I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I also have a learning disability. I had my eye brows, top lip and chin waxed today. (Hope I get the ladies name right) Steph was amazing and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be going back. I love my eye brows, top lip and chin. Thank you Steph.

Roxy was incredibly accommodating and non-judgemental when I got my hair restyled - I hadn't had my hair cut for over a year and she gave me a cut that would last a long time and would be easy to style and put in a ponytail (which is essential for me!) I always worry that I'll go to a hairdresser disappointed with the outcome, or something that only looks good when a professional does it, but that wasn't the case here. A month on and it's still looking fresh and I won't be putting off a visit for this long again! Thank you very much Roxy

Decided to treat myself and my hair to an Olaplex treatment last minute - I struggle with anxiety and nearly didn’t go but as soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and instantly felt at ease! Clean, warm and very welcoming. The trainee did the treatment, talked me through it and was very gentle. It’s a pretty quick treatment but it’s really improved my day/week and have already booked in again for a curly blow! Thanks ladies 💛

Highly recommend!! The hair extensions I've had done are gorgeous!! Kerry really took her time to talk me through the best options for my hair, then did the extensions and again spent so much time making sure they were blended correctly and that i was happy. I love them and am ecstatic at the results! Honestly best place i've been to for extensions. I will not be going anywhere else.

I started courses at The King’s Academy for hairdresser and if honestly I think this school is number 1 in my eyes the teachers is absolutely amazing and very helpful I’m so happy I chose this school. I had my haircut by Ceri . At first I was not sure about the hair since the way she did it differently to my experience. After first wash It show the form of my hair which is great. I had it cut for over a week and it still look amazing . I am really sorry to not like it after its done. I am apologies. I will definitely come back . Highly recommend the salon .

Great service. Made me feel so comfortable. They made me a last minute appointment. Did exactly what I wanted. I also took my daughter to see the salon as she's unsure about having her hair cut. We booked her in and she's so excited. Very happy with my visit. Everyone was so welcoming. Looking forward to returning.
