A long jetty reaching out into the clear blue waters. A good scenic walk with views to Port Hughes. Lots of fishing opportunities, judging by the fishermen we saw. There's plenty of parking and amenities, also a play area for kids. Just a lovely quiet spot to take a break & enjoy the long beach walks

Great little walk to the end of the pier, playground, and shop. Lovely stop for an hours break to let the kids out.

Quite a long jetty. Visitors like to swim inside the bay area for their safety against shark attack. Not many people there even if it's the weekend. Plenty of carpark around.

There is plenty to do around here. The water park, fishing, swimming in the enclosed area, cafe and caravan park. Our grandies had fun all round.

I had visiting Moonta Bay recently, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed by the town's natural beauty, stunning beaches, and friendly locals. I would highly recommend Moonta Bay to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday destination. The town's natural beauty, friendly locals, and diverse attractions make it an excellent choice for families, couples, and solo travelers alike. I cannot wait to return to this charming seaside town in the future.

Awesome Jetty. Has a fenced off area to swim so the Nikki Narks don't have a bite. The people out on the jetty were also catching fish & crabs too

Lovely place for most parts of the year. Have to get there early to get parking. There is disabled parking but the ground in some areas is uneven so if you have trouble walking make sure you use your walker or walking stick with care

Moonta Bay Jetty is glorious on a clear sunny day. Sunsets are amazing.

A great place to visit especially on a great fine day. Relaxing and refreshing. A stroll around is also good experience.

Great Place to be. With an amazing free water park with slides and al things fun and watery. Enclosed caged ocean swim for all to enjoy. Fishing from jetty or the boat minded. With awesome blue seas as amazing sunsets. If you can take a break or just endure a 2 hour drive up and back for something to do .. Caravan or camping or just for day trip it's a must on the to-do list.

Beautiful clear water, well built jetty, the locals catch heaps of squid, so bring your squid jigs😉
