During my stay, there might have been a total of 20 guests in the hotel. Upon check-in, “no upgrades were available” as per the front desk staff even though I am a platinum Marriott Bon boy member. The rooms were all small and needing some updates. The staff was very friendly.

Electric vehicle charging station in the parking lot. In the context of a banquet, the vegetarian meal was wonderful. I have never tasted asparagus stalks so tender.

When booking, I notified them that I needed a handicap room due to the fact that my boyfriend is in a wheelchair from a spinal cord injury. I did not receive a handicap room. Which was very inconvenient. The bathroom also had hair everywhere I literally mean everywhere on the ceiling in the tub on the floor on the toilet seat. The room was also very dusty, The housecleaning supervisor should probably come by and check the rooms after they have been “cleaned”. The lady that checked me in on Friday was nice enough to let me check in a little early as my room was ready, but she did have an attitude when I asked her if the shuttle was back running (They stopped the shuttle when the pandemic happened), She was more concerned with the conversation she was having with her coworker that I guess she wanted me to hurry up and not ask questions so they could finish their conversation. The location was great And all the other staff was amazing, as well as the breakfast and the room service we ordered. Very noisy hotel. Children were running up and down the hallway, banging on doors and running away. Children unsupervised in lobby running around. Fairly safe area I walked to nearby shopping centers and the movie without any issues. Would stay again.

Great staff, I want to give a special shout out to Daniella, Mike, James and Devin they always went above and beyond if I had any trouble. Also the housekeeper Elizabeth always made sure our room was clean and spotless. I love coming to this hotel. The staff always recommended great places try out! Will be back again

Always stay here when visiting family. Its one of the nicer hotels in the area. Its located in a great area with plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. Rooms in the back will have a nice view of the pond. There is plenty of parking and rooms are clean and up to date. Reception and staff are always kind and professional. This place can book up fast for conferences and parties.

Absolutely amazing staff. They are beyond friendly and went out of their way to do things to try and make me comfortable (was on a work trip and couldn’t stop coughing). They were making me teas and drinks to help try to suppress the cough - didn’t even ask. Great people, great service. Only complaint is the beds being a bit on the harder side.

Always a wonderful stay! The front staff and the people at the bar are great. I’ve been coming here a lot for work and I always look forward to staying here. The location is very central to a great lake, restaurants and entertainment. The front staff is also very accommodating to late check outs which I appreciated very much.

We attended a family wedding, and everything was beautifully done! The service was great!! And the food was delicious. We had the salmon, and the yellow cake with icing was pretty good, but the red velvet needed some help. Other than that, it was a wonderful time and a beautiful wedding there!!

The good aspects: - Great shower, good water pressure, well-fitting shower curtain - Good bedside tables with adequate power plugs - Quiet - Good lakeside view if your room faces the lake - Good blackout curtain - Painless room entry with magnetic cards The bad aspects: - No newspaper available, neither free nor purchased - Low toilets. Elderly males get a wash they do not want. - No microwave in room, which mandates eating at their expensive restaurant. No free breakfast. - Front desk has no idea about the room furniture to be found. Online pictures are notional rather than providing an inventory of what is/is not present - Charges for parking - High service charges

Great service. Rooms and services were good. What's great? Location location location!! The walk, the eateries, stores, carousel...there is so much to do around. What I wasn't a fan of was mosquitoes. Somehow there were mosquitoes in the room. I could smash one HUGE mosquito (it was big enough to take my blood, get stuck in amber and could be used to clone for a Jurassic Park food source).

Negatives: 1. No safe in room 2. No USB ports in the room 3. No port to connect my laptop to the monitor/TV in the room when working on documents. 4. No pool....seriously? (Big negative) 5. No clock in room. Would be nice. 6. Though I confirmed the fact that I needed a parking space, the reception staff never asked me if I had a car or needed a spot. I find this confusing because no one told me I needed a parking pass for my dashboard so I do not get towed. This was concerning because if I had not ask the concierge, my car would have been towed over night....scary. 7. No ability to wirelessly use my phone with the TV other then YouTube (at other hotels I can wordlessly connect my phone with watch HBOMax and Prime) Positives: 1. Staff is friendly and courteous 2. Room was clean 3. Room service is quick and food was very good, but food choices are limited Hotel floor was very quiet at night.

Super convenient, clean and accessible. Comfortable room and courteous staff. Will absolutely be back soon. Also delightful view at night from the room and adjacent to the hotel. Super easy access to the pond and area attractions like Dave & Busters and the AMC theater.

The location is good for business travel but service here is poor. The hotel always seem to have some computer glitch either about my email or credit card information. I always have to make a second call to get my bill electronically. The level of service is not convenient for business travel.

Stayed for a few days for business. The rooms were large and clean. The food in the restaurant was actually very good- try the crab cakes and flat bread pizza! The staff was extremely polite and professional. Overall, great stay and will stay here again when returning for my next business trip.
