The employees here are so nice and helpful! Maggie the owner, is very knowledgeable on her products and pleased to recommend delicious recipes for you to try at home. They also offer cooking classes and special gatherings at the store. They have quite the selection of products and always have something new to try. We love stopping in and sampling their oil and vinegar. We usually have a good conversation and end up leaving with something new to take home. We definitely recommend this hidden gem of Frederick!

Great selection of different oils and vinegars! The woman who is running the store is young, but does have experience in cooking and using the oils and vinegars in a variety of dishes and is knowledgeable in the health benefits of both products. The store is in a nice disctrict of the town where other shops are located for a nice leisurely walk.

I love this store. It's a great place to get gifts for yourself or others, which has saved me the last two holidays! My friends and I rave about their products. High quality vinegars and oils, and great flavors! Also a very friendly and helpful staff who really know what they're talking about.

Love the layout, love the selection, and the ability to taste everything. Favorites have been the garlic olive oil, butter olive oil, and blackberry ginger balsamic vinegar. I recently got a bottle of an oil that I cannot spell but smells green and tastes amazing with pork. Very excited to test the other oils and vinegar I have!

Probably one of the best stores in Frederick that serves flavored olive oil and balsamic vinegar that are bottled right in front of you. The servers are incredibly kind, providing samples for their different flavors. Josh was also great at providing recommendations for pairings. For their olive oils, their Tuscan Herbs is my favorite, although the Gremolata is a good second. Their balsamic vinegars are very flavorful and taste is subjective. The honey ginger, cinnamon pear, and pomegranate are some of the best, but everything tastes good.

Ohh man... I tried a few flavors and found one I loved! I totally wasn't expecting to take a little sample and be blown away. I was very surprised. The bottle I got is for me, and I'll be back to pick out a unique holiday gift for someone who likes to cook.
