Be very very careful. Selling faulty product, to kids paying with their pocket money. Conveniently kids don’t keep receipts so when the kids want to return for a replacement, they get told where to go. Manager is very comfortable making up “laws” that show he’s in the right. Be very very wary.

This shop varies but at moment it's a bit down hill. Needs better staff with enthusiasm for job. Needs revamping. Needs to be more appealing to the customers.

Misses bought me a headset for my Xbox opened it to have a look at it, decided to take it back and get a more expensive 1 and they said that they wouldn’t take it back as it had been opened,what a joke, don’t expect me buying anything else ever

Good selection of games. Lego, pokemon cards plus a lot more. Good choice of pre-owned games. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful l.

Nice shop, very helpful staff. I hadn't been in here for ages and was surprised at all the things they sell now, obviously games and consoles, but also toys, tee shirts, Lego, collector items and much more. All the prices are clear so u know exactly how much something is. They have a membership card which gives u 10% points back on your purchase, updates and more, so it's well worth it if you're a big gamer. A nicely set out shop in my opinion.

Admittedly we've only used this store three times, one of them being to return a faulty item. However, the staff have been brilliant every visit and sorted the return item out with no issues. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and we will definitely continue to use this store, especially now we have a reward card 😁👍

Not a great service. Bought a PS5 online, went to collect and they told me it only comes with 1 controller so bought another in store. I opened up the ps5 when I got home and there was 2. I have just taken it back to get a refund as I do not need 3 and they said credit only no refunds even after explaining It was a staff member that mis sold it to me.

Well stocked and welcoming, staff are chatty and charismatic! I always opt (where possible) for a hard copy preorder from here, top marks x

Went into Game to buy an Ipad Pro they had in the store window. Very impressed by the customer service provided, going out of their way to ensure my partner was happy with the purchase. Both members of staff made us feel valued, which is rare these days. Would highly recommend over their competition.

The shop is great for gamers for lots of accessories and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

I arrived at 17:45 to collect an item delivered to this store however I was told they were closed despite the GAME website confirming the shop closes at 18:00.

It's okay but unless it's console items you want, no point going in..

It's an aight place to go.. cex down the road top so can price compare n get the better deal whoever has it.. with everything going online I'm surprised they stayed open for as long as they have.

I went in with my husband mainly but he loves it in there and likes the things that are second hand to buy . Theres always a good variety .

Very poor customer service and wasted our time!!!. Went to trade 2 Xbox’s for the new model the guy behind the till looked at the. and mentioned there is dust on fans we said to him it works perfectly fine just need some cleaning he told us he needs to check if they work and asked us to come back in an hour bare in mind he wasn’t even aware of the deal himself he had to go and double check that 😐 so we came back after an hour like he told us and he says he won’t take consoles because of the dust and he didn’t even check like he said he would that they work alright. Wasted an hour of our time plus I don’t the dust itself it’s not an issue they can clean it before selling it to somebody else! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone guy who was dealing with us didn’t looked bothered and wasted our time!
