Excellent toy store with a very similar, if not identical, layout to other Smyths Toys Superstores. There really is an excellent choice of high quality toys here. I have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and welcoming with a good knowledge of the products available. Ample parking spaces available with priority given to disabled drivers.

The general store manager was extremely rude and generally horrible and dismissive towards me and my partner. Then as we left she was in a group talking about us and proceeds to say thank you as we left. Do not recommend to come here.

I ordered to pick up from store, i lined at the click and collect counter and it took ages before being served and was ask to go to a different counter, this is the 2nd time it happened, what is the whole point of having a counter for click and collect if they dont use it. Would not recommend click and collect from this store

Placed an order online and went to collect. Megan on the tills gave me a lot of attitude because it wasn't yet ready to be collected but I wasn't advised that I would need to wait for it to be collected. Told me to go back home and wait for the text message. When I asked if I could just go collect it off the shelf she snorted at me.

Had to return a faulty toy, the staff were so helpful and changed the toy without any messing. Great service

After doing some research about suitable car seats my husband and I were still confused about which car seat to buy. We visited Smyths in St. Helens and the young lad who was working there was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about the different types available and also at what age you could use them. He demonstrated how to fit the one we were looking at and we felt that safety was a high priority.

Everything you kid or male partner might wish to get. Play station games or pads... they are there. Board games, they are there whatever you like.

Went in for today for a mooch and ended up buying a beautiful cosatto pram that was on sale so was a superb price. The lady who helped me was amazing in every way, she knew what she was talking about and helped me. She is an asset to the company!

Really good toy shop got everything you need all kids will love going there lots of toys for boys and girls baby stuff everything for gardens for when we have nice hot days 🙂

Called in today to buy both our grandchildren Christmas toys and being our age we didn't really have a clue, we got a list from our Daughter which she took from your catalogue, we where a little flummoxed until we asked a store member if she could help us, her name was Sophie and she was just amazing, she found everything for us, took us to the till and bagged everything up.
