πŸ‘πŸ‘ This place is amazing. I rushed my little dog to the emergency hospital on Friday and the staff were so helpful. The lady behind the desk took daisy straight to the vet. The night vet who was looking after daisy was called Julie and she was incredible. She gave daisy a good examination and straight... Couldn't rate them highly enough. They were so understanding and compassionate when we had to take our boy Al there when his time came. Even though they weren't his usual vet and it was an emergency. Sleep well my boy see you down the road πŸ˜ͺ

We took our dog to Abbey House,as our own vets had no appointments, given one for the very next day! We found the practice counter staff to be helpful, waiting area clearly marked out for dogs, cats & other furry pets! The vet we saw was Angel, who gave our dog a thorough examination & explained to us exactly what he was doing & looking out for,he spoke to our dog in a kind, reassuring, calming manner,as he could see our dog was stressed! The practice was clean & tidy, had a water bowl, for thirsty dogs & a carpark. I would highly recommend Abbey House Vets, their prices may be a little more than your own vet,but you don't mind when you are getting a good service for your pet.

Our cat was seriously ill and we went to Abbey House without an appointment. The staff were kind, understanding and compassionate which is exactly what you need.. We had to say goodbye to our cat in the end so it was a very difficult time for us. Many thanks to all the staff

This hospital is nothing short of amazing! I was out walking my pup when he jumped over a small wall, unknowingly with a 30 foot drop at the other side. After finding him and rushing him here without an appointment the lady behind the desk ran round, grabbed him and took him to the vet. He had an ultrasound, brain scan and full check over within 15 minutes and thankfully he was fine. The staff here are incredible, all of them behind the desk were so attentive and caring, the vet was reassuring and caring and acted incredibly quickly. Please do not hesitate to take your pets here, amazing service and so lovely. Thank you so much for your lovely support today. X

Abbey House Hospital is quite simply one of the finest establishments I have ever visited in any field. Everyone is extremely kind and professional, their service is superb, and the prices for the service they offer is exceptional. Whenever I use their service it is because 1 of my pets requires emergency care, knowing that they are on hand takes so much worry and stress out of what could be a distressing time.

We brought our pet hen Martia in for three visits to monitor the progress of a swelling on her foot as we followed the team's recommended treatment regime. All the staff were lovely and very supportive. The vets were very patient in listening to our concerns and explaining what needed to be done. Excellent service!

They are great... and saved my dogs on a good few occasions now. Love this place but don't like going there... because I only go there in the bad times... but still don't know what I'd would have done without it xx

My hubby and I took our boy rocco there for the first time today switched from another morely vet which my boy had a bad experience at...upon reading reviews despite some bad ones we took a chance and joined up to abbey house on their pet plan our boy is a romainian rescue and takes extra time to get used to new things and new people he likes people but is funny about them touching him in certain places on his body...the vet before this one was very wooden with him and didn't seem all too compassionate about my boy needing to have a positive experience so he didn't fear going there again...after our last visit at our previous vets I made a choice to find a new one and I'm quite particular as I want the absolute best for my boy! Chose abbey house and omg I am so incredibly glad we did! They were amazing from the start I spoke to one of the receptionist a lovely polite lady and spent awhile just discussing my boy and his nervousness and need for a female vet who will take abit of time to desensitise him to whatever she was gonna use on him...it was a lovely convo and we discussed the pet for life plan which included his booster and kennel cough vaccines! I thought was amazing as the last one had a rule of not being allowed to inc the vaccines till you were on the plan for a year and didn't include kennel cough vaccine they didn't tell me this till afterward and after my boy had the bad experience with the male vet I chose to cancel and go to abbey house on their plan as I said I'm so glad I did! Upon getting to the practice we were greeted kindly by receptionist and seen shortly after on time by the female vet we'd asked for...as soon as in the room she was on the floor with our boy making a fuss we were able to take off his lead and harness to let him roam and feel comfortable she fussed him whilest examining him which made him happy not scared like the previous vet she treated him for good behaviour and generally baby talked to him which he loved she was able to do a thorough check and desensitised him to the heart scope they use she then got to do the booster without him even noticing and he looked for her at the door when she left the room to get the kennel cough vaccine...she even managed to do that very quickly and after all was said and done she still spent extra time with us just fussing him she was beyond amazing and completey different to our last vet she had compassion and kindness and a want to make his experience a positive one too! She fussed him in a very comforting way not overbearing or in his face and it made all the difference! our previous vet didn't do any of the above and made our boy so scared so I'm beyond thankful to abbey house and the vet who spent time with us today! I'd give them 10* if I could! Just absolutely amazing I'm so relieved and I was the minute we got into the room! So so glad we made the right choice for our boy and would recommend to anyone wanting a vet who is compassionate and kind and will take the time to make sure your dog is comfortable especially If your dog takes time to get used to new things like my boy! Thank you abbey house it meant the world to me the best Christmas gift they could have given me and my boy! A positive experience goes a very long way with every dog but I feel especially rescues!

I took my very poorly 15 Yr old cat to the emergancy vet, we sadly had to let her go which i found really difficult but it was all done with lots of care and compassion, we weren't rushed and the vet allowed us lots of cuddle time before they put her to sleep while i held her in my arms. We received a lovely card a week later which is a nice personal touch. Thank you to the lovely vet and staff at Abbey House Morley

Thank you to Abbey House vets for the care and compassion we received, after bringing our loving boy Gatsby in who had unexpectedly suddenly passed away at home at a very young age of 6. The sympathy card and forget me not seeds were a lovely gesture and made us smile. This shows how much you all care for owners and family pets.

Absolutely amazing, when my cat recently had a blood clot and died they were very caring and understanding taking control of the situation as i was very upset, then a couple of days later we received a card of condolence with some forget me not seeds inside, can't rate highly enough the service and caring they give towards pets. 10/10. Ainsley gone but never forgotten ❀️❀️

Very friendly and caring vets and staff. We took our daughters hamster in and the vet clearly had a lot of experience with the breed and was very honest about what our options were. Happily we came home with our family pet, with advice to return when he appears to be in pain with his tumour. Consultation price was a bit higher than we expected but still reasonable -Β£34

I rang to ask a question, as I was worried about my dog's wellbeing. My concerns were addressed, and there was no attempt to sell me anything - in fact, the advisor made helpful suggestions to save me money. What a wonderful, compassionate service! Thank you to all at Abbey House for your commitment to animal species, who are so often underrated even by the most dedicated owners. Your vision augers well for this world. Keep it up! Best Wishes Sally Daley

It was a Sunday we needed an emergency vet, our kitten had chewed on a poisonous plant and was extremely ill. We were given this number and was very pleased with the whole experience. We were asked to come straight there. Reception staff lovely was seen promptly vet very caring and gentle fully explained what had happened and gave treatment we felt very reassured. We were surprised how reasonable the price was considering it was an emergency vet. The premises were very clean with separate areas to sit in. There was a free drinks machine. We were very pleased with the service we received.

i've only ever been to abbey house for emergency treatment for my greedy pug but every time i've been the vets and reception staff have gone above and beyond with his treatment and care. it is always really clean in the clinic and the whole process is communicated extremely well. prices seem pretty reasonable and competitive too and the vets and reception staff are helpful when dealing with insurance claims too. the vets and reception staff are professional and kind (which is particularly appreciated when i am worried about my dog's health). i've always had excellent and speedy treatment with all tests, results, and treatments explained to me clearly. my dog is currently staying overnight due to pancreatitis and i know he is in safe hands and will be well cared for there. the vet (karen?) rang me first thing this morning after admitting my dog last night for an update on how he is doing and the expected next steps, which has put my mind at ease and allows me to get on with my day instead of worrying. the only vet i will go to now! photo of my dog feeling sorry for himself at abbey house (though he still gets excited to see the vets even after injections and blood tests, which says a lot about the care there!!)

Saw one of the vet at this practice and he was absolutely amazing. My poor 15yrs old dog has a massive access and her teeth need pulling. I feel very guilty for not noticing this sooner. The staff at the practice are amazing and fill you with confidence that your beloved pet is in good hands.

Used these vets many times for both my shar pei and cats. But recently brought my puppy in after he couldn't open his eyes. They treated him for ulcers and made him an appointment with the Ophthalmologist on Monday (today). We highly recommend abbey houseπŸ‘Œ Oakley, Winston, Lilly and Willow say - Thank you 😊

I would have given them 5 stars but they said they would contact us to arrange another day for the op as they decided not to do it when we had already left our cat there and we had to wait until evening to collect him. and my daughter had to ring them two weeks later as they hadn't been in touch. It costs a fortune at the vets anyway so you would think they could at least phone when they say they will. Having said that, the staff were lovely.

Excellent out-of-hours care with a knowledgeable, kind vet and professional nursing team. Our spaniel had eaten sharp bones and the vet knew to treat him quickly. We were seen as soon as we arrived at the practice and the vet made sure he watched our dog closely after treating him. We were well looked after and our dog is now fine. Thank you!

Just registered here after an emergency with my almost 13 year old fur baby. The staff were amazing. Kind, caring and so very lovely. The vet I saw was so gentle, even gave me a huge hug to put me at ease because he knew that I was worried. I can't thank them enough. Our first visit...yes...but a fantastic 1st Impression was made.

This place is amazing. I rushed my little dog to the emergency hospital on Friday and the staff were so helpful. The lady behind the desk took daisy straight to the vet. The night vet who was looking after daisy was called Julie and she was incredible. She gave daisy a good examination and straight away knew she had a heart murmur, heart failure and fluid. She was hopeful she could remove the fluid and daisy was rushed into oxygen, I knew she was in safe hands. Julie explained what they were going to do that night and said she will call if anything happened. She kept to her word, she rung at 5:45 to inform us that daisy had sadly had a cardiac arrest and they tried there best to save her. Before this Julie had explained that I could call her in the morning and ask for her specifically so she could explain how daisy had been. They kept daisy wrapped up until I got there to say goodbye, she looked so peaceful. She had an amazing team with her when she passed. I will definitely be coming back here and as soon as I have finished my veterinary nursing I will apply here. Julie if you see this you are such an amazing vet and thank you ever so much to yourself and your team. Thank you abbey house for the card we received this morning xx
