I’ve been using Esques for about 6 months now and I have never gotten a bad service. The staff are lovely, the decor is warming, and the services are a competitive price! Having been a repeat client of one member of the company, I can only base my review on her but if the others are anything like her then everyone will be a happy camper when they use Esques! 5/5, would (& definitely will) rebook in the future.

Thank you for a perfect pamper with a signature treatment, exactly what I needed after a stressful few months! Firm, but not painful massage, as requested and I felt so relaxed I didn’t want it to stop. Thank you for the consideration by wearing a mask too and not breathing your cold germs around, I really appreciated that! A perfect way to start a Friday and help me relax, thank you so much!! Superb facial, therapist very knowledgeable and informative, chose the best products for my skin, put me at ease about peel (im quite anxious and have sensitive skin) and recommended a different facial for next time which may suit my skin better. Very relaxing, happy with skin, will be booking back in soon🙂

I've had many treatments over several years at Esque, all wonderful. The place is gorgeous, the rooms are clean, cosy and smell delicious. The staff are unfailingly lovely and give the best massages ever. My most recent treatment was with Millie, who gave me a glorious facial, plus neck and shoulder massage. Highly recommended!

Alisa gave an excellent deep tissue massage. So grateful to her. I feel like a new person. Thank you Alisa.

Came here last weekend to get my brows done as usual, they do a great job on that and my actual therapist was lovely but the customer service was distinctly off. I am a busy working woman and came in looking tired the morning after a leaving party (perfectly normal!). Both the young women on reception were incredibly frosty as they greeted me, made faces at each other, and started making loud, snickering remarks about "how much sleep did YOU get last night?", interspersed with glances at me, shortly after I had sat down nearby. As a polite, paying customer, I expect better. The general atmosphere in the salon was just awful - a lady who looked like the owner walked by and greeted me nicely after I had been waiting for a few minutes. After she had left, both the rude girls on reception started saying things about her, too. I have been a loyal customer since I moved to Leamington - but am honestly considering changing to another salon. There are many other high-end places in town, where the staff are politer and more welcoming. Just because somebody isn't the customer you are personally treating does not give you the right to show an appalling lack of manners.

I had my massage with Lucy and my husband with Izzy. Both girls are very professional. Massage was really relaxing and we can feel their engagement in every touch. Highly recommend 😊

I had a wellbeing massage this morning with Lucy..she was very welcoming and friendly. I felt very comfortable around her and she took my health condition into consideration. The massage itself was wonderful, relaxing and I could of sat there a lot longer. Thank you Lucy!

Low quality work for nails and colour applying. I did true Luxury pedicure £95 with Millie. Massage was ok, but applying of the gel was uneven, with some colour on the skin, very low quality. Salon offered the correction. Correction was done with Amra. Better, but still not the quality that I’m expecting. Please see attached photos of corrected pedicure. (Photos of the first visit - much worse)

The 55minute Hot Stone Wellbeing Massage with Julie was so relaxing and really helped to ease the tension in my shoulders.

Great friendly staff. That take the time to find out what you need focus on. Went in with tense and sore back. Came out feeling totally relax would recommend to anyone. Have book next visit. Can wait.

Had fantastic massage. Monika was excellent and very knowledgeable. It felt like more than just a relaxation event, I actually learnt where the problem areas are. I will be back to Esque, maybe to try some of their other services!

Always love my appointments with Julie! She’s a fantastic beauty therapist who does a thorough job, and a lovely person who always puts me at ease.

Don't you dare have a sick child and nobody to cover. You will miss your appointment and your deposit! Unless, of course, you kindly ask your child to give 24h notice that they are going to be sick!!
