We drove here from Sheffield for my eight-year-old son's COVID-19 booster jab because it was the closest site that offered weekend appointments. We will be back! Sandra superbly put my son at ease, or at least as much at ease as an eight-year-old can feel when facing a needle. She has a knack with children. Nothing was rushed; Sandra took all the time required.

Tideswell Pharmacy is by far the most helpful and professional Pharmacy...I live in Buxton which has 6 Pharmacies and not one of them were able to help with a prescribed medicine I needed...after returning to let my doctor know, an electronic notice was sent out to all pharmacies and it was only the Wonderful Tideswell Pharmacy and lovely staff that helped ...Thankyou.

Tideswell and the surrounding area’s located in the Peak District .people who are having problems getting their prescriptions feel that they are being a burden a and are really trying desperately not to get into a situation where they’re even more stressed.. this never happens at Tideswell. Went in to get vaccinations before my trip to Asia and Simon was extremely helpful in making sure I received the ones I needed without trying to upsell (like a lot of private pharmacies). The service was excellent - very friendly and professional and I will definitely be returning should I need more vaccines in the future.

Absolutely fantastic service. We needed travel vaccinations and were concerned we’d have to travel to one or more clinics to get them. Simon was able to fit us in at 24 hours notice and sort out the vaccinations we needed. It’s rare to get such good customer service these days but this was the best and to top it all Simon is a really pleasant polite guy. THANKS SO MUCH 🙏

Simon at Tideswell Pharmacy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help my husband and I with our travel vaccinations for our holiday to Egypt! He rang us before the appointment to check that we had booked the correct vaccines for our destination, and he opened the clinic doors early to let my husband get his jabs before opening time! If you don’t like needles, he is especially good at putting you at ease before and whilst having the jabs (which were almost painless). We received three doses of the rabies vaccine - Simon was amazing, so professional and friendly (didn't feel a thing!) He was accomodating when we needed to change dates, couldn't recommend this pharmacy enough!

We had a potentially quite serious 'lack of insulin' problem while holidaying in this area- Via a phone call Simon had calmed the situation putting in place a plan A & a plan B plus ordering the insulin in the background while I was just talking, as he knew the 12 noon ordering deadline/cut off and I did not! - Simon/Jess/Grace what a team we will be ever grateful for their 'above and beyond' approach to our predicament THANK YOU

Well stocked and friendly pharmacy in the heart of a lovely village. If you're on holiday and have forgotten prescription medication you can arrange to pick it up here. You can also buy cannabis oil (CBD) here, as the staff are trained and can advise on its use.

My boyfriend and I travelled from Buxton on 4 separate occasions to get the travel vaccinations we needed from Simon at Tideswell Pharmacy. Each time the process and vaccine was quick and easy and we felt fully informed and supported. The staff are all super friendly, pharmacy well stocked and offer great service & advice. Would 100% recommend for travel vaccines - it’s easy to park in the area if you’re coming from further afield too!

I have twice visited Tideswell Pharmacy this week for my 90 year old mum. All the staff have been helpful and delightful. Last week mum had her spring covid vaccine. No wait and didn't even feel the injection. Today my mum realised she had lost some of her tablets when she dropped them. Her surgery hadn't sent the prescription they had promised. Without any fuss Tideswell pharmacy kindly and efficiently sorted out the problem. Very satisfied and from now on I will definately be using this Pharmacy in preference to other local ones.
