Dr. Meisner & Dr. Williams and their staff are the kindest and most gentle dentists’ office I have ever visited (and I have been to A LOT!). You are greeted by name and always with a smile when you first walk in the door. While you are in the chair, each & every employee goes out of their way to make you comfortable. And it’s not an act!! They genuinely care about the patient!! (You can tell when it’s an act). I have had very bad experiences with other dentists so I am always super tense when I get to my appointment, the staff eases that tension out of me slowly all while doing unbelievably excellent work that never hurts me. It is expensive but worth every single penny. Dr. Meisner has the latest & greatest technology possible which ensures he does the correct procedure for the problem. Dr. Meisner is also very honest, he will give several recommendations for each issue along with the costs of each procedure so there is no confusion when the bill comes. I would and have recommended this office to anyone looking for a caring, intelligent and gifted dentist(s).

Having dental issues since childhood, I've seen many dentists and Dr. Williams has been one of the best! She took the time to understand my concerns, worked with me to create a plan that worked for my schedule, my financial situation and my desire to retain my natural smile. The process was thorough, yet it took only a couple of visits to complete the procedure when I had envisioned months of appointments. I recently switched to Easy Aurora Family Dentistry because an acquaintance of mine who happens to be their receptionist ( Linda ) recommended I try them out. Linda has a healthy mouth and beautiful teeth which is a testament to their work. Nicole the hygienist who cleaned my teeth has a great bedside manner and in conversation we discovered we’re neighbors...small world! So far I’ve had a cleaning and a comprehensive plan consultation. I’m very happy with the results and plan in place. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The office and equipment extremely clean and up to date. I highly recommend East Aurora Family Dentistry!

I recently started coming to this dental office and every experience I have had here has been top notch! The staff is AMAZING, warm, attentive, and super welcoming! I have followed Dr. Williams to this practice because she is one of the best dentists I have ever been blessed to meet. Last week I was in for a cleaning and had the pleasure of getting to know the Dental Hygienist, Nicole. The cleaning was gentle and thorough. Kudos, as well, to the friendly down-to-earth assistants (Angela) and the front of the house coordinators (Kirsten and Linda). These ladies were the first ones that I was in contact with in this office. They make it a point to greet me by name each time and with a smile! The past several year I have had three other dentist that do not have the same professionalism, kindness and care that Dr. Williams and team show. I recently had a dental implant done by Dr Meisner, and Dr Williams. I couldn't be happier with the results. My new tooth feels like it has always been there, and looks great. To be honest I was a little apprehensive at first about drilling into my bone, but I had zero discomfort. All in all a great experience. Before I forget, the staff are all first class, and extremely competent. This rating is done under my wife's account, because she is always using my phone, but she has recently completed a comprehensive treatment plan for her own teeth and also couldn't be happier. Thanks to the Doc's and their staff for great care.

I have had a fear of the dentist since I was a child; mostly a fear of judgement. I avoided the dentist like the plague as soon as I was old enough to (and it helped that I didn't have dental insurance). By the grace of an angel, I found Dr. Williams and her team and I cannot say enough FANTASTIC things about them. I ALWAYS felt judged when I went to the dentist until I found this practice, now I just feel like I am at home. Dr. Williams has a wonderful, lovely, inviting atmosphere with each member of the staff nicer than the last. I have had a few procedures with Dr. Williams and she has been marvelous during all of them - talking through every step and constantly monitoring how you are doing. I seriously would recommend this practice to ANYONE looking for a dentist but especially to those, like me, with fears of the dentist or fears of judgement.
