I'm not sure if it's changed, but only a year ago I came across very racist behaviour with his venue. They didn't allow a group of lads in due to their skin colour, I was waiting to go in with a mate and four lads were standing just outside the door they weren't moving I was so confused either leave or go in? I proceeded to ask one of the bouncers on the door "Excuse me sorry, why are they just standing here" and the bouncer replied "what's that got to do with you" Unbelievable, really embarrassing specially in 2022 these things need to stop.

Used to love it here but was overcharged twice in a row for a double vodka lemonade which is normally 5.50 and paid £25 on two occasions and they won’t give me a refund! Not what you need as a broke student!

A friend and I had a very unpleaseant experience with a blonde short lady from the staff. My friend wanted to buy two drinks for us but unfortunately her card didn't pass because it wasn't activated for contactless payments. So she told this lady to wait a sec. My friend was planning to go outside to have data (we didn't have signal inside) and activate the card to pay but suddently the lady just appeared and told us to leave without letting us explain. A good lad offered to pay our drinks and no, she simply wanted us to leave the bar because she even called the security guard to kick us out but even the security guard was confused and didn't understand the reason why she was kicking us out. We weren't doing any hustle because we wanted to pay our drinks but we just had that inconvienience. Another thing is that we think she also had a very racist attitude because of our colour skin and accent.

You pay different prices to each bar staff you go too. It could be £4 one minute for a glass of wine then £6 the next. Depending how they are feeling. Never known anywhere else in liverpool that does this

according to the strange man selling sunglasses in the toilet men who wear earrings are not men and therefore i was denied access to use the public restroom, nearly wet myself thanks to him

Wow, that was fantastic singing. Iain the sign guy was spot on and his recommendation we are thankful for! Monday night no better place for a karaoke!

We had a lot of fun!! But... toilets were not really clean, staff was extremely slow talking among each other rather than serving... and the floor was so sticky it was difficult to walk!!

The DJ was really nice. I'd recommend coming early with a big group of friends, so you get to request more songs.

The staffs was very welcoming and we have free shot. The atmosphere was amazing we were allow to request was music . We are from London and will definitely recommend it for a great night out.

Pretty dingy really and the whole atmosphere was completely dead. For a karaoke bar, there's very little karaoke. The music videos looks like they've been downloaded off limewire in 2002. The bar itself seemed quite dated and whole place could do with a facelift. On the plus side...drink prices were alright.

Loved it there until I got 3 volkas and coke it was £15 the next time I went it cost me £32 I only got 3 shots aswell

Big place and plenty of screens. Amazing stage for singers. Reasons for not full 5 stars is because the toilets werent great and quite poor and also no pepsi, kinda felt like a fat free place. But all in all, a great place to sing and chill

Good atmosphere, nice people but the staff were atrocious. They would ignore you, use passive aggression & judge you from behind the counter for ordering alcohol (the exact thing your there to do, duh its a bar.)

Go there as a regular with my friend group. Used to go most Monday nights and the DJ with the glasses on is amazing. He has any song you could ever ask for, and if he doesn’t have it he’ll download it from YouTube for you. Me and my friend always sing Man Or Muppet from the muppets movie and it’s great.

Came in for 1st drink of the evening as passing and would not return again. Time was about 7.30pm and nearly everyone in there was already drink some extremely drunk. Had one drink and run. It was not for me. Staff where friendly and efficient.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent visit to your establishment. My friends and I, a group of 28 people from Denmark, were excited to enjoy a night out at your bar in Liverpool. However, the experience was marred by terrible management and service. The incident began when we were told that vodka shots were priced at £2 each. I decided to purchase some, but then your staff abruptly changed the price to £4 per shot because it was considered a shot and not a drink. This inconsistency was already frustrating. To make matters worse, I then inquired about cheaper shots, and your staff informed me that they were £2 each. I explicitly asked for confirmation due to the previous pricing confusion. Despite this, when the shots were poured and totaled £25 for 10, I reminded the bartender of the earlier price agreement. Instead of resolving the matter calmly, your manager intervened in an irrational and aggressive manner, shouting at me. I calmly explained the situation to both the bartender and the manager, but the manager insisted that the earlier discount had expired, despite it being mentioned just moments prior. When I declined to make the purchase due to the unfair treatment, the manager had security forcibly remove me from the premises. I subsequently spoke with the security staff, who agreed that your bar's management and practices were unacceptable. It was a shocking experience that resulted in not only my group leaving but also losing 28 potential customers, which constituted 95% of the customers that evening. Not surprising because of the quality and customer service. This incident reflects poorly on your establishment, and I strongly urge you to address the issues of inconsistency, aggressive management, and poor customer service immediately. We came to your bar with high hopes and left thoroughly disappointed. In all honesty rather than being a bar I and others including some staff would rather describe it as a tourist trap scamming people. If I could give it a negative score I would. Worse spend money in my life.

Really good night out! Karaoke is amazing and the prices are reasonable. on a plus side I lost my phone there and the staff found it and mailed it back to Newcastle on a next day special delivery.

Nice bar but it can get extremely busy. This makes it difficult to get on the karaoke. It's usually around an hour or more wait to get on so you usually end up spending loads on drinks before you even get a look in (maybe not so bad if you need a bit of dutch courage!) 😂

THIS was my best night out in Liverpool forget electric forget levels come here it's sooooooo much fun not only that the DJ found my debit card and very kindly announced it the karoke is top notch I loved every minute

Not to pleased as one of our party had a go singing. While we watched them our drinks were taken by the staff and the table was cleared. We had 4 almost full pints of beer so they were obviously not finished with.

It took a while to get on the mic, but was decent. Good night out 👌

Great bar - staff were lovely, having a sing was great fun, atmosphere was great too! I reccomend for the light hearted and fun out there!!

Cheap pints and polite staff but if you want a go on the karaoke you will be waiting a while.

Went to Liverpool to visit to a mate down tjere from Newcastle me and my mate popped in and I did a couple of songs. Staff all really friendly, especially the MC. Great atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit singin or not.

Spent several hours here with a group of friends, as I have done before now, and yet again the majority of the night was song I've barely heard off, and none of our requests happened. Would avoid.

It is an international karaoke bar and I went here a few times. The staff are very friendly, and the bar has a good vibe. If I have one complaint, it would be that the quality of the microphone is not very good.

Website outdated Or false advertising? None of the offers on the website were available in the bar. The website states 4 bottles of bud £10 3 vks £5 2 double vodkas £5 The prices I paid. £5 double vodka £5 vks
