Went with my mum and my 2 year old son, it was his first time going and he loved it. They have a play frame for older kids but they also have a section for under 3 year olds and a section for under 18 month olds. It was very toddler and baby safe and I highly recommend it. Only thing I can complain about is some older lads went into the toddler section and trashed it and blocked the tunnel with foam pieces and the staff I told did nothing about it so I went and dealt with it myself..... Other then that it was fantastic and I'll take him again.

Food & facilities are superb but the staff do not enforce age / area policies at all. Often bigger kids are allowed to open the bonded toddler area which allows the younger ones to escape. Granted its the parent's responsibility to keep an eye on the kids but who am I to judge the cumulative parental standards of the clients who attend of which I am one? Still, a great place to visit.

One word 'Excellent'! Been to one or two 'soft-play' facilities to date and by far the best. Friendly staff; well managed & clean facility and good quality, well- priced, food.👌👍

So glad for banana Ben's to be back open. My son loves it here. It's clean and safe and has lots of things for the children to do. He loved how chase from paw patrol came to visit when he was at a party. Lots of parking here. Friendly staff. Table service at the moment due to just opening up. Nice place to visit

We took our little girl to the ‘Rhythm Time’ session and it was brilliant. She was so engaged in the activities. We stopped for a bite to eat and both the food and service were superb. Banana Bens is a brilliant venue with plenty of activities for all ages; however, Ashlea and the team make it the best play centre we’ve been to!

Really lovely place to play that was clean and had lots to do. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Will definitely return when in the area.

My 3 year old had a great time, loads for him to do. You book and get 2 hours and that was more than enough. There are different areas for different age groups and as other reviews say older kids do go in the areas for younger children but that's surely down to parenting not staff. Everything looked nice and clean, plenty of toilets, food and drink on offer with reasonable prices. The only downside was some of the absolute feral children running around but again that's a parenting issue...

Well designed and although found it was really busy / popular so the play area was overcrowded , great themed rooms my little boy enjoyed the pretend brick yard and building blocks , lovely food good portions and price

There’s reviews from 3 years ago about the exact same issue we had today. Older children using the under 18 months area. This was our first visit and we left after 30 mins due to it being ruined by this issue. There was a 5-6 year old child in the under 18 months area, she picked up a baby she didn’t know and dropped him and made him cry. Then she was standing on babies hands, pushing them over, throwing things and even pushing the adults. We notified a member of staff and she came into the area but she didn’t say anything to the child, she got another member of staff instead. Then the second member of staff asked the child to leave but she refused so then they said they had to get a manager who eventually told her dad and he got her to leave the area. I’m not too sure why it took 3 staff members to remove a child/talk to the parent. This has clearly been an issue for years and it doesn’t seem to have changed. This needs to be monitored more because it ruins the entire experience for the child and the parents. The play area itself is good but I wouldn’t recommend bringing babies here unless it’s at a time that older children would be in school which is unfortunate.

Been in today with my son got amazing help by a girl with brown hair as she was the only person willing to help me out as other staff members were too busy talking to each other. Stayed at the centre for about 2hrs the girl with brown hair came to me 3 times asking if i needed anything. Even though she was super busy doing jobs around the centre she even told me where the toliets were. I did ask another member of staff if they could help me out with an issue i had but they didnt want to know. Eventually me and the girl with brown hair got talking as she told me her name was Caitlin. She was was helpful and friendly defo visit again just because of the attention i got from caitlin.

This is a late review ( my account has been playing up) Attended the venue a few weeks ago with my 2 granddaughters. A great place for them to be. Safe, secure and plenty to occupy them. Table service was an extra bonus. Menu was good and value for money. Special mention to Rhian who was friendly and courteous. Good job, well done .

Great for the kids to play and grow their confidence knowing they're in a safe place. Katie, one of the workers really excelled in her service. Kids love it here

I am a little bit disappointed ☹️ Play area was fine but I think staff should pay more attention for some people behaviour. When I was in baby play area with my daughter there was a woman with her dirty sandals inside play area when little babies played around her 🤢🤢🤢Girls aged around 7-9 years were in this area too. I think there are too big, i don’t even mention their dirty foot without socks 🙄🤢 Staff should pay attention for people with dirty socks or without socks. And dirty shoes inside baby play are 🤔 I’m really disgusted.

Had my daughter's 5th birthday there yesterday. It was very well organised and the staff were lovely. I would definitely recommend people to have their children's parties here. We will definitely be back soon for my daughter to play 😁😁😁

Very nice play area, open space and lots of different activities for kids except from the play area. We have been there for parties and I can tell the provide a great service. The coffee is really good as well and kids food fair.

First time coming here for my children to attend their friends birthday party . And I cannot praise enough . Great security so no need to worry about your little ones disappearing. Clean tidy equipment and professional helpful cheerful staff who were amazing with the children . Will be returning soon 😊😊

We come to Banana Ben's often and always have lunch. Unfortunately today it was inedible. A very nice waitress took it back as bacon was raw. However when it came out it tasted awful. Another waitress took it away and said she would speak to the manager, I chased this up little while later but nothing. Feel really disappointed and ripped off. I won't be eating there again. The play areas are good. The one star is for food and lack of customer service.

The soft play is good but also has the extra play bits to keep them busy. Food and drink is nice and reasonably priced as well. Always really clean and staff are very helpful

What a truly superb play centre this really is. Streets ahead of the competition around Wrexham and Chester for cleanliness, food standards, play centre activities, staff friendliness and atmosphere. Hot day when we visited but inside it was cool and plenty of space. Wouldn't take my grandchildren anywhere else. If you are going to pay for child play this really is the place to visit. Been to others in the area and staff seem miserable, unhelpful, not the cleanest and food mediocre at best. Hot enough for children running around and climbing without a hot building to play in. Banana Ben's does not have these issues.

Great soft play. Fair pricing and one of the best cafes I have been to in a soft play centre. Travel from Chester to visit and worth the travel time. Building is clean and well looked after.

Great for large children's parties or just a fun time, very enthusiastic staff, well equipped and even though it's been open for a while it's a clean, tidy and fresh environment.

Not overly priced. Large playzone with little role play rooms (market, vets etc) good food offering with reasonable prices. Toilets are always clean. Play area its self is clean and very well maintained.

I have a 4 month old and it was free for him today, I have had to pay for him in other venues. The 0-18 month section was great! He had a good time and was tired after it. I was really impressed with the baby changing facilities, really clean and smelt lovely (not all do). We’ll definitely be back very soon!

Came here today what a lovely big place for older children to run around in. You have nothing for babies to play with. I had my friends daughter with me she's 19 months old and was asked to leave the baby corner!? I can't let her play in a corner by her self with lots of older children jumping around and sit and try and find something to do with my 7 month old.

Nice clean place. Good choice of activities, good food. Only BAD thing is the policy of pictures/videos. The whole idea is to be creating memories for YOUR child/children. Unfortunately you are strictly restricted to be taking anything of any means. If you are videoing YOUR child, he/she is going to be move around, so instead of capturing their fun and enjoyment ( for your own memories ). You can't. Which I've never experienced before in all sorts of soft play centres. Which is why this visit is my 1st and last visit. But.. A lady is allowed to film a kids party walking and enjoying themselves around the whole vacinity, and nothing said.. Double standards springs to mind.

We booked in a larger group and it happened to be disney weekend. The whole place was spotless and the staff couldn't do enough for us. It was a brilliant couple of hours for all the kids. Highly recommended play centre.

First time visiting since lockdown started. They are doing such a brilliant job. Tables, floor and equipment is all spotless. They are offering table service through the website which is easy to use. Food and drinks are great. As usual my son is having a blast!

Visited for the first time and will definitely be coming back. Banana Ben's was perfect for the six and four year old we visited with. We had to book in advance, so there was just the right amount of people allowed in so that we had somewhere to sit without any problems. The play equipment is huge and everything was really clean (which is quite rare for places such as this in my experience). We ordered food and drinks via their website, as it was table service, and it all came really quickly and was really good. The hot food we ordered was very tasty and came hot, so it was clear it had been freshly cooked (again this is rare in my experience when visiting places like this). Honestly I wish we'd eaten there instead of going on to a local pub. It was reasonably priced too. Overall it was great, the staff are friendly, welcoming and really pleasant to deal with. A brilliant first experience, which was down to their excellent staff and their standards.

Took my godson, and he loved it there. The play area looks like one I'd have loved as a kid myself, and it's quite large. There's also a separate area next to it for littler-ones. Staff were operating table service while we visited, and you can order a large selection of drinks and food at a decent price. It also thankfully doesn't feel too loud there either, so you're quite comfortable sitting while the kids go play.
