Got sent to hospital for symptoms by doctor. Luckily results came back clear, but still need to see doctor and was told i have to go through E-consult again, even though i have done this first time round. So i done it again and it told me to phone 111 or contact surgery!!!! I rang surgery at 6-15pm and was number 10 in the queue. At 6-30 i was number 6 in the queue. For another half an hour i stayed at number 6 in the queue and then they closed. 45 minutes hanging on the phone, and not even talked to anyone. I have never come across a more shambolic surgery and system of trying to see a doctor. Have lost faith, and why this is able to continue as a doctors surgery is beyond me. Only gave one star because you have too.

Annoyed that I have to give at least one star to this place as they certainly don't deserve it. As much as the Tories are at fault for the state of the NHS, places like this don't help themselves. When we first joined in 2013 (before they merged with Aston) this was a great GP and we had a named Dr who we could see swiftly if needed, if there were no appts they would organise a call to talk through symptoms. Fast forward 9 years and I don't even know who my Dr is, I have a number of health issues that I try and speak to my Dr about, including some concerns about bowel health, but every time I actually get through to a Dr they tell me there are no appts and to go to a Walk-in centre (who are fully staffed by nurses not Doctors!) I also have a disabled son and have no faith at all in being able to get a GP appt sorted for him should a medical emergency arise. They blame staff numbers but they are the ones who only have 2 Drs covering all their patients, they set themselves up for failure and expect us to feel sorry for them - fat chance! I'm currently in a lot of pain and I've been on hold for half an hour (and will likely be told there are no appts). I will be taking the poor state of this GP Surgery to the local press, my local MP and anyone else I can get to listen. Update - I got to 5 in the queue and they hung up - calling back their automated system won't let me speak to anyone to make a complaint. Absolute joke of a service. Truly awful

Today I called this practice as my brother with a history of mental health problems had ran out of medication! I spoke to a very rude receptionist who promised to have the clinic manager call me back because she was covering another site apparently!?! but failed to do so. I explained how my brother had called them and visited the clinic for help which for him is a big deal, he was turned away and sent home with no medication to further deteriorate . I called the crisis team who advised me at no stage should a patient with such history be refused meds and to explain this once the clinic manager returned my call! I received a call from an unknown number which upon answering the call was ended! My brother has been improving and now is back to square one thanks to the lack of care from this practice!

I really can't understand the GP, I've been calling for 3 days in a row and I've been waiting for a long time, today I was waiting for 2 hours because I really need to see a doctor since I was hospitalized last week at Whiston and as directed I need the doctor to see me , investigate and continue the medication, finally I have been trying for a week for the appointment and all I hear is tomorrow at 8 am, call again. This GP is really terrible the service, I recently moved to my area and my old GP had the E-Consult service that made the service a lot faster, unfortunately this GP needs to modernize to serve the community that grew a lot around him.

What do you have to do to get an appointment with a doctor at this surgery.? Been phoning every morning for over a month, got through on a few occasions to be told all appointments are taken, go to A&E. Queued up outside In the morning with people who had been there since 7am, still told no appointments. I donโ€™t need an emergency appointment but am told I cant have one at a later date. The E.consult/triage system is constantly down. Absolute of a surgery.

Started calling with 2 separate phone making a appointment and 8:03 ( after a constants call from both phones) I got in the que 15 and waiting 1 hour 5 minutes from 15 to my call 1 I have been told there are no appointments left today ( Friday) I really don't get it but I leave it into your thoughts about this and really this is not good. Am a heart patient with pacamaker. This NHS system is stings. Am going to prove all that to health secretary take it out with them . Sort your self's out. Unbelievable

Worst doctors ever stay very clear ive had a persistent cough for 5 weeks literally I called them 2 weeks ago saying I have a persistent cough and short breath and they said to complete a econsult form theywill call me out on hours on a Tuesday evening as this was for those who couldnt make normal hours no one called me instead I got a call when I was in work and couldnt answer they don't call between certain times neither so I'd have to take a day off work to answer a phone call basically! asked if they can make any accepting because I can't do normal times and no one called me back in the out of hours neither and they said no they have to go by the e consult or i have to phone from 8am which isn't doable for me, I commonly have chest infections since having pneumonia 2 years ago which causes my rib to break due to vigorous coughing and I'm in pain with my back as a result, Im anxious because people look at me as if I have covid when I'm coughing an I've been tested regularly for covid and am negative and I'm still waiting on a doctor to see me 5 weeks on definatly with no help from them. I contacted NHS 111 last week due to the issues with my own doctor and another doctor prescribed antibiotics for me which hasn't shifted it neither. Absolute nightmare don't ever go here!

I feel the GPโ€™s has improved over the last couple of years. Much more efficient. Every time I have contacted them I have been able to make an appointment albeit a phone consultation, but that it just the way it is at the moment. Receptionists have vastly improved as well, they are very helpful and advice you as much as they can. Think they deserve 5 stars now for the efforts and improvements moving forward. Bring back online e-consults and more face to face appointments ๐Ÿ‘

I dont know why many people are moaning that surgery is bad but i used them in the past 7 years and they were brilliant. Appointment can be booked from 8am in the morning and i always get to speak to GP on the same day. GP โ€˜s are very supportive and always listen and give a good advice. Never had an issue with them. Thanks guys for your hard work x

Never had a problem until 2 years ago. Appointment are impossible to get especially if your not online for a consultation. The receptionist are so lovely and helpful they can only do so much to help. Nurses are good to. Walk in center is my only option as no appointments for 4 days which ain't good when your in pain and need urgent help. Do wish the gp service would hire more gps for the amount of patients allocated, they are understaffed and overworked. I cannot do an econsult as suggested below as mentioned I do not have Internet access as not subscribed to broadband or have a computer. I know how to email ect and how to do an econsult, the fact you assumed I had Internet and a computer is astonishing, we all don't have that luxury, but thank you for your reply. Before I go in regards to this review it was left with praise for gp service not an insult or a negative review, I borrowed a phone that had data roaming before those who are ready to jump on the bandwagon asking how this review was left.

Thankyou to the receptionists on duty this morning 30th March at 8.00am for giving me a much needed appointment for my elderly father. Hopefully Dr Messing will be able to rectify his needs with an MRI scan and physio.

Been seen by Mrs Karateke recently and must give her a credit of her patience and attention to detail on assisting us in all! The lady answered our questions and worries in a very patience manner with my parents no the best in verbal communication. All in all itโ€™s not easy to get an appointment but itโ€™s understandable with back log and all stuff since COVID.

Every time I call from 8 am to 8.30 am someone answers me and tells me that they can t take more appointment .This medical center is a joke from all points of view, I don't understand why it is still open. They never solve people's problems, they are incompetent and they never give you appointments when you need them.

Used to come here for dental care. Dentist was incredibly friendly, patient and knowledgeable of my needs however, dealing with appointments is a pain as they just pluck appointment dates out of the air without finding one around my times. Not a bad service overall.

Receptionist was lovely tried to help as much as she could but av been waiting to be seen for over 2 weeks now this NHS service is disgusting and disappointing and no wonder the amount of people killing themselves when you try to ring for help and thereโ€™s no1 out there to help the government needs to address this situation because they have got a lot of deaths on there hands and doing nothing about it ๐Ÿคฌ

Impossible to get an appointment. They want you to queue at 7.45 outside the surgery and keep your fingers crossed you get one. This includes the disabled.

๐Ÿ˜  An absolute joke. The doctor already has your answer before you even tell him your symptomps, that is, if he lets you speak. Whatever you are suffering from is not important here, getting through the phone calls is. I question their competence, and their approach to treat everyone the same, like the...
