👍👍 I came with my family for a scheduled passport service. there was a bit of wait, but once we got in, the service was excellent. Ms. Vanessa Jackson was outstanding: a true professional with a wonderful attitude and a great smile. Thank you Ms. Jackson. People often mention service, passport, USPS,

Overwhelmingly incompetent. This is the reason why FedEx and UPS are doing so well. Even when they know it's going to be busy they do nothing to prepare for it. And when asking for something simple like "Stamps" they take forever! I hope someone opens up a carrier pigeon service next door just so I have a faster option.

The Employees are nice. No long lines and fast transactions. Trecia is the most friendly and accommodating employee I’ve met there, she assisted me with my passport application, we had a few talks and she’s really nice, she even apologized for not getting a photograph of mine for my passport because it is not working that day (which is i totally understand and it’s not her fault)

The second star is because I technically did get mail out. Not effectively but not a total failure. The employees do not know what they are doing. Even if they did they do not have the tools to make labels that are not handwritten (or maybe they do and I'm giving the clerks too much credit). I've had better service and received the services I requested at other out of state USPS locations. I've also done things the same way to get my vehicle registered each non-deployed year while I was in the military. This was the only USPS that wanted to do things a different (and probably wrong) way. 13 years and this was the first one to call the right way wrong. Instead of having express labels out where I can get one and have it filled out prior to getting in line they have them behind the counter. They then make you get out of line while they "help" someone else and treat you like it's your fault you needed their form. While I was filling out a second envelope, one clerk came over and she explained where to put the stamp (Hint: it was the spot on the packaging that said place stamp here"). The worst part is I choose this USPS because it was the highest rated (3 star average) in the area. If this is 3 star average how bad are the other USPS around here? I've been to good USPS. I know it can be better. Hopefully this location can get its act together.

A fine post office. Not large, but it gets the job done.

Staff was extremely helpful here, especially in the passport office. I visited once for infant photos and application and the lady was patient with us and our grumpy baby. A week later I came back for photos for renewing my own passport and desire not begging to, the staff checked all my things and helped make sure it was marked and packaged correctly.

This is a standard full-service USPS full service location. It is usually not as busy as other post offices in the area. Parking (free) is available both in front, and along one side of the building. However, be aware that if you do park by the side of the building, it is angled parking only, and after you pulled out, you will need to make a 3-point turn to get out of the carpark via the same road. This is because there is no through road that go around the building - instead, the road will end in a USPS-only lot, where you need to turn around, go pass the building again, and then only exit. Cars coming in will need to watch for cars coming out on that narrow road.

A woman named Trecia helped us with our passport documentation for my daughter and wife. She was extremely helpful and kind, and patient with our toddler. Easily the best experience I've ever had with a government employee. Thank you for making a stressful experience, less so.

Sadly there is no evidence of intelligent life in management . A sign is needed at the place where the line begins so customers are not standing in the wrong place. Uh duh this is not rocket science.
