We like big Asda always a decent selection of products. George clothing is good value and looks nice in my opinion. Always plenty of parking. Staff are friendly and pleasant Cafe had a children eat for a pound when we popped in. Food was nice. Really well priced.

Was reminded why I stopped shopping here. Went for some BBQ essentials on Friday, didn't look too busy, until you need to check out. Massive queue for the self (no) service, but having a trolley full went to cashiers and was shocked to see only 3 on. Queued right past the freezers, which was annoying to the freezer shoppers. Gone are the days when, once there were 2 in the queue another till opened! All cashiers looked like they'd lost the will to live and had absolutely no go in them. I'd avoided Asda for the last 3 years and will definitely give it another few before going again.

Ordered from cafe today, Chicken burger came with no bun and in two slices of bread, was asked if I wanted a refund or to change meal which I agreed to have tikka instead, cook stormed past into store, came back past with buns and then returned with same burger now in a bun an said "there you go" sorry but this was an absolute cheek and the lady should not be dealing with customers, the audacity to send a burger out in bread and then the attitude because I was not happy with this. Burger was great in the end but service was diabolical.

Limiting the new essentials range to 3 items per customer needs to be reviewed as a lot of family's have more than 3 children but according to Asda only 3 members of the family can have chicken flavour instant noodles and the others will have to do without pity they didn't enforce this during the pandemic we would have all had toilet roll

Asda in Doncaster has to be one of their flagship stores across the area. With a range of products on offer, you can usually find what you need within the store without having to look too far. It's also a great store for video game and film releases and they always have several copies in stock which is ideal. I usually drive past my local asda to visit this one at the dome as it just has much more on offer compared to the other stores in the area. The Cafe here is fantastic too, which is always an added bonus to the visit. The toilets are usually clean too and they are regularly maintained which is expected from supermarkets and Asda take care of it perfectly.

Absolutely shocking service from Asda delivery service. Ordered food to be delivered between 19.30-20.30 tonight, the app said driver had arrived so I waited 10 minutes to call customer service as I was worried, customer service said that it was still on the road to my property. Waited a further 30 minutes still no sign so rang customer service again, this time only to be told that the driver couldn’t find me and had cancelled my order 40 minutes prior and the customer service provider before should have told me this. I received no call from the driver for directions because he couldn’t find me, no email to say my order had been cancelled and given false information. I have now been left with no food for this evening as I am on a specific diet which is the reason I had to use this service in the first place.

One of the worst supermarkets I have ever visited. The cafe was awful the food we ordered was cold and poor, coffee and tea undrinkable. Service was very slow and this was at 11am. The cashier was super friendly although her co worker wasn't. I watcher her slam food down on various tables including ours. As the drinks and the food were not good we left them. As for shopping overall it wasn't a great experience. My son and I were comparing some toys and the co-worker repeatedly kept interfearing with the toys and even acussed us of stealing and repeatedly was ontop of us. It.was an awful esperance through out even down to the tills. Asda your staff are either extremely fed up or need training. Over all I would never shop there again.

Have noticed over the last few months that grocery availability is getting really bad and have found better availability at the Carcroft store. Also doesn't seem to be as clean as it used to be. Stock rotation for best before dates cannot be trusted either, seems every time I go in I'm finding something I have to point out to a colleague.

This is a massive superstore that has a wide variety of product aisles, including the confectionary one that lays out chocolates and sweets fantastically! The staff directed me towards the operable self-checkout and I bought fairly priced Cadbury Oreo Bites, finding them delicious with a proper portion.

A lot of cages blocking items (great theres plenty of stock being replenished, not so great trying to get items from shelves). Only self service tills open, and only 1 staff member to deal with 3 .... so any problems or age restricted items or items with security tags and you were going to be waiting.

I was looking for just a few bottles of prime for my children for the football tomorrow and it had all sold out quickly as it does, this lovely man tonight helped us find 2 bottles so I want to send a massive thank you again on here, I am mad at myself for not getting his name but he was stocking up the energy drinks tonight at around 10.30, he has made my 2 children's day and weekend 😊😊

They never have enough small trolleys! Quick scan is great when it works ( 50% of the time, in my experience). Staff friendly but never enough when you need them I.E. at the customer service tills, always a queue. I only use this store for convenience.

Asda Doncaster is a sizeable busy store with all your usual products on sale. There is ample parking on site and there's a small cafe inside serving light snacks although there are other eating places within view and walking distance if there isn't anything yo your liking on the asda cafe menu. This store is a 24 hour store so it's open 7am Monday through till 10pm Saturday then your usual Sunday hours. Good place for all your shopping needs

Not quite as bad as Morrisons but equally annoying. The prices have gone up yet are still the best except Aldi. A joke of a place no social awareness from staff. Increased crowding. Lack of tills. Poor rude and common customer service and people skills. Full of your regular common locals. Impatient, bad mannered and rude. A disorganised large place where even if you’ve a pram and small baby they collide into you. During lockdown 718 reports of social distance and hygiene breaches in one week and they did nothing. God awful place. Avoid avoid avoid. Good luck finding a roll that is free.

Alex who works the produce section is the best asda colleague I've ever come across! Always busy making the fruit and veg look as appetising as possible, doing little displays and stuff. He's always happy to help

A typical Asda superstore offering everything you could possibly want. In my case it was assistance to get a taxi back to my hotel and a wonderful member of the security staff was most helpful. So well done Asda not for your wonderful products this time but for assisting damsels in distress 👍

I want to give a shout out to “Lennard” who went above and beyond for us when we went to do our shopping one night. He persevered in looking for the item we were searching for to no avail and had a good attitude all the way through. He’s an excellent example of what customer service should be like and a credit to the Asda group. Well done to you Lennard and keep up the good work.

I came for breakfast before shopping,I received the breakfast instantly I commented on the state of the bacon as it resembled dried leather, I got the response 'oh the boss cooked it' but gave me 2 more pieces that were softer but still well over cooked. The beans looked like they had been cooked all day, the eggs, black pudding & tomato were really cold, coffee & full breakfast £8.50 not good at all
