Smile
Perfections
have
managed
to
achieve
something
that
no
other
practices
have
ever
been
able
to
do
for
me.
They
helped
me
to
overcome
my
absolute
fear
and
terror
of
seeing
a
dentist.
I
arrived
at
the
surgery
accompanied
by
a
friend
constantly
telling
myself
that
I
would
leave
immediately
if
I
felt
too
panicky
to
stay.
From
the
moment
that
I
walked
through
the
door
I
felt
listened
to
and
my
fears
were
acknowledged.
Lynsey
was
brilliant
she
put
me
at
ease
and
I
felt
that
any
decision
I
made
was
mine
and
they
would
work
at
my
pace.
On
my
second
appointment
I
met
with
Sumit
my
dentist
and
again
he
immediately
put
me
at
ease
and
talked
through
what
we
could
do.
I
had
neglected
my
teeth
badly
because
of
my
previous
bad
experiences
with
other
practices
years
ago
but
Sumit
gave
me
all
of
the
options
available
to
me
and
we
agreed
on
a
plan
which
included
extractions,
fillings
and
a
dental
plate.
Because
of
the
kindness
patience
and
Sumits
ability
to
make
me
feel
totally
in
control
of
the
whole
process,
I
was
able
to
achieve
my
goal
of
having
my
teeth
fixed
and
no
longer
feeling
self
conscious
when
smiling
or
laughing.
The
whole
team
are
lovely,
they
managed
to
make
my
anxieties
manageable
and
that
was
a
major
battle
for
me.
I
would
and
do
highly
recommend
them
to
anyone.
