Back in November 2022, we met the owner walking his dogs in the morning but didn't realise until he went inside his cafe at the end of our walk! He was very helpful and showed us the way to go, as it was our first time walking Snowdon. 7 hours later, after terenchal weather conditions to the peak had battered us- we stopped off to rest. It was advised to go back down by experienced hikers that day! Stefans hospitality was second to none, to all that entered his cafe. There were people there, like us, freezing and soaked through, but Stefan gave us all a hot drink each and a bin bag to put out wet clothes on for the drive home. The hot chocolate was gorgeous and just what we needed to give us that boost! It was a day I'll never forget. We got engaged at the top of Snowdon and found this little gem, which we will be back to visit again in the future :) Thanks Stefan!

Amazing place and an amazing owner. We came off the mountain late as we were a little slower than we thought. Stefan the owner was locking up however opened up for us, and sorted us hot chocolate, tea and cider for me!! He also showed us round, chatted with us by the fire and sorted a taxi for us. He was the epitome of what a host should be and we couldn’t have asked for more after summiting Snowdon. When we return next year we shall definitely visit again, perhaps slightly earlier in the day though!!

Stopped in today on my way back down, and had some of the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. The proprietor was very friendly and welcoming and took the time to chat about and offer advice about the local area. The two dogs were also very friendly and laid back. Highly recommended. I intend to return.

We stopped on our way back down and the owner could not have been more helpful. Went above and beyond to assist our disabled daughter, even welcoming us into his house for her to use the toilet. Really lovely people; genuine and so kind. Well worth a visit.

Lovely stop after climbing Snowdon. Great location and friendly staff. The Bara Brith Cake is spot on!

Lovely spot and very friendly owner. Couldn't help enough in supporting our friends as they completed a charity event (8 ascents and descent). Coffee was spot on, dog friendly and although we were too wet and cold to hang around, they serve beer! Perfect to finish your hike!

After me and my partner battled gale force winds and rain to climb to the summit of Snowdon we stopped off for a "quick drink". What we found here was quite honestly one of the best places either of us have ever visited. The host Steffan couldn't have been more welcoming, got us sorted with hot cider and coffee with some Bara Brith in front of a roaring open fire. The cottage is lovely with exposed beams and a really homely atmosphere, and Bryn the black Labrador just topped it all off. We bought a jar of local honey, and they also sell t shirts to commemorate your achievement. I cannot recommend visiting enough, after a hard day's walking it will be just what you need.

Fantastic welcome when we got to the end of our Snowdon climb. Friendly staff including Bryn the dog and loved the personal touch of the owner sitting down to chat - will definitely pop in next time!

👍👍 Visited this wonderful caffi on a trip to Llanberis as they welcomed dogs. The place is immaculate, the staff are warm and welcoming and the food is definitely the star. Home made tomato and red pepper soup - amazing. Don’t go anywhere else for food on your Llanberis adventure.

👍 Great little café, sat outside in the sunshine and ordered the Little Welsh breakfast which was lovely. Minor point which stopped me giving 5* for food was the sausage, it was okay but nothing special and looked like it was deep fried, kind of expected a better sausage nowadays. Having said that I e...
