on it. When phoning(several times) I got put on hold each time and eventually got cut off. ' no easy way of contacting for a foreigner, no procedure although a fee was readily accepted. And no answer to my phone and email messages. Of course they say that they contacted me ( they would say that wouldn't they?)- and yet i have not had ANY messages from them Abysmal service ! I contacted AMEX to get my money returned.

Booked a rapid antigen test on the day of my flight. Clinic failed to dispatch a testing kit to me - utterly abysmal service, avoid at all costs. Edit - the clinic manager called me and was very helpful - they managed to arrange a test for me on the same day in my city, and issued a full refund.

Wow these guys really saved me! After having my test not delivered by another company, I booked a test with Mayfield Clinic less than 48 hours before my flight. I was seriously impressed by the ease of the whole process. From booking to receiving my certificate was so much smoother than other providers and really helped put my mind at ease. Definitely go with these guys, other places are really not worth the stress!

Incompetents .Ridiculous. No contact on the website. No way of knowing what to do AFTER I paid them. AND NOW I FINALLY GOT A SECOND EMAIL suggesting there is no reason for the dispute. ( 2 weeks post return to OZ). Do these people know why a 'fit to fly' letter is urgent? They now get their staff to write good reviews.

I had a PCR test at the Mayfield Clinic. The staff were extremely helpful and we were in and out with minimal admin. I felt reassured by the personable approach and had the opportunity to discuss various scenarios with the doctor despite only booking a test appointment. In these uncertain times, I appreciated the reassuring bedside manner of all the staff, from receptionist to doctor! I look forward to using their services again.

My mom, who is 60 years old, was seen at the Mayfield Clinic for severe ear pain. The doctor was hesitant to prescribe antibiotics and instead wrote a script for a steroid nasal spray. However, upon arriving home in the States two days later, my mom was very sick and was running a high fever. When she saw her GP at home, she was diagnosed with a double ear infection and a sinus infection. The GP was shocked and concerned that my mom, given her age and frailty, was not originally given antibiotics in the UK with the symptoms she presented with. I’m disappointed with the care my mom was given – at considerable cost – at the Mayfield Clinic. She had to endure a long plane flight in considerable ear pain while quite sick. Concerns about antibiotics resistance should not be born on the backs of fragile seniors. I will not be returning to the clinic, nor would I recommend it to others.

Got a covid PCR test done here prior to Christmas. Really smooth service, easy booking, answered all my email queries quickly and helpfully, and collecting the test kit and returning it was easy. The waiting area feels very safe with appropriate social distancing. Staff were all polite, helpful and it ran smoothly. Excellent service overall!

The request to pay £190 just to become a member so you can get access to their phone number is very frustrating. Unfortunately (for me), I was pointed here by my GP to coduct a required mecial proceedure which my GP is unable to carry out. It is impossible to reach the facility by phone as the only working telephone number states you need to pay for a membership to be able to contact them, or contact them via the chat bot on the website (which doesn't exist). I'm uncertain how a facility that conducts medical procedures feels its ethically viable to charge for access to their contact details. I didn't realize in moving to the UK that the cost of NHS care didn't include the ability to actually talk to the doctor. Free Healthcare, but the phone call to get the appointment is £190. What a winner. Oh, and in regards to the email, I have tried that and have not gotten a response. Further, I didn't realize that email was the best communication for urgent medical matters. They do have an option to book an appointment online, but the procedure I need is not listed, nor is the cost, and as I can't afford £190 just for a conversation, I also can't afford to goto an appointment without knowing the cost upfront. Hopefully, they can respond here so we can speak publicly back and forth about my private medical needs. Seems like the only option at this point. Wish me luck!

We can't recommend Mayfield enough for their excellent service. We used them for a COVID-19 antigen test. We needed an emergency test. They were super fast, very knowledgable and provided a professional service. We can only say thank you.

Top rated service. As someone who travels regularly, I have tried other COVID testing but to be sure of completely reliable service I only now use Mayfield Clinic Oxford. They have never let me down.

Used the Mayfield Clinic for a same day Day 2 PCR test - amazing service, highly recommend. When I arrived back from holiday the test had already been delivered, I took the test the next morning and dropped it off to a Pharmacy in London, result came back by 6pm on the same day. Really great service and extremely straightforward to use!

I used the online service for a Covid Recovery Certificate just in case my pre-flight PCR was still showing as positive. I found the service efficient, courteous and very helpful.

We really needed a COVID recovery certificate after our NHS one wasn’t being accepted as proof of recovery. We were just about to be taken to quarantine but Mayfield turned two letters of recovery round in 10 minutes which saved us. I had ordered a kit from a government supplier that was not valid for travel to the US, I needed this urgently so I could fly to see my girlfriend tomorrow morning. Mayfield were able to see to me within half an hour of booking on a Sunday and the website was clear in what test I needed unlike many suppliers and I got my results within 20 minutes of the test. Brilliant service all round
