I am a new patient at Indigo, referred by my chiropractor. I first received pelvic floor therapy from Megan, which was extremely informative and helpful. My session really addressed some key issues. I was unaware massage was offered at Indigo, thankfully Megan told me all about Cat and got me booked quickly. I came in the next day for a 60 minute massage. Cat exudes such a high level of peaceful energy. I was immediately at ease. I’ve had massages for about 18 years and she has one of the best techniques by far. I will definitely be booking again! My only recommendation is more marketing for massage here had Megan not told me I’d have missed out.

Dr. Abby takes her time to really understand what is going on and does such a good job of explaining what’s going on with your body. Is very considerate and tells you what she is doing before she does it. Not to mention my pain has significantly improved in just a few sessions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Sarah Feierstein is amazing! I solidly recommend Indigo for pelvic floor PT. Dr. Feierstein listened to me and gave me exercises to complete at home which really helped my recovery. I am so glad I went to Indigo!
