😠 Absolutely a joke. My parcel came all the way from Poland in less then 36hrs, gets to Dewsbury ups facility, where according to tracking info was there for 7days.     Absolutely a joke. My parcel came all the way from Poland in less then 36hrs, gets to Dewsbury ups facility, where according to tracking info was there for 7days. When I eventually get a number to call them and chase it up, they tell me it's lost, no apology, no fixing the problem, just get told to fill out an online complaint form and someone MIGHT and I stress MIGHT be in touch. If I ran my business like this, I wouldn't last very long. If there was an option for minus star rating, I'd be using it

    Parcel from China, was left on the road. Not even a note in letterbox. If i would not have CCTV, would not even knew that UPS was here, as the parcel was stolen, but in system they marked as delivered... Denied compensation from UPS. Will sue them.

    Delivery due today, no one would be in so arranged for it to go to a collection point. Called at 8am and was explicitly told that it would be delivered to the UPS point today. Called UPS at 3pm as i had a missed delivery notification. Was told i would get a call back within the hour. No call back. Called them back myself to be told it will be delivered tomorrow! I didnt pay for UPS for them to mess it up. Disgusting service, if possible i will never use again.

    3 days waiting for a delivery. For me to be told it’s out for delivery. To ring customer service to the be told it was never even loaded onto a van. To be promised next day delivery. To open the app and find out there’s another delay. No explanation. 2 days wasted around Xmas waiting for a parcel that was never going to arrive. Worst postal service imaginable

    Absolute nightmare, been calling UPS customer service for 3 days trying to get hold of my parcel. Took a day off to receive the delivery only for no-one to turn up and the parcel be marked as 'delivery attempted'. Been told by customer service there is no record that I've paid import charges that were paid days ago. Was told someone from this depot would call me to explain the problems they're having only to not hear anything back. Told I can't pick it up without an info-notice that I never received. At this point can't decide whether to burst into tears or drive down and search through the warehouse myself, would probably be more effective than UPS themselves.

    Been waiting 4 days extra to recieve my parcel. ive been told 3 times that they have delivered it.....! No one rings you back from the depot. i need to have this fitted on my car, before i can go on holiday Signed by --- illegible, are you having a laugh!!!!

    So Apparently they tried delivering and the business was closed Clearly didn't even pull into the car as I was waiting for them cant even go pick it up

    If there were minus stars, then this UPS Dewsbury deserves them all. 4 times delivery attempt and no driver even appeared. It was a very important parcel to my business and paid extra for delivery. Complete rubbish! Useless Parcel Service!!!!

    0 STARS. O EVEN BETTER -10 STARS Google need to introduce 0 stars so companies like UPS can be rated as such. Words can't explain how terrible they are! Parcel was sent via express delivery guaranteed by 2pm today. Tracking showed scheduled delivery for Wednesday 29th so I arranged for someone to wait in the car outside the delivery address to collect the parcel (business is closed due to holidays so no access). Called UPS 4 times today, first advisor told me it can be delivered anytime until 11:59 pm (really??!!!!!). The next advisor said end of day is 5 pm for businesses so it will get there by then.. I requested a simple address change or a pick up from ANY LOCATION but I wasn't allowed until delivery attempt was made but guess what? NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT! Tracking was then updated with a delay and the new delivery date will be shown soon so I called them again yesterday and they said the parcel definitely arrive on Friday. I call again today and they say due to it being New Years eve the parcel will definitely arrive by 2 pm. So I had to arrange for someone else to sit and wait in their car for 4 hours today (and pay them by the way), called UPS 6 times only to be told the same thing THE PARCEL WILL DEFINITELY GET THERE BY 2 PM. At 3 PM I called for the final time, and this time was told that they have stopped the deliveries for the day and it will now be delivered on Tuesday... Absolute disgrace of a company!! Will be moving all business accounts from UPS to DHL.

    Couldn't give 0 and believe me that's all they deserve. Waiting 7 weeks for a parcel that supposed to be with me 4-5 weeks ago, was lost twice during that time, just ridiculous, now after they found it 10 days ago parcel still now with me. give them number of calls to get it delivered, on Thursday I was told it will be definitely delivered on Friday , yet some half brained consultant set delivery for monday saying I asked for that... incompetence in this company is enormous. Just wondering how this company operates with such a poor service.

    Well what can I say not had a problem before with ups from dewsbury. But I left a note on the main door to the building to tell him to leave parcel with my neighbour. But no he just put down on his transcend device attempted was no one in. Well my son is working from home as a call handler so he couldn't answer. But I want to know why he didn't even phone me on my Mobile even though UPS have my number been waiting on this parcel. Since standford le hope have had it since the 22 July. Better make sure I get it tomorrow or I will ring in sick at work and come and collect it from dewsbury and then will make a formal complaint..

    Where do I begin... do not and I repeat do not use this company if you want no stress. So .. I posted a parcel which was collected about 10 days late , I thought it happens, then I dropped a parcel myself to save time, but it arrived smashed up to the buyer, absolutely shocking condition , bent and stepped on. Ok so that cost me some damage as I had to refund the buyer etc. Now this morning I see a charge of £300 from UPS out of nowhere. Someone posted me a bumper the other week and he was charge £278 for no reason, called them up and they gave him a made up phone number to call. JoKe Joke!!!! I called them to send me the claim form as I can't complete it online, the guy said one hour then end of day , its now been 4 days since then. I am down around £500 just because of this amateur and useless company.

    Worst courier company in the U.K. It’s a gamble whether they pick your parcel up or not. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve waited in ALL DAY and still they never bothered picking up the parcels (or have the decency to let me know they aren’t coming). Head office recommends you re-schedule if they do not pick your parcel up. I’ve done this on three occasions and they still didn’t bother picking it up!

    If I could give no stars I would. Worst delivery service I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Customer service are worse then useless and pass your call around to anyone else in the department to then just cut you off. Constant lies been told and you never get to speak to any form of manager to resolve issues. They are so bad I'm shocked they are still in business

    Had to collect a parcel, was a bit confusing as there was no signs to show where to go, eventually I asked and was told to park in a certain area and call a number, they then came down to me and handed it over 👍

    Not quite sure how DPD can deliver within their quoted one hour timeslot every single time, but UPS can't manage to deliver within their half day slot.....Tried calling to get an update only to speak to somebody half way round the world who couldn't tell me what year it was nevermind if my parcel was coming....Hopeless doesn't even begin to describe this lot. Take my advice and go with DPD for an easy life

    Google should really allow 0 stars for companies like ups. What can I say? Customer service team that cant help customers.... Never a manager to speak to... twitter help desk can help. When your driver makes a mistake fix it. Because he was delivering in that street doesn't mean he can leave my parcels at the wrong address. Joke.... Useless parcel service =ups.com

    Absolute embarrassment of a company - especially this depot. Apparently tried to deliver my parcel, failed completely to let me know they were going to attempt to deliver, or indeed leave any note to say they had attempted to deliver and now I’ve been told my package has been returned to sender. Absolute shambles and it’s not the first time they’ve messed up. Honestly my heart sank when I saw UPS we’re being used. Actively avoid if at all possible, you’re probably better off leaving your package ina park and hoping for the best.

    The worst nightmare of a company, avoid it at all costs. They scheduled a pick up on Thursday 28.11.2021, never collected, packages were never collected on Friday either. I cancelled the order on Monday morning at 11 am, they go at 11:40 am to collect the packages anyway when they did not need to be collected anymore.

    27th December parcel out for delivery. DID NOT ARRIVE. 28th December package is delayed due to a Eurotunnel traffic disruption. So was it ever in Dewsbury and out for delivery on the 27th. I have better things to do with my time than wait for a parcel that's no even in our country yet.

    I Wouldn't Trust UPS to Deliver the Punchline to a Knock-Knock Joke. The package was dispatched by Express delivery (1 -3 working days) from the Netherlands. I got an email from UPS on the 2nd day saying it would be with me between 08:30 and 12:30 that same day. I later got an email saying it had been delayed but would be here by the end of the day. OK, I thought, these things happen. It didn't turn up. This morning I checked the tracking number and it was shown out for delivery and would be with me between 08:30 and 12:30 today. A little while later I got another email saying it was delayed again, but this time no further details. So, I rang customer dis-service. I explained the situation to their rep who, after putting me on hold for what seemed like an eternity, told me that it was still in the container it arrived at the depot in. I suggested that it might be an idea for someone to get it out of the container and pop it into a delivery van so they could do what they had been paid for. "That'll take one to two working days", he said. WHAT?! An item that is at the delivery depot from where it will be delivered is in a container on site but it will take them up to two days (on top of the time they should have delivered it) to get it from the container and on to a van to deliver to me!? Really?! So, keeping as calm as I could, I said don't bother, it's a 40-minute drive, I'll just pick it up from the site. "Fine", he said. "That'll take up to two days". A frustrating conversation later, after managing to keep in the expletives, I told them I'd be there for it today and it had better be ready. So, along I toddled to pick it up. When I got to the site, there was a sign with a phone number to ring to get someone to come out to you. It's an old number that doesn't connect. By this time I was ready to explode on someone, but I managed to stay cool until I saw someone and shouted them over. After messing around for 20 to 30 minutes they eventually found my package and I was able to bring it home. One thing this experience has shown me is that there are other carriers almost as bad as Hermes. I wouldn't trust either to deliver a letter to someone who stood next to them, UPS has revealed how utterly incompetent they are. I've contacted the sender to let them know how poor the service they paid for is.

    Received delivery notification to say parcel delivered at front door. I was in at the time, no knock on door or doorbell rung, no parcel left at front door and no photo for proof of delivery on tracking info. Update!!! Delivery photo now added to tracking info, of a parcel being delivered to someone else's doorstep! No card through my door to say where and can't determine where from the photo

    Been waiting 2 days for my parcel now, estimated delivery was Tuesday then again yesterday!! My parcel is a vital piece of equipment for my camping holiday with my children, WHERE IS MY PARCEL!! Absolutely fuming. Track parcel gives you misleading information. I'll drive to Dewsbury depot myself
