wish

could
give
it
less
than
one
star.
So
I
went
shopping
with
my
mum
yesterday,
made
our
way
to
the
checkouts
where
we
was
stood
waiting
for
the
longest
time
to
be
served,
there
was
atleast
more
than
20
people
waiting
to
be
served
too.
We
got
served
and
then
we
walked
towards
the
EXIT
doors
to
leave.
A
woman
walks
through
the
EXIT
doors
so
I
said
to
my
mum
"I
don't
think
she's
allowed
to
walk
in
that
way"
that
was
all.
Next
thing
I
know
this
woman
walks
out
the
EXIT
doors
and
shouts
across
the
car
park
"what
is
your
problem".
I
told
her
I
have
no
problem
I
just
don't
think
she
should
of
came
in
through
those
doors.
She
then
carries
on
screaming
at
me
and
she's
saying
"I
work
here
so
it
doesn't
matter
to
me",
I
said
"if
you
work
here
then
surely
you
know
how
to
come
in
properly
"and
at
one
point
her
and
my
mum
were
face
to
face
arguing.
I
went
to
go
put
my
bags
in
the
car,
they
was
heavy
and
I
had
just
spent
£50
in-store.
I
put
my
bags
down
in
the
car,
sat
down
and
CLOSED
the
car
door.
Next
thing
I
know,
this
EMPLOYEE
rips
open
the
car
door
and
says
"get
out
the
car"
like
an
absolute
psychopath.
I
didn't
and
slammed
the
door
shut.
I
assume
she
went
back
in-store
and
me
and
my
mum
went
to
drive
off.
Before
leaving
the
car
park
my
mum
decided
to
go
back
in,
she
wanted
to
talk
to
a
manager
about
what
had
happened.
She
went
back
into
the
store
to
find
somebody,
but
the
only
employees
working
was
two
ladies
serving,
and
the
security
man.
I
decided
I
wanted
to
stay
in
the
car
so
I
rang
B&M
customer
helpline
and
I
explained
my
situation
to
the
lovely
woman
on
the
phone
who
couldn't
apologize
enough
for
what
happened.
Later
I
received
an
email
saying
they
are
going
to
launch
an
investigation
and
"Where
necessary
we
will
step
up
training
with
the
individuals
involved"
which
frankly
is
not
enough
for
me.
How
are
you
going
to
step
up
training?
I
replied
to
this
email
expressing
how
I
felt
it
wasn't
enough,
All
I
got
back
was
an
email
saying
"it
will
be
investigated
,
due
to
GDPR
it
will
all
be
kept
internal"
I'm
so
upset
about
this
and
I
know
for
a
fact
I'll
never
be
a
customer
for
B&M
again
and
I
truly
truly
truly
hope
she
gets
dismissed
for
this.
It's
absolutely
disgusting,
all
of
my
friends
I've
told
about
it
don't
believe
it's
happened
and
neither
do
I.
You've
lost
a
lot
of
business
over
this
and
I
don't
even
feel
bad
for
being
a
Karen
about
it
either.
