I contacted the store regarding an Alien model i have. It was broken and since I knew this company dealt with models, i wondered whether they could offer any advice. The staff member i spoke too was amazing. Obviously he wasn't able to to mend my model as it was not purchased from the company, but he was able to offer me advice on how to go about fixing the model and pointed me in the right direction of local services. I was very surprised as most stores would say "sorry i cant help, not our product". But this guy went above and beyond. Well done Games Workshop, excellent customer service.

Great shop, doesnt carry the full range due to its size but they've always got everything I need. GW's always have helpful, friendly staff but even still, the last guy running the place was one of the nicest, friendliest guy I've met instore, sadly he's moved on to greener pastures. Here's hoping the new lad keeps up the good work!

Brilliant little setup. Brian is friendly and welcoming. Very knowlagable on all aspects of painting and building. Decent selection of models, paints and books on offer. Good location with parking available at a decent charge underneath the center. Good selection of food and drink available within the vicinity and good transport links.

Always been my favourite GW store. When Rion left I was doubtful I'd continue to use this as my store but Brian's doing a top job and taking Bolton to great heights. Will continue to use as my local despite it no longer being the closest to me.

Love this store, fun place to meet with friends, play games and if you've never played before, it's a great place to learn the hobby

Great customer service, highly recommend this store. Made to feel very comfortable to explore alone but also supported when you need it. Brian took time to include both of our needs and interests which felt like a special and unique experience.

My son struggles socially, so I can't tell you how much me and his mother appreciate it when the Warhammer boys roll out the red carpet for the little fatty. They really treat him like royalty and I've got to tell you he bloody well loves it, he bounces about with a spring in his step, shouting the odds, cussing the other children, I've even seen him barge a few of the smaller ones on occasion, thinking he's the big I am. It's been hard to love him over the years, but it really warms my heart when I see him sticking it on the other kids, I sit and think to myself "that's my lad that is." So yeah I just wanted to credit the staff for enabling my sons worst and most aggressive tendencies and if you're reading this and think your son fancies a go, we're in every Sunday.

First visit yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the clean & well appointed layout of the store. The manager was very friendly and made himself available for any questions. They appear to have activities/tutorials for younger people which I would have loved to join in. Got everything that I went for and honestly enjoyed the experience. I am looking forward to returning.

Haven't played Warhammer since 4th edition, spoke to Brian whom was the most friendly and passionate person ever, and really resparked the teenage memories with my friends. He gave me a quick walk through the history and caught me up to 9th edition now. Thankyou so much mate and greatly appreciated

A nice gamesworkshop with lovely staff, just what I've come to expect. It's a larger site so holds a decent selection.

Had a great time with my 8 year old today with Brian who has introduced us to WARHAMMER. Thank you Brian for your help and advise. The Boy has begun the activity book and is keen to know when we can next come down. 10/10 and welcomes new people very warmly.
