Absolutely
shocking
service
from
Asda
delivery
service.
Ordered
food
to
be
delivered
between
19.30-20.30
tonight,
the
app
said
driver
had
arrived
so
I
waited
10
minutes
to
call
customer
service
as
I
was
worried,
customer
service
said
that
it
was
still
on
the
road
to
my
property.
Waited
a
further
30
minutes
still
no
sign
so
rang
customer
service
again,
this
time
only
to
be
told
that
the
driver
couldn’t
find
me
and
had
cancelled
my
order
40
minutes
prior
and
the
customer
service
provider
before
should
have
told
me
this.
I
received
no
call
from
the
driver
for
directions
because
he
couldn’t
find
me,
no
email
to
say
my
order
had
been
cancelled
and
given
false
information.
I
have
now
been
left
with
no
food
for
this
evening
as
I
am
on
a
specific
diet
which
is
the
reason
I
had
to
use
this
service
in
the
first
place.
