Stinking rooms and Old toilets . Staff try to help but probably can’t. Dint get hot water and when asked the incharge guy dint know what to do. Photos in google are totally misleading it’s looks new but old dingy dirty hotel. Don’t go if you like cleanliness.

Last week visited Pandaripuram and stayed here, very nice experience, only problem bathroom is small but some rooms have big one, lift facility and car parking available. Staffs and house keepers cooperated well, near to railway station, but please visit this holy place from August to January Please don't visit on summer holidays, weather will spoil ur health 🙏🙏 Friends please book online passes before going to this place to avoid the queue crowds 👍👍🙏🙏🙏

Washroom very small,doesn't have an exhaust fan.. so the odd smell surrounds entire room... Wash room also doesn't have place to keep clothes and towell..Room is tiny not having much space for an extra bed, which was part of my booking. There is no lift yet. Only positive is staff seemed to be cooperative.. helped us to get breakfast from outside - without a bill. Overall it's overpriced, i booked a platinum room for around 5k per night for 4 people with an extra bed through make my trip.

Pathetic, absurd, disturbing, unhygienic, dusty – These should be the names given for this hotel. 3rd class half constructed and very old hotel, which serving the customers, without elevators, not sure why it is reflecting as 4 star in google, I have taken pictures to make traveler’s life easier, below are my rating Bathrooms – 0 Rooms – 0 Service – 0 Refer my picture uploaded, before booking in this hotel. The room were dirty. The manager was taking more money and he was giving room at the rate of 3400. Online it was of 2300. And at night people were busting crackers.

It was so disappointing. Rooms were not cleaned for days. No service. All broken accessories. No kettles or no service. Bed sheets had to be replaced as all were soiled.

Unclean and dusty rooms. Tap was broken in the bathroom sink. Shabby room service and staff are extremely lazy. Do NOT recommend!! kindly avoid
