Emily was friendly and put me at ease right away. It was explained in detail what she was going to do It was painless and quite straight forward. I had booked for both ears to be done, as it turned out only one was required to be dewaxed. She only charged me for one Excellent service recommended

Emily was excellent. She explained the procedure clearly and simply and put me at ease throughout. I was also reassured by Emily's extensive nursing experience and skill, which for me was important when someone is poking about near your eardrum.

The Earwax Nurse, Emily, is bright, friendly and efficient. Most importantly she is very good at her job and cleans the ear canal very effectively, quickly and without stress. I am a regular visitor and have been treated by Emily several times.
