Absolutely disgraceful service provided by the manager named Ellie! First informed headset out of stock, Additional set offered and a part refund? promised to provide pcitures of the item condition? She replied saying this would be done within the next hour? Then i was blanked for 2 days sending repeat emails, Finally got hold of her over the phone while making more excuses! Finally sends pictures... I agree to take this set and the part refund that was promised? 2 days later still no part refund or the headset that was promised to be sent via next day service? 6 days later the order finally gets delivered, When unpacking the order ALL of the cables and processor unit are missing from the parcel! And guess what? Cant get hold of Ellie! Its her week off apparently ? This really does feel like its been done delbirtily after be expressing my upset about this mess in the first place.

Visited Cash Generator in Huddersfield, Superb staff (Steve) what a nice young!! Sold them my old phone and swapped to a newer model. He helped me move all my information from one to the other. Highly recommended!!!

Visited on 18/11/2022 to sell some gold jewellery. Two males were operating the store on the day. I was given an obscenely low value for the jewellery, of which one piece was a white gold sapphire and diamond ring. I later visited another shop which tested all the jewellery (cash generators only weighed it) and offered me thirteen times more(!!!) than what cash generators had offered. I'm under the impression that either the guys running the shop were out for themselves, or the company just rips people off. Whichever it was, everyone should AVOID THIS PLACE. Shop round if you are selling your old jewellery. If you're buying some gadgets from there, shop round, you could probably get them cheaper elsewhere.

Bought a very expensive phone got told it was for next day delivery to be lied to just for sale got hold off carriers to fid out i was lied to by manger ellie 550 pound i spent not happy at all then asked to speak to area manger then got told he dont take calls

Just a update I spoke to Ellie who sorted the issue out gave me 20 pound back and I got the phone which I am happy with I think it the staff is the problem not Ellie so thank you for the phone

Abselute gem of a guy working there forgot his name but he was so helpfull I had a issue with a phone I bought months ago and he swapped it out without fuss and helped me sort the swap over cash converter would have told me there's nothing they can do ....stick with generators better staff better customer service...thanks again to the lad who helped me out

Got a new phone from this store at a very good price offer and they were patient with me as I requested to have the phone charged and they made sure I was happy with it before paying. To add to that, I was given a 6 months guarantee should if anything goes wrong with it out of the norms meaning they are 100% confident with the products they sell. I sold some items to Cash Generator (Huddersfield) the other week the lady serving (Karen) was really nice and helpful i will go here again.

Took my ps4 pro in a few months ago took it back as it had problems was making very loud noises over heating got told nothing wrong with it when there clearly was ect even the staff member agreed with me. So they said they can send it off too be fixed. Then they refused to get it fixed. So spoke to the manger before ellie she said bring it in will give you £130 for it had this recored took It back too the shop well next thing she lied and said I never said £130 I said £110 even through I have it recorded not coming here ever again lying horrible staff members 😠😠😠 also refusing a refund when there is clearly something wrong with the console disgusting. Also old manger refusing to give me my money back for the xbox one s console I cancelled because I was told by my support workers I was not allowed to pay for it evey month. Hope this place closes down very soon.

BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM HERE! Bought a door bell camera for my sister , could not be used as they never checked that there was an old account on there and could not use but still sold it me without checking if it was ok to use went back to return and they said they could not return it as it’s been more then 5-7 days but I find it disgusting how they could sell something without even checking if it works!!! Do not recommend! And will not be coming again.(Even got told by the manager that I could return it ans when I got there 2 female said no but it’s their fault for not checking the thing correctly! ) so if you do shop here just be careful what you by and make sure you make them test it so you don’t get in my shoes!!!

I sold a amplifier to them for £20. That's all they would give me. I went passsed the shop last week, and now it's in the window selling for £200. This shop ripps people off that dont have much money, they are not trying to help you. They just want your items for nothing. Then sell them at a high price. Not happy.😡

Went in to this store on Saturday 12/6/2021 and bought a very reasonable priced dab radio for £14.99 and it is perfect.. I'd also seen a portable speaker, because I was full of shopping I couldn't manage to carry it.. I asked staff if they had plenty in stock. They assured me they did, I said I'd be back to pick 1 up in the week...i popped back today and bought 1 it was brand new and well worth the money. Staff recognised me as we'd had a chat and they were very helpful and friendly... I've just set it up and it's brilliant for my bbqs /parties or taking away with me to the park etc.. Thanks again everyone. Happy customer would highly recommend this store and service 😊
