    Had a software fault with my car and the dealer local to me where I purchased from couldn’t fit me in to get it checked, so tried Oakmere, who managed to get me booked in the next day. Having used a well known French brand for many years prior and dealing with staff who don’t listen properly when you explain the fault, it was refreshing to only have to explain once to the team at Oakmere. Barely an hour later, Paul talked me through what had happened, checked the software was re-linked to my profile via their app, and advised if the issue reoccurs, to contact them straight away and they’ll investigate further. Unlike the French brand, the fault hasn’t reoccurred, and I’m very happy with the service provided at Oakmere. So much so, I’ll be returning with the car to have it serviced rather than go through the dealer I purchased from. Thanks to the team for the super quick turnaround!

    The best Team! We have just purchased a Corolla Trek, which is our 4th Toyota. Stuart, Henry and ALL of the team couldn’t have made the process any easier! From start to finish the experience is always the best. You are made to feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door, nothing is too much trouble and we certainly wouldn’t go anywhere else either!     Toyota have a great service department. So very helpful and friendly. A great shame about the new sales department. There is nobody selling cars and only a rather grumpy man telling you not to touch the boot of the vehicle. Never mind l can always go back to Nuneaton where l purchased my CHR.

    Matt Riddell has been just marvellous. I have had Toyotas for many years as a company car and I had them all serviced at Oakmere, where I was treated in exactly the same way as if I had been paying for the service personally. Now I proudly own my own RAV-4 and the professional manner in which Matt and the entire team at Oakmere have treated me is second to none. It honestly feels like coming home, both with my new car and the friendly yet exceptional way in which the purchase and subsequent aftercare has been executed is nothing short of impeccable. Highly recommended .

    Went to Oakmere Toyota yesterday (7/1/23) with my partner who was collecting her new CHR. We were met at the door, shown the coffee machine, how to use it and then a coffee provided and directed to the seats to wait where the sales executive (Josh) would join us. A few minutes later the business manager joined us and went through a few bits and bobs before Josh joined us. Pleasantries exchanged and the business was done. Keys handed over and my parent was very happy. To be fair, the car is a stunner and defo changed my mind about Toyotas vehicles to a more positive light. Josh though… he is a top lad. Even gave me a trolley token 😂. I know how quickly sales executives move around as I used to work for a national motor group but I really hope that Oakmere look after Josh because he’s an absolute asset and a diamond of a lad.

    We went just to 'look', thinking of getting an Aygo. After a while a sales rep approached us and listened to what we were after. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in our decision.

    Went to pick mum's new car up yesterday. Paula, Anthony and Alex have been brilliant! Always kept in touch with her from start to finish! Anthony was very thorough yesterday when handing over the keys to mum, which I really appreciated! She was a bit nervous driving her new car (She drove it beautifully by the way!). If I'm ever in the market for a car it would be the first place I go to. Professional and friendly service! Thank you x

    I decided on this dealer because my car requirements were very specific and they had the vehicle in stock. However I was surprised and really impressed with the service from everyone there. They refer to it as the Oakmere Family. And I strongly recommend you join!! Tiny and Stuart were fab dealing with the finance. But Henry is a real star. I wont be back anytime soon because I love my new car. But not sure I would go anywhere else in the future.

    Last Thursday I picked up my dream car, my brand new CHR ! I have loved the car since it was launched over 5 years ago. Having driven the lovely little Aygos for quite a few years, I had 3, they became a little small for my needs. Nervously I went on a test drive in the CHR with Josh, he totally put me at ease, explained everything! Enough for me to order one ! Thank you Josh and Tony the manager for everything ! My car is stunning, better than I could have imagined! Having dealt with other Toyota Dealerships in the past Oakmere Toyota is by far the best ! Thank you all !!

    I could not get a towbar to lock properly on an Avensis I had recently bought elsewhere. On the morning of a planned caravan trip, I called in at Oakmere Toyota to see if there was anything they could do. The experience could not have been better.     After having a poor time with my local dealership (based in Bournemouth) I found that Matthew Riddle Toyota GR specialist executive salesman at Oakmere Toyota through recommendations online. Matthew has gone above and beyond for me and he's exceeded my expectations during the entire sales process. He has always returned my calls and emails with updates and very helpful information throughout the process. I have nothing but kind words and praise for Matthew. I cannot recommend him enough. I believe he is an absolute asset to Oakmere Toyota. 11 out of 10 review.

    My 2018 Audi Q7 needed its first MOT and I decided to contact Oakmere as I had read their positive reviews. One of their service team made contact fairly swiftly and arranged a mutually convenient time to do the MOT. The car was booked in and although they offered to collect it, I decided to drive over to their place of business. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who introduced me to one of the managers, Rob McDean, who took my keys and advised me on how long the process would take and then subsequently offered me the option of waiting in reception or borrowing a courtesy vehicle so I could continue with my day. I, of course, opted for the latter and got to test drive a nippy Toyota. I subsequently returned to the reception area approx one hour later and my car had passed its first MOT and had been valeted to. I can honestly say that this is the best aftersales team experience that I have ever had and I would heartily recommend them to anyone who needs work doing on the vehicle and if their sales team is half as good as the experience I had, I suspect you will receive a first class service! Thank you for giving me faith in a main dealer, again. Well done and keep up the good work! Saqib
