This Starbucks location is in the Walmart parking lot near Chick-fil-A and the car wash. The building looks new and modern and in great shape. The guy in the drive thru was very friendly and cheerful.

💯!! This location has IMPECCABLE staff! Always speedy service, efficient, professional, always so kind & friendly. I return to this store because I love them & their EXCELLENT service!!! They all deserve a pay raise.

Really good customer service but at night might be slow and it takes too much time sometimes to get your order, I recommended to use the Starbucks’s application to make points and rewards, it’s amazing option to get for free your cups and customized drinks! Ice matcha latte with cinnamon is one of my favorites, you have to try it.

I came in late at night (around 7 pm) and ordered my drink there were no other orders and no one else waiting. I saw my cup with my order ticket attached sitting on the counter and it took them 15 minutes to finally realize that someone was waiting for their order and start working. In addition to that, all of the workers were just standing around talking.

The staff at this location are always super friendly. Their drive thru is usually pretty quick. I've only had 1 drink not come out correct and they were quick to make it right. Lots of space to spread out and get work done. Staff wears masks (and most people coming in, do too).

Amazing amazing amazing! I love the baristas and the energy they give off ! Great service, never disappoints. This is the only Starbucks in Frederick that consistently makes my coffee taste exactly how it should !! 🫶

Who waits in line with car idling for a $5-7 cup of coffee!!! Often I think I should settle and go to Starbucks but their lines are always horrible or you can order ahead which helps a lot in their app but still…. Your priorities are messed up if you wait that long in line for a cup of coffee. Starbucks doesn’t care or they’d have more people there so you don’t have to wait for an overpriced liquid, not a meal, a liquid! I have better things to do with my time or will simply go without.

My past two experiences were fine, but no one ever took my order at the drive-through today after waiting for minutes, and I had to come inside to order because I was not permitted to order at the window by the barista. I'll give this place another chance, but if something like this happens again, I'll be sure to let y'all know and a service star will be deducted.

This Starbucks is the best one I have ever been to, the workers are so caring and nice every time I come!!! I give this Starbucks a 10/10!!!! Thank you Starbucks workers for always being so kind ❤️

Check your drinks before you leave because they mess up orders and there's nothing like expecting a mocha and getting a mouthful of the vilest peppermint. Waited ten minutes for a $6.00 cup of hot vomit.

Definitely won’t be coming back here And will be letting everyone know not to go to this Starbucks! Very disappointed. I was so frustrated that I walked out Because I wasn’t gonna wait another 25 minutes or more for them to remake it ! Ordered a venti caramel crunch frappe w/4 pumps frap coffee & 4 pumps caramel sauce, almond milk, extra caramel & toppings . the lady put it in as a grande with 9 pumps of frappe coffee with 6 pumps caramel sauce and my boyfriend ordered a hot mocha coffee and they didn’t make that right. And we waited over 15 minutes for a water and it wasn’t even that busy. So almost 30 minutes waiting for 3 drinks .

I hate hate hate that this Starbucks is by my home because the drinks are terrible. Always mild in flavor, I've ordered white hot chocolate twice from here and both times it takes like milk only. The mango dragon fruit lemonade is always light in color even after mixing it over and over. I have to drive 15 mins to a different location to not get burned by how terrible the drinks are made here. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This is my home location and thank god it is! This is the most efficient and friendly Starbucks I have been to. Special shout out to Sky and Stephen, always willing to help and provide great service. Thank you!

Come on Starbucks I didn't even ask some outrageous things just a venti Carmel Frappuccino and got str8 garbage. How hard can it be to fix one of your own

OMG!!!!!! First time I wished I could drive away from the drive thru..... Slow doesn't even define how bad this was... to give an idea 8 songs played on the radio between the time I ordered and got to the window..... think it's like 4 or 5 cars between the ordering and window.

I’ve been getting the same drink at my usual location for a while now. I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago. Staff is super friendly. Although they messed up my drink it is the best mess up ever because it was even more delicious than my usual and I only order it that way now.

Friendly staff who consistently make very basic drinks incorrectly. No matter what you order, if it has steamed milk of any variety, you get a latte. It’s been months of trying different things to no avail.

Definitely one of the better locations. The staff doing the drive thru are always polite and very sweet. They are very good at managing rushes and busy days. I come here at least twice a week, 🌟Starbucks please sponsor me🌟. Anyways, here are some of my drink orders and ratings😁
