Great for many shops of popular brands, also convenient for the weekly/monthly shop with the large tesco store and aldi opposite the park, there's a vast variety of restaurants to fulfil any taste bud, if you love a sweet treat make sure to go to the donut stall opposite the big boots store. You also have the cinema which is great value considering 👍

Just off A55 large car park with plenty of disabled spaces, parent and child spaces and EV charging spaces. All shops are accessible with no steps to enter, shops have lifts to there upper levels. There is a cinema, restaurants, fast food, pub, supermarket, petrol station and it’s an easier place to go to than many town centres.

It’s got a decent number of shops and free parking, so it’s very convenient. It’s not the most inspiring place to look at - a large square with shops around the outside and parking in the middle. The little gem was the farm shop cafe in the little hut. I had a hot chocolate and a massive brownie that I shared with my friend. There is a cinema here which is another plus point. I would probably only come here if I needed to rather than as day out.

It has a large range of shops and places to eat. There are plenty of clothing and footwear shops to choose from, several cafe's, coffee shops (costa and a starbucks inside the cinema), a donut van, hair dresser/barber vans, 3 supermarkets, (tesco, asda home and Marks & spencers), an imax cinema, 5 restaurants (nandos, prezzo, frankie & bennys, chiquitos and pizza express), a mill house pub, mcdonalds, Tim Hortons, 2 card shops, sports shops, bodyshop, homesense, a large kids toy shop and a large boots chemist. There are also good toilet facilities with a decent size baby changing room too. It has a large free carpark and regular buses on site too. What more could you ask for. Makes for a great shopping experience.

Went nice and early, found a parent parking space. Lovely spacious spaces and lots of safe walkways to go with a pram. It's sheltered by the shops with a roof over the pavements. Plenty of shops to go with a little one that are accessible and have a wide range of things.

Can get extremely busy but there is usually enough parking space. It has one of the bigger better stocked Primark stores and Tesco is one of the better stores not so big that it's impossible to find anything. Marks food hall is very good. There's a number of decent shops and a coffee shop in the corner. A very convenient place to shop.

Another pleasant experience. Even though super busy, still parking spaces and no long wait at the tills. Love seeing all the store options in front of me. Can plan better. Staff in all shops are helpful. Good range of shops and food.

I have received a parking fine of £175 for apparently shopping here for over 90 mins!!! It’s the first time I have heard of this fine and they have sent it to debt collection apparently!!! Absolutely disgusting! Is this a scam or what? Is there a 90 minute shopping limit to park here?

It a huge retail park with actual decent shops, from a huge Primark, Holland barrett, home sense, sports shops it's got a great choice of stores. There are also several coffee shop, it's not height restricted so good for vans / taller vehicles, and it has plenty of free parking. The staff are exceptionally helpful and keep the place spotless and safe.

Fantastic array of shops. But with the modern age of technology, there is no 3g-4g-5g signal in this area. So when you are trying to load vouchers for stores or sort returns out? You can't! NO SIGNAL! Even the shops have poor wife or no notice on how to connect. Only 1 store has some sort of connectivity and that's New Look. The staff there are awesome with getting you online with orders.

Brilliant shopping park with favourite stores all in one place. All stores on ground level for easy access, and lifts in stores over 1 floor high. A great shopping day out. I love this place!!

The car park is super, the drivers parking - roll the dice! As a disabled driver I parked yesterday in the disabled space next a load of parent parking bays(different colour)a dizzy person popped out of a range rover to launce into a trade on how I was being inconciderate as she had a pushchair, eventhough it was I was parked in the disabled space , as I backed out , the disabled simbol was plain to see as was the different colour, the person disappeared out of embarrassment (the designer of the park has tried to make it idiotproof) sometimes they can fail. Carpark good/idiots bad.

There is a boots as well if you want perfume & other things also prescriptions & other medicines that you can buy & there is a superdrugs to. Its a great shopping park with a variety of different shops. There is a petrol station to & you can get a bus which will stop inside the shopping park.

Fabulous retail park, with plenty of shops & eateries. Wheelchair friendly & undercover walkway. Everything you need in this horseshoe shaped, well designed shopping park, with plenty of free parking.

Free parking . Lots of quality shops. The Cinema is great . a bit more pricey than others but you get an Imax screen and great cinema experience. There are a number of places to eat as well. Frankie & bennies was my favourite . no surprise they are always full

Good mall. Covid has shut a lot down but my toddler loves walking around looking at the giant bright colored plant pots. M and S food hall is ALWAYS a winner!

Shopping under one roof. Home sense the place I love to visit

  • 4/5 Daisie G. 3 years ago on Google
I didn't go into any stores. But they have a variety of clothes stores such as New Look or Primark and they have self-care stores such as The Body Shop. As I said I didn't go inside, I cannot, therefore, tell you about the COVID precautions. Big Tesco nearby with Customer Toilets available (We went in there). Good prices and open to all. :)

Good choice of shops and good public transport connections. OK choice of restaurants. Could do with an Argos. Aesthetically not very pleasing, just boxes on a field grouped around a car park.

  • 5/5 Kathryn C. 3 years ago on Google
Also one of my favourite places however off limits at the moment as just over the border in Welsh Wales

  • 5/5 Angeline T. 3 years ago on Google
Great place to go to when you want to shop undercover from the elements. The foot path that runs along by the shops is big enough for adequate social distancing. In terms of shop variety, there is a great variety from Boots, Tesco’s, Newlook, Next, The Entertainer as well as Network shops and eateries. I found there was adequate disabled parking and plenty of non disabled spaces. This place is ideal for Christmas shopping or a walk browse-around on a Sunday.

Be very careful when parking here. I was parked in a bay with one wheel on the white line and I received a £100 fine through the post. I was so horrified that I returned the clothes that I had bought and I haven’t been back since.

  • 5/5 Clare O. 2 years ago on Google

Really love going here always plenty of parking spaces and everything you need in one place, clothes, shoes, body products, restaurants, supermarkets, home supplies, shop staff are always really helpful and friendly too

  • 5/5 wrrlykam 3 years ago on Google
Great disabled parking facilities with full sized bays and side access spaces on driver and passenger sides. (So many places are reducing disabled bay sizes to get an extra normal bay squeezed in - none of this here 10/10 Broughton). Full of shoppers, very popular. Also makes for a nice break and rest spot when heading in and out from Wales.

  • 4/5 Beaker B. 2 years ago on Google
Really great shop selection although the loss of the "outfit" store and accessorize/ monsoon is a bit sad. The only disappointment was Primark as a large proportion of customers were not wearing masks as per guidance. It's very anxiety-inducing for a vulnerable person. It was similar in Liverpool so it may be an issue with Primarks target clientele. Its a shame Primark aren't doing more to make their other customers feel safe.

  • 4/5 Fred D. 2 years ago on Google
Plenty of parking and Covid aware shopping with masks in place in most areas.

  • 4/5 Charlotte H. 2 years ago on Google
Parking - getting in/out of the car park is rubbish. Needs better traffic control. But the shops are all great and there is usually lots of free car parking spaces.

  • 5/5 Rotex A. 2 years ago on Google
Nice selection of shops. Plenty of parking. Always good for a stopover into or out of North Wales. The only problem is the seagulls *always* pooing on my car 😒

  • 4/5 Karl C. 2 years ago on Google
Great for all your shopping needs. Not ideal of an evening when you have to rely on public transport and Arriva buses fail to stick to their timetable or don't even show up. Shame really, as I enjoy visiting Cineworld and sharing a few drinks of an evening at The Mill pub & restaurant with friends.

  • 5/5 Barb M. 2 years ago on Google
Love Broughton retail Park have been going there for years. I t was great for a day out with my mum as she was in a wheelchair .we have continued to go as it is so pleasant just wish there were more shops still enjoy.

  • 5/5 Alpina 2 years ago on Google
It looked very tired last year. But today it felt clean and inviting. All the shops looked ready to trade and Tesco was looking good. Definitely going to be a busy place for Christmas.

  • 2/5 Matt S. 2 years ago on Google
If you are thinking of going on a weekend day. Don't bother, the park has expanded quite rapidly over recent years, unfortunately parking and traffic flow has not, you have to fight your way in and out of the retail park if you're driving. A week night or weekday, this isn't an issue and really easy to pop by.

  • 5/5 Jane M. 2 years ago on Google
Lovely clean shopping centre loads of parking space and plenty of lovely shops to have a walk round and there is cafe to sit down and have a drink and a meal I would highly recommend people to go it's a great place

  • 4/5 Fern G. 2 years ago on Google
A great mix of shops and places to eat, let down by a few empty units which need refreshing. Great parking for mother and child and plenty of other spaces for our large family car.

  • 3/5 Stefan M. 1 year ago on Google
I need to correct my review, half of the car park is disabled spaces, it's like if all disabled people from chaester want to go there at the same time. The normal park spaces are to small. In the night the car park lights not really working and its really dark.

  • 3/5 Aaron B. 1 year ago on Google
A good variety of shops and there is a good amount of car parking spaces available, however it is very busy and parking can be an issue as there is nowhere else to park if all spaces are taken. You quite often spend more time looking for a car parking space than you do shopping.

  • 5/5 Margaret B. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent selections for all my family. Shopping at your store was a treat especially as I don't get out too often. I will deferentially be back.

  • 5/5 Ian P. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent place to visit, brill Tesco store. Only down side for me is the lack of reasonably priced eateries other than Mc Donald's. Could do with a nice restaurant moving into one of the large empty retail units, sure they would do well.

  • 4/5 John S. 1 year ago on Google

Every single time I pull up here I wonder how much money the businesses are taking on a daily basis in total. I know that's on me but I can never shake it...if you know let me know. If not then enjoy contributing your hard earned shillings to the mega pot of gold they reap from the souls of consumers ... Nice parking

Had a coffee and a donut at the Donut and Crepe Trailer today, Sunday at around 4pm, and I have to say that the two lady staff members were an absolute delight to deal with…pleasant, all smiles, professional and efficient. So many people in the hospitality sector make you feel as if they’re doing you a favour when they serve you. Not these two. Restored my faith in human nature. Pat on the back please management..10/10

No parking for camper vans or even larger than average cars. Fined £100 for parking and overhanging into the next bay, despite the car park being empty and there being no parking spaces that fitted. Do not go here if you have a larger than average car that might go slightly over the line. Broughton, wake up and get with the times, I’ll stick to shopping online or in France where campers/motor homes are welcome from now on. Hope that extra empty car parking space brings you and your retailers much joy
