Massive queue 10 tills and only 2 staff serving. No price tags on shelves so I had to keep going to customer services to ask the price of things, especially on the bedding/curtain section. Items that were priced, were In the wrong place so the prices weren't correct. Instead of several staff gathering around the computer near the exit, it would be helpful for them to be serving customers, and preventing the huge queues that are always and issue here

Went here with my mom, son and daughter in law, to do some Christmas shopping. The place is huge with bargains on every shelf. Some things were a little pricey but I guess that's why it's called The Range 😂. It was great there was Iceland in there too so you could feed your appetite too. My son managed to find his favourite Reece's cheese cake so he went away happy. I'll be back again Kerrie Murphy-Fisher

Visited here a few weeks back to pick up a hamster cage for my daughter. Staff were helpful in directing us to which side of the enormous store I needed. They have a wide variety of items here well worth going

Hi nice big shop and cafe my wife was looking for some new Burgundy cushions but couldn't find any they'd got very colour bar Burgundy. But we did find a nice new table lamp £17. We used to use the cafe a lot but the prices have gone up a lot so we didn't use it. Very expensive now 😬

Love to walk round this shop , it has everything under one roof from outdoor clothing to frozen food and indoor furniture to outdoor furniture it has the lot. I just wonder round picking up things I didn't know I needed 🤔. Anyway yes I would definitely recommend this place for shopping. Carl

It was massive. With so many products in differing styles and prices. We went round it several times. The restaurant looks very good too, but we didn't have enough time to chech it out. And so many staff all busy too. It's certainly one to vist for crafts, pets, food and especially Christmas lines.

Very good selection of items for almost everyone. With the Iceland and Gregg's freezer section aswell you cant go far wrong the cafe is abit limited but if your just shopping and need a snack your be ok

Went to this store today to buy fireworks as I left the store my wife rang me to say she had already purchased some fireworks from the range earlier that day. I went to customer service to say can I get a refund the lady said we don’t do refunds on fireworks i said but I haven’t left the premises she replied ask the man on the firework store so I went up to him and ask can I please get a refund on these he said we don’t do refund on fireworks I replied I bought them less than 5 min ago and I haven’t left the premises. He was clearly not bothered. I will never step in the range again

Visited this range today to spend some of the kid’s Christmas money! The store is located in a nice big open car park with loads of space so no worries there! Inside the place has plenty of great things whether it be for the home,garden or kids! Prices are decent also for the things you can get as it has stuff you can’t usually get in your local supermarket or retail store! Excellent variation of things that will suit most people! Staff were polite and prompt as it was very busy when we were visiting! Also has the bonus of having an on-site cafe so you can take a break away from shopping for a coffee or sandwich!

A great shopping experience...shop appears in a constant state of reorganization, every time I go aisles/areas being swapped round. Good prices, range of items and a decent cafe,..but sometimes I miss Hooties! I must be getting nostalgic in old age. 🤣

Great range of stock in store, everything is on one level which may make it easier for wheelchair users etc..plenty of Xmas decorations in at the moment at fair prices. Plenty of car parking on site. Staff were getting through the que quickly as well

I wanted to buy soil. There were two options on the label: 2 bags for £16 or 4 bags for £10. Based on the information, I took 4 bags that should cost £10 (according to the label). At the checkout, it turned out that the bag costs £8. The staff tried to explain that this offer is probably only online. There was no such information, so it should be sold at the label price. Generally, in this store, hardly any product is well marked and has a price. Arrogant service

Brought a small bbq for camping, but found it was broken took it bk and staff was friendly and helpful, got a new one and checked it for me. Gd quality items at reasonable prices

Had a trolley full of frozen food and waited in a queue with only one till open By the time I got to the till the food was half defrosted. There needs to be more tills open when there is a queue, especially if customers have frozen foods It was very warm in there with no aircon. In future I will go to an Iceland store as they are much quicker.

Had a great experience with Range, I wanted to replace all of my dining chairs and was looking for something smaller to make my dining room bigger. After spending half a day at Wednesbury furniture stores, I went to The Range. I was lucky to find exactly what I was looking for and found them at a really good price. Staff are friendly and helped me the process, they helped in taking the chair legs off so that they fit in the car. Brilliant and thank you

Always an amazing amount of things to buy here. You can find seasonal items, such as gardening, plants, chairs and tables, sun loungers etc. At this time of year. It's got lots of selection. There's also a little cafe in there for if you want to grab a coffee while you shop, and with warm meals served there too. There's an Iceland department in there too, which has freezer stuff and normal, so you can even grab food from there. It's always neat and tidy, and well kept. Brilliant place and amazing value for money too. Would definitely recommend.

Great range of stuff and can get my frozen shopping from Iceland instore also as have a young child they have a good cafe which isn't expensive with quick and friendly service.

Went for one item....asked at customer services and was sent to an around about area ..even though the item was advertised on the website as in-store it wasn't ....went to leave and before I went through the door the alarm went off....(as woman and child on the entrance side had set it off) but was harassed by the staff even though my trolley was empty.... This is one place I'll never go to again and will run down to everyone who asks......! !

If I could give no stars I would, charged me twice in the cafe and although I was told to go back for a refund, the stroppy deputy manager refused to refund even though I had proof the money had left my account. The worst customer service ever, she should not work in a shop. Plenty of other staff hanging around doing literally nothing for their pay, especially the security guard. Don’t bother shopping here.
