Came in to buy a new galaxy Tab ultra, tried to get the attention off staff to no avail. Seems like chatting between themselves is more important. Managed to purchase one from elsewhere.

Currys is an excellent store with a wide variety of electronic and household products. I've had great experiences shopping there, thanks to their impressive selection and the convenience of their locations. The customer service has been consistently helpful, and the quality of the products I've purchased has been top-notch. I highly recommend Currys to anyone looking for quality electronics and appliances.

Immature, inattentive, unprofessional and clearly ineffectively managed staff. 5 staff members chatting and giggling at the till whilst the only customer stands there totally bewildered. Looking at previous reviews this isn't an isolated incident. Something needs to change here, whether that be staff or management ?

Don't really like big shops like this, didn't have what was on offer, they never do. Somehow they always manage to have the more expensive option. Misleading advertising

I don’t think they wanted to sell anything in store, it took two attempts and a hell of a long wait, granted it was around 7pm on. Thursday we went in, the staff in the store seems to want to do anything but serve customers

The service and attention shown by the staff was exceptional particularly one member of staff who couldn't help enough.

I bought a LG washing machine and Beko dryer and I paid for installation and the workers just came to my house and did not install it and left the two machines in the middle of my kitchen. The guy said he would come back in a fews days because he needed an additional part but never came back. I rang curry complaining and they said no1 was booked in to come back and that he should have installed the two items. He lied to me the prick

Saddiqa at Rochdale branch was amazing. I was having difficulty connecting to Creation finance. She rang them for me and after a while my problem was resolved. Excellent customer service from Saddiqa.

Belinda is by far the best customer assistant I have ever dealt with in any store. She spotted me and before i could even ask she was asking how she could help me. She went the extra mile and help us explore the right options for us. She was efficient and helpful. I don't normally go away from a store and write reviews but I was that blown away her professionalism I just had to.

Confirmation that we're all numbers and no longer customers. Great staff and instore service, but software prevented me from actually purchasing goods and they were just as frustrated as I was. Spent 3 hours in store working with the manager and their staff trying to get the computer to say "yes" and in the end, 2 iPhones and accessories sitting on the counter, credit approved: shook hands and walked out with nothing. They didn't make a sale, Argos got my money. Made a complaint afterwards and got a "sorry". Curry's sales staff, Creation underwriters, Curry's complaints team, all working separately and achieving nothing - no sale, no satisfaction (for me or them), no change in process to improve. Only Argos benefitted. Retail shopping is dead I'm afraid (at Curry's anyway).
