Great park! Its in a great area, kids can play and parents can sit and relax! There was so much to do here! The kids didn't want to leave. It was clean and everyone was so friendly! There were more than enough swings for the kids. They had a playground for little ones and bigger kids. I will definitely be coming back here again! The river is a nice touch to be around as well!

Still one of our favorite playgrounds, so much fun for the kids! It's a big wooden castle with lots of passageways and bridges. There's 2 swingsets, sandbox area, monkey bars for big and little kids. All ages would enjoy this playground! My boys are 5 and 10, they love it. There's also a creek running beside the park that you can wade in. It gets about waist deep for my 10 year old when he goes to the middle of the creek. The current can get a little fast, so be aware when little ones are in the deeper spots. Bring sandals or water shoes to wear in the water, the rocks can hurt your feet! All around great place!

Took my 2- and 3-year-old to this park since 2e were in the area and needed a picnic spot. What a great park! It's not the most accessible because of the steps to get into the play area, but the structure offers a lot for kids of all ages. My kids loved the sandboxes - PLURAL! There's even one sandbox that's elevated, making it easy for parents to be eye-level with their little ones. There's also plenty of shade and seating. The restrooms were out of the toilet paper but otherwise fairly clean.

One of the most creative parks in the area! There are so many little walkways and activities for kids to check out, this will keep them busy for hours.

Could be a beautiful park.. However, there was a bunch of garbage left by multiple picnic tables and the restroom had no toilet paper in either stall, no soap and was not clean at all(to put it nicely). The river was crystal clear, and our favorite part of the park. Playground looks awesome.. But is old and not as much to do as you'd think.

The play area for kids was phenomenal! Playground was well built with castle like style theme fort. There were no sharp areas for toddlers to bang their heads. Which was fantastic! Very clean park. The water by the river was great. My six year old and 2 year had a wonderful time making dams out of little rocks. I suggest you wear water shoes or flip flops in the water. Overall a great place for a morning or an afternoon playtime to burn energy for the little ones.

A beautiful park for patriots, children and adults. There is a very nice play area that is great for the very young to preteen aged children. Plenty of benches to watch your children play, near a waterway, soccer field, a monument honors three of the Cushing men of which the park is named and a walking path with various memorials to honor those who served in various wars. Parking, a picnic area are available. A healthy walk from shopping and restaurants in downtown Delafield.

One of our favorite parks in Lake Country! Love that it is fenced in and more nature based. Perfect for parents of littles!

grandchildren always love going to what we call castle park even though it is fort cushing. in the summer they also love to wade in the nearby creek. if visiting during late fall or winter be aware that the bathrooms may be locked

Nice that the playground is self-enclosed. Only one way in & out, so great for parents. That said, it can be tough to find kids when you have more than one there. Overall it's great for little ones, lots of stuff for them to do. The park is also beautiful, plenty of picnic tables, a soccer field, a stream that has steps down to which you can walk in, and real bathrooms (not porta-potties).

This park is always really clean. I love that the playground is fenced in. There’s also bathrooms here, a little area for swimming or fishing, and a walking trail. The fields are huge and it’s dog friendly.

Great place for kids. We like getting ice cream in town and walk there while eating. While there we take some time on the swings pretending to be young again. Then walk back enjoying the boulders with all the information about all the US wars.

This is how all parks should be! Great setup, plenty of stuff to bring out a child's imagination without it being overwhelming. The creek adjacent to the playground is beautiful and shallow enough to safely wade in and explore. Absolutely love this park!
