Went for my taster session for hyperbaric oxygen therapy today. It was amazing and after my first session, I am feeling very energetic and I have noticed the pain in my lower back has been reduced. I would highly recommend hbot to everyone. The staff were great and Dr Greenyer is very polite and professional.

I've had two appointments now with Dr Christos Kasparis regarding my dermatological issues. After months of trying to find help, suffering, bad diagnoses, lost hope and many more, Dr Christos has instantly diagnosed my issue and prescribed the medication which helped and treated my condition. This has honestly been a life saver. As well as that, the facility of Health Suite is great and the reception team is lovely also. As it's a private clinic you do have to pay, but it is honestly worth every penny. Couldn't recommend more.

Very smooth experience (booking before, telephone help and on the day), personable staff and a lovely calm environment. They’ve gone to great lengths to make the place more like a spa than a medical centre and I don’t know why more places haven’t tried this. Would recommend and we will be back when the need arises.

What a great place! Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My Reflexology treatment was one of the best I’ve ever had. Easy to find, plenty of car parking. I definitely recommend.

What a refreshing and stress free experience! I managed to get an appointment within a few hours of calling The Health Suite, the GP was so thorough and understanding of the problem and knew exactly the approach to take in resolving the illness which had never been identified through our local GP surgery. I would highly recommend this service.

Fantastic service, would highly recommend. The receptionist were very helpful and welcoming I felt completely at ease. My radiologist was very nice and made sure I was comfortable and explained everything so well. It was a very easy pleasant experience and I'm very happy I went to them.

The Health Suite is lovely, spacious and welcoming. The way it’s set up, it doesn’t feel like you’re going into a medical centre at all and, as I found out while there, they have so many services under one roof, not just medical! With my history, I hate doctors and hospitals, but this wasn’t scary at all! I saw the Menopause specialist, Aly Dilks, and she was wonderful. I felt listened to and understood, and had lots of time to talk. She was so knowledgeable. I feel like I'm finally on the right track. I’m looking forward to going back, there were things like the Hyperbaric oxygen that I’d never heard of and sound useful as I have fibromyalgia and ME which the menopause is really affecting. Oh and the free car park is so handy, you don’t have to factor in time to find a parking space to your journey at all. One less thing to think about when you’re already feeling nervous

I can’t recommend the Health Suite enough after a really great visit with the incredibly professional and lovely Kavina, I was amazed to see how she showed me so much empathy and understanding for my conditions, recommending the perfect options both in house and for general lifestyle. I have come away with more information about the healing process or major surgery than most drs care to give and also feel super heard! I will be back to see Kavina for another deep tissue massage as I can 100% feel a difference plus I will also be booking in for a range of other different treatments at the Health Suite as I can see now that they keep themselves to a very high standard! Very easy to get an appointment, Friendly staff, good parking, and a range of different health related issues they look into. I went in for a full blood count, was done in the morning and by 9pm evening had my results back!! Not even my NHS GP is this quick, Great work guys!! keep it up, best in Leicester

The Health Suite is a hidden gem in Leicester. The staff are polite, professional, experts in their field of practice and most importantly friendly. They treat you with respect and whole heartedly listen to you. Their treatments are simply outstanding. The Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy treatment left me craving for more after one session as I left feeling rejuvenated. Also, my mental clarity was super sharp for the next few days which meant I achieved more throughout the day. The whole experience is always wonderful each time I visit no matter which treatment I have. There is a consistent level of service and care at all times. Thank you. 😊

A lovely warming practise with a very friendly receptionist . It felt like I was at a health Spa. My menopause appointment was with Aly, who immediately put me at ease . She was extremely thorough , kind & a great listener . Hopefully I should now feel back to my old self in no time.

The Health Suite is very unique luxury clinic based in Leicester offering a huge range of clinical services. I am an advocate of maintaining wellness and love the fact that holistic therapies are available here too under one roof. I have used a few of the services such as aromatherapy massage and pilates which I highly recommend both services. My daughter has used the private GP services when she needed to be seen quickly and got a same day appointment service. I am looking forward to trying reflexology and hyperbaric oxygen therapy which is next. Free parking directly outside the clinic, relaxing waiting area ,excellent service and caring staff.

I had a brilliant pregnancy massage by Kavina yesterday. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and calming! Aran on reception was also very helpful. The whole process from booking the appointment to the procedure on the day was straightforward and seamless. I left feeling very relaxed! Very happy with the service and would certainly recommend

So easy to find the service you want online and very easy to book an appointment. I messaged them to ask about the test, response was fast and very clear. Communication excellent. Lovely clean building and very welcoming staff. Results were emailed very promptly. All in all a very positive experience. Will definitely use again.

The reception/ admin staff are useless. They’re very efficient at chasing you for money, but completely uninterested and incompetent at anything else. I gave up waiting for them to arrange an appointment and went elsewhere.

I came to see Fatema in early 2021 and she helped me with some issues I was having post partum after the birth of my son. She helped me out a lot and supported me through a tricky phase. I came to see her today as I am 10 weeks post partum with my second child and she was able to give me a check over, make some adjustments and help me with some hip and back pain. She also gave me some great support with my posture and breastfeeding advice. I wish every woman got a session with Fatema after giving birth!

Caring staff from start to finish, I was seen by a consultant and then sent for an ultra sound and was back in the car within 22 minutes, thankfully with the all clear. But had I have needed it, they'd have done the biopsy straight away too. Felt comfortable, reassured and well looked after.

I could not be more pleased with the service that I have received from The Health Suite. It was easy to get an appointment, I was seen within 24 hours. The premises are lovely, the staff are welcoming and friendly, but above all the doctors were fantastic. I really felt that I was in good and safe hands. Brilliant.

I couldn't wait 3 weeks for GP appointment to schedule a blood test. I needed an urgent blood test and I got my results with 48hrs. Thank you so much.

Never in my life have I heard of a clinic charging £7.50 to cancel an appointment when given more than 48 hours notice via WhatsApp and email. Clearly if someone is feeling better they get penalised for it. They also take full payment out your account straight away. Most people leaving it depending. No these greedy buggers want it straight away. Bunch of scam artists

Went into the Health Suite for a fairly routine procedure the beginning of August of this year. I questioned what to do if I had any problems and was told to contact my GP.Within a few days of the procedure I suffered alot of swelling and decided to see my GP for advice. They said the wound was badly infected and sent me straight down to A and E from there I was transferred to Leicester General and admitted. The following day I was taken to the theatre where the stitches had to be taken out and the wound was thoroughly cleaned and restitched. I ended up spending 2 nights in hospital and suffered severe pain having the clean up done and when discharged had to have dressing redone everyday for the following week and a half. Would certainly not visit the Health Suite again or recommend it. As to your reply that I was offered a follow up appointment, that you say I declined, this is completely untrue and I have heard nothing from you at all since the original procedure.

Called and offered a same day appointment with Aly, and I couldn't fault the service. Aly was professional, comforting and reassuring. Nurse Jenny was excellent and receptionist Sarah was extremely efficient and helpful. Overall wonder service. Thank you.

I had a face to face GP appt booked on line at a few hours notice. The facility is fabulous, the receptionist friendly and GP instantly referred me to a colleague for prompt treatment within a few days. Really helpful and I am very pleased

Visited The Aesthetics Suite for my first ever hydrafacial. I have had many facials in the past and can honestly say this was such a treat with visible results almost instantly. The aesthetician talked me through the stages of the treatment and was keen to hear what my expectations were. The treatment was then tailored accordingly. Can't wait for my next session!

I saw Dr Kasparis a dermatologist at The Health Suite. Booking was simple, I was able to get an appointment for the very next day, the clinic itself was impeccably clean with lots of amenities to hand. Staff were all pleasant and helpful and future appointments were easily booked. I highly recommend both The Health Suite Leicester and Dr Kasparis as his knowledge was second to none and I felt at ease completely with his explanations and future treatments.

Please be extremely cautious if you’re considering seeking support for your mental health. This place certainly didn’t come across as patient-centric. The treatment plan I left with was to ‘go try yoga’ 🙃 Limited offer of support. Immediately dismissed the suggestion for further screening. Felt very much like we went through the motions and the outcome is their profit and nothing for me, the patient. You know it’s bad when the ‘Consultant Psychiatrist’ advice amounts to as much as a quick Google search.

It’s aways a pleasure visiting the health suite. The service is extremely professional from the point of reception to the appointment which are always on time the staff are so friendly and helpful. The place is furnished beautifully. And immaculate.
