This is (in my opinion) the best bakery in North Wales. The staff are friendly, steak pies are excellent as are the cakes. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. I'm lucky I only visit this town once or twice per month or I would eating here every day. Well worth a trip.... not sure if its good or bad that the lady who works here knows my order.

I never visit home without visiting the bakery its homely and always freshly made the good old fashioned way and quality of food unlike many bakerys in the country

Bread sliced to good thickness. Bara Brith absolutely fabulous. Wish we could take this baker's back to Suffolk with us!

A little bit off the beaten path for passers by but so worth the effort, best bread rolls I've tasted in years (barm cakes to us) excellent cake selection and wonderful pies, very small shop so you sometime have to wait outside for space inside but really worth it

This bakery is awesome you can have bacon or sausage sandwiches brilliant Eccles cakes i go once a week everything is tasty and great prices

Called in by chance in passing. So glad we did. A traditional bakery with excellent choice and quality. Just wanted a sandwich but we ended up buying four cakes and a tray bake as well. We were spoilt for choice and everything was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff as well. Just wished we lived nearer but will definitely call again when we're anywhere nearby.
