It's okay, but they constantly mess up orders. Today a lady was going to hand me my bag, thought it was the wrong one and then handed me the "correct" one, which was still incorrect. The 3 stars is honestly just for the convenience of the location and how close it is to my place of work.

This northern Frederick DUNCAN DOUGHNUTS store is conveniently located near Rt 26 on Monocacy Blvd. at Laurel Wood. Clean new store with great service!

The kind lady yogesh who was at the drive thru had a very positive Attitude. She greeted with a good morning and have a good day. That goes a long way. You don’t see such positivity in that industry.

We arrived on site at approximately 1230 and ordered our drinks. I drove up to the front window and paid for the items. After receiving the 1 of the items...I was pelted in the face..HARD...with what I assumed was a hardened munchkin!. I got heated and demanded the person that did this...speak to me. I heard laughter in the front area...and veventually...the young man came forward and...with mirth clearly on his face...gave me some sort of excuse as way of an apology. Nothing more...sno discount off anything...and all the while... those kids STILL LAUGHING. this is. By far...is completely UNSAT...and I want this young man terminated or something severe done. I am a veteran with PTSD...and I had to keep my cool ..since my family was in the car. Plus this is Father's day....and you just basically humiliated me in front of my son and wife. I want to be called back and this issue resolved before I take matters into a more legal setting.

service was good. Apparently you can park wherever you want with no regard to if someone else needs to get out. It was very busy and their was an entire empty side parking lot but this person did not care. This has nothing against the store but it is possible if you park near the door you eill be blocked in.

The coffee tasted as expected however as I was drinking about half way started tasting little crumbs which turned out to be coffee grounds. I have never had this in all years of having coffee from DD. The other problem this location they have not had plain glazed donuts last three visits. The simple plain donut all donuts start from and they don’t have any??? Stopped by before 9 am and was told they didn’t have any. Stopped by in the afternoon still don’t have any. Regardless of the time they never have glazed donuts. Now I am getting coffee grinds in my coffee. Think time go back SB or maybe just go Sheetz. Sad to say but always loved DD but this location falls short. This is new place too so think they would be up to speed. Tried to call the store about the grounds in my coffee and couldn’t get anyone on phone. What is left in photo is half of what was in my coffee the rest landed on my tongue took some effort get off and at work very uncomfortable situation have coffee grounds stuck on lips and in mouth.

this was 2 time coming here and when i walked in i didn't get welcome or smile a employee was on his phone look at me and look back to his phone and then slowly walked over and Sayed what you want, took my order then threw bag down and walked away and then someone else handed me my drink and she didn't smile and come again. as a food blogger i wont recommend this place anyone who follow me on my blog. this is the worst dunkin i have been to. if i could i would just give it a half of a star

Lines are long depending upon time of day; usually go after 9:30 and can get through quick. Short staffed since kids went back to school, but they try hard to keep up with demand. For the most part, my selection is always made correctly. The nice woman at the window never fail to give my dog treats! ☺️

Never have donuts. Order on the app and get there and they don't have them. Always happens at the Monocacy location!! Seems the employees are annoyed by it too!

Staff at this location are very friendly. The food is consistent
