    4. Some may suggest this next point petty but considering the high price ranges for this place I think it's quite justified. After asking for a coffee which I received, just as I go to take a sip I notice quite a considerable sized chip around the edge of not just my saucer but my cup! Is this place trying to injure me so I pay for some extra medical help I'm wondering? I pretend to ignore this because I wouldn't like to make a fuss but needless to say I set my coffee aside to avoid any further detriment to my health! 5. Whilst I wait patiently I decide to ponder some of the reading material sitting on the table. I'm reading one of their pamphlets which quite honestly looked as though it had been designed by my youngest child as the printing was faded and the design running over the edges. Obviously a cost effective saving for this,‘ 1 STAR COMPANY MASQUERADING AS A 5 STAR ONE’ underneath it's seemingly plush interior! As well as this I noticed a number of spelling mistakes within the text, again not a very professional company as it seems! Any designer could easily use a spell checker to correct any mistakes! 6. After my already unsettling experience, I was invited in by a doctor, I hoped. As I entered my day turned into a complete and utter nightmare!Bedroll NOT changed, syringes LEFT ASIDE, plasters LEFT ASIDE, just a general MESS! I felt like contacting the National Patient Safety Agency or Care Quality Commission immediately! To think I was going to get my children vaccinated here! Over my dead body! 7. So after my disgrace of an appointment and being told I would have my results in 2 days, another bombshell! Over a week it took to obtain my results! Not forgetting I had to chase them up as I had no contact whatsoever! This is the main reason I came to this company for a speedy turn around time which I absolutely did not receive! If these points are not a clear enough insight into why you should not step one foot over the threshold of Pall Mall Medical, then I don't know what is! I am sincerely doing this for the wellbeing of others as I would hate to think that I did not address my experience and share it to avoid an adult or child being harmed or mistreated as a result of the mistakes of others! I hope this message is received knowing that I am a laid back, easy-going mother who will always ensure the well-being of my children and family.

    First things first! What an absolute appalling, disgusting, fake and most importantly, unsafe place to take yourself or another person for medical assistance! I am a women in my middle-age who has children and a family, all with healthy lifestyles. I would never in my wildest dreams recommend this place to anyone that even slightly thinks about visiting any of the Pall Mall Medical centres for any sort of reason, never mind for medical help! I'm never the type of person to write a bad review on somewhere based on trivial issues because nothing in this world is perfect, but this place gave me such a shock and freight in to how it is obviously managed from the owners right down to general managers, that I had to warn others on why they should avoid this horrific place! I will lay this out in points because unfortunately, there are that many! 1. Before I even entered the place, there was a member of staff smoking outside the entrance. Personally I do not smoke for obvious health reasons and do not condemn people who do, but to see a member of staff from a medical clinic smoking right outside straight away degrades the type of service you are going to receive. The worst thing about this situation was that the member of staff walked back in and round to the desk without washing their hands. So that's the hygiene part of a supposedly “5 star clinic” straight out the window! I can't imagine what the rest of the place is like! 2. After entering the clinic to be addressed by the receptionists, who in fairness where polite and generous, I was directed to the seating area. Whilst waiting in the seating area a man appeared behind the reception who I could hear giving instructions to the receptionists. Firstly I couldn't work out who he was in relation to the business but after doing some research on this place after this terrible visit, I figure he must be some kind of Manger as he appears in pictures online with what look like his parents. Now this is one of the worst things about my experience. The way in which he addressed the receptionists was so rude and condescending that I nearly stood up and said something although it's not my place. I work for a corporate company who treat all members of staff fairly and as equals which is how it should be. Well this, what I can only describe as a young man, did not have any rapport or inclination in how to treat his members of staff through his mannerisms and his tone of voice. I suspect that this young man has never been given any training or has not been taught by his parents in how you address people in general never mind your own colleagues, in the workplace! Another point about this is that I feel if the manager was giving some sort of important instructions that it should be done in private and not out front for all the customers to see! 3. So after the rude manager left, leaving the other members of staff looking quite miserable to be honest, there then appeared the smoking member of staff who left again and surprise surprise lit up another cigarette just as he stepped foot out the front door! I wonder if he actually contributes to the company considering all these smoke breaks! The young manager appears again and may I add not addressing myself or the other unlucky patients waiting with any sort of greeting or introductions but instead I hear him turn to the receptionists to ask them if they have offered anyone any refreshments! So why can't this man offer us any refreshments considering his colleagues where both clearly busy, one on a phone call and the other addressing some paperwork? The receptionists did in fact offer me refreshments as I entered to which I declined and shortly after to which I agreed. continued in next post.... (would give 0 stars but google didn't allow)

    Booked and gave a deposit to get my ears syringed yesterday . Turned up to my appointment early, to be sat waiting and to be told that no one was available to do it. I was then made an appointment in Manchester. I left to drive to Manchester straight away, with an appointment booked. After an hour drive, and another hour wait, I was again told nobody was available to do it. So I was then told to go elsewhere in rush hour traffic, another 40 minutes drive and another 30 minute wait!! It was finally done!!! Complete waste of my day off work and a waste of petrol!!! Useless!!!

    Had a terrible experience at pall mall liverpool. The doctor dont care about their patient and speaking as a self-paying patient who expected a good treatment. the never gave feedback after running tests for weeks but ensure you never missed a payment. Not recommended for self paying patients.

    They are clearly only after your money, paid for my Nan to have a gp appointment due to the waiting time at her standard gp being ridiculous and she needed urgent medication, expecting to get a prescription for her but instead the dr she spoke to basically said she couldn’t do anything even with her test results in front of her! Absolute waste of time and money!

    I received an excellent service from Pall Mall Medical in Liverpool from my initial contact to my procedure. I wanted a mole removed from my face so was concerned about issues with scaring and problems that may arise.The staff were always very helpful and pleasant to speak too if I had any issues or queries leading up to my procedure. The doctor performing the removal was very understanding and explained the procedure and any issues that may occur fully to me. The removal was performed with no trouble and I found it very painless. The doctor then explained to me in detail so I knew what to expect during the healing and aftercare process. I had the removal performed a month ago and the area is healing well and I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you.

    Really helpful and friendly staff! I'm not a patient but work in the building opposite, I'm a diabetic and at lunch time I discovered I had left my needles at home. I asked the staff at Pall Mall Medical if they could help to save me a significant journey home and back to work, they were happy to help and referred me to a doctor within 10-15 minutes of arriving and provided me with needles so I could take my insulin! As stated lovely staff and they couldn't be more helpful!

    I have been coming to Pall Mall Medical for years now. I work close by and travel a lot for business. I often visit for travel vaccinations and have had a couple of annual health screens too. Every time I come in, the reception staff make me feel right at home. They know exactly how I even take my tea (two sugars, one milk!) I've not met the manager yet, but I've spoken to him on the phone a couple of times - just to book appointments and things. He's always really helpful (I think his name is Jed?) I've just brought my son and daughter in for their Men B jabs last week - the nurse was absolutely lovely. They even gave my children a sticker each for being brave (although my older son thought he was "too cool" to wear it! - he did happily eat the sweets though!) Pall Mall really goes out of the way to look after me and now my family - tea, coffee, sweets, stickers and excellent customer service. I'd recommend Pall Mall to anyone - in fact I regularly do just that

    I went months ago to have a nevus removed from my scalp in the front area, the procedure went well, at first I wasn’t very happy because I had stitches on that area,and I was bald for a while there, I had other nevuses removed in the past with no stitches. Luckily the hair grew back, and the stitches are now not visible and there is no bald in my head. I am quite happy with how everything went.

    Superb clinic and hospital in St Helens. Had really good care through my gynaecomastia surgery. Nurses were excellent and really looked after me. Room was spotless and had a TV too! Surgery went well and ive had follow up appointments to see the Surgeon and Nurses regularly too. Nearly fully healed, barely see any scaring and love my new flatter chest. No need to feel embarrassed with my top off anymore. Mr Krishnan was top class, thanks to all the staff too. Highly recommend Pall Mall Cosmetics.

    5 stars in every possible way. Sam booked me in perfectly, helped by Catherine. Athina lovely on the reception when I arrived. And of course Dr Brink was amazing. Perfect health screening experience. My colleague just had a heart attack last month - completely unexpected. So my boss arranged for 10 of us to have screens at Pall Mall. Would highly recommend. My wife is really happy that I got the all clear too!

    Had an appointment over my hay fever. It went really well and from reception desk to seeing the doctor, I had a warm and friendly greeting. The booking team fit me in during my lunch break so I could pop in whilst not taking any time off work. Was given lots of options but chose the injection and 3 days later, its really working. Still got itchy eyes, but my throat, chest and nose all feeling much better. Thanks Pall Mall, Tina xxx

    Really pleasant location in recently built premises off Old Hall Street in Liverpool. The staff are friendly and welcoming and it feels less like a health setting than it does a hotel, if I’m honest. Very quickly seen and assessed and, in my case, updated on next steps which were adhered to perfectly at my next appointment. Can’t fault any aspect. Faultless

Perfect Attentiveness of nurse.. Perfect Knowelsge of Mr maiti.. Perfeft Value for money.. Perfect Experience in gynaecology clinic.. Perfect Everything..     Absolutely terrible service from start to finish and after a two hour round trip they just flatly tell me the appointment was cancelled. I had an Appointment reminder yesterday yet no message to say it was cancelled. I’ve had daily “payment reminders” after clearing the invoice within hours of receiving it. It’s clear that these clowns have no care for patients only cash and taking advantage of people. Stay clear!!

    It was Embarrassing for me, not informative for both of us. Save your money & trust the NHS. You get as much information from a NHS MRI scan, I booked my daughter in for a scan & booked one for myself, hoping to get a more in depth survey & report on both our long lasting spinal conditions. My daughter (39 yr old) had to strip to the waist, in front of the male operative (mid 20s) & myself, I had to look beyond my daughter to see what the operative was doing. There was never any offer of a female chaperone. Half the time the operative wasn't sure what he was saying & changed his mind, then changed it back again. The operative never introduced himself & was vague with instructions. All we got that we didn't get with the NHS, were sheets of paper with squiggly lines or blocks of colour, that weren't explained clearly & showed the curvature of my spine in a different place that my previous MRI showed. At the end I was about to go out of the room, to pay at the reception, which has been the norm at previous Private consults I have attended, when the operative said "You pay here and because the company is Irish based it will be Euro's).

    Me and my dad went for the FCE scan and I have to say I was very disappointed, the person doing the scan didn't seem very professional and it wasn't very good on keeping your dignity, a case of close your eyes or turn your back. On getting the details of the scan, the person didn't really go into much detail and just read of the print out, I was given exercises that are the same as what my physio gave me, definitely not worth the money at all

    Went for a blood test at the newton le willows clinic in the morning. I explained the urgency of getting the results and the nurse said she would explain this to the lab, I wasn't expecting much but I got the results 4 hours later! Will definitely use again, hopefully the Liverpool clinic won't be shut for long

    Hello, the story begins with the desire to have a smaller breast ... and looking, and looking I came across a surgeon, Mr Ram Prasan,I have no words to describe the patience and experience he has this men,answer to all my questions, I have no words to describe the experience, the best ...     I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the biggest waste of time ever. Paid £225 for a blood test to test for allergies, only to be sent a skimpy paragraph with numerical figures and little to no information. In order for me to understand my test results, I am being told I need to pay extra to speak to a GP. Just take all my money why don’t you? Absolute rip off! Please reconsider your services. Itohan.

    Extremely happy with the assistance I have experienced during my last visit in Pall Mall Medical in Liverpool to treat my knee injury. Everything was spotless starting from the registration process and the appointment itself. I was positively shocked that I was treated by my former doctor from my GP Practice, Dr Kevin Renton. I highly recommend this clinic. The staff, patient coordinators and doctors are 6 out of five stars! Many thanks, guys!

    We’re do I start.. bought a groupon voucher for mri scan, phoned up have them it waiting like 3 days for them to redeem it, then was gettin email an phone calls asking all questions as if the voucher wasn’t mine.. then also asked was it with my bank card I bought it off.. not only tha waited another 2 days for doctor to call me bk to transfer me to them.. get to the desk rudely asked to put a mask covering on, all though 3 ladies behind the desk wasn’t wearing any.. soons got in there was rushed from the start to finish no communication wot so ever about any off the procedure.. ladie didn’t wait to see me go still haven’t had my results after 5 days.. not returning my emails either.. I’d say if u want to go private go somewere else terrible service..

    really good experience here.came in for mole removal and assessment. within 2 days I got an appointment (they did offer the same day but I was away with my kids when I rang to enquire). soon as I arrived, really friendly receptionist.the doctor was really good, assured me it wasn't anything to worry about but sent it to the lab just to be on the safe side then the mole was removed and has healed really nicely. just got my results back a few hours ago and really pleased I'm all clear would recommend

    We use Pall Mall every time we have a health issue with anybody onboard our work boats. When you need rapid access to a GP clinic - morning, noon or night, Pall Mall are the only ones we can rely on to fit us in. We have limited time in port and one call is all it takes. Sam and Vlad are so nice whenever we need to book an appointment. Their doc's are polite and helpful, and weve had check ups, medicines or whatever we need done there and then. Cant fault them really... (maybe a newspaper or two in your reception would help lol). Tobias

    CANNOT FAULT AT ALL! amazing from the helpful woman who took my call to the receptionist who greeted me and made me feel welcome to the gynaecologist Mr Maiti who was absolutely wonderful! Mr. Maiti listened to every concern I had and helped me through each point. I had minor surgery a week later and now I'm 4 weeks post op and am feeling no pain and no embarassment I'vr already recommended Pall Mall and Mr maiti to anyone who asks Holly x

    Had an upper abdominal MRI scan at the Newton Le Willows centre after experiencing pain in this area. As I have had previous scans in the past I e mailed Amanda Webster and Bev Whittle who are the ladies who deal with booking of the scans and getting the results back to you. I contacted both Amanda and Bev on the Wednesday and between them they managed to arrange a Dr telephone consultation and get the MRI booked for the very next day which was amazing. At the scan I was greeted by both Amanda and Bev with huge smiles and was treated like a friend more than a patient or customer. The lady who completed my MRI scan was a lady called Jen who I think would have a smile on her face if you told her the world was ending. If Jen cannot make you feel at ease nobody can. My scan took 20 minutes and I was off on my way home to wait for the results which came through to me by e mail on the following Wednesday which showed everything was fine. To summarise it took 1 week in total from me contacting Amanda and Bev at Pall Mall Medical to getting my results back. Unbelievable friendly and professional service from Pall Mall and especially from Amanda,Bev and Jen. A massive thanks to these 3 ladies. In a seperate episode I had some bloods taken and another thanks goes to Jordan who ensured my results were received within the time frame of 24 hours. When I need medical assistance I contact Pall Mall Medical before my GP for that piece of mind in a very quick turnaround of time.

    Would strongly recommend. Wanted to book an MRI scan and had been messed around on the NHS and at a couple of other local private places I read the great reviews online and my colleague had recommended pall mall in the past for wart removal i called up to enquire about a scan and their lovely doctor called me the same day to go over my medical history and most suitable option for mee after a couple of hours, the imaging department gave me a call and confirmed the date of my scan for the next day i went over to their hospital, had some lovely coffee whilst i waited. i arrived 30 minutes early as i dint want to get lost. they were great, the lady doing the scan was running ahead of schedule so she really kindly took me in for my scan 20 minutes before my booked time! the report came back a couple of days later and was really well detailed I would recommend 100% to all my friends and family

    My enquiry was dealt with promptly and efficiently. I had all the relevant information required to make an informed decision on whether to have the hayfever injection. I decided to have it and an appointment was made around my availability. The clinic was spotless and reception staff were really helpful and professional. The dr was really friendly and informative. I was given good aftercare advice and felt comfortable leaving knowing what to expect. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back for my next injection next year.

    Seen a private GP for the Kenalog Hay Fever Injection last week - It was amazing. My brain fog has cleared and my runny nose, itchy eyes and sore throat all but gone. Last week I was stuck working in my house and now I feel I can go out again and play with my son in the garden. Clinic was convenient in the city centre, I got a same-day appointment and the GP and staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend in an instant for anybody else suffering with Hay Fever as bad as me. Get yourself booked in with Pall Mall Medical.

    First appointment today, I was little nervous but staff and doctor were fantastic, and it could not of gone better. Also worth noting I have a slight disability which proved no obstacle here. I was very impressed with my treatment from reception to leaving and highly recommend this practice.

    Very nice place to visit, very comfortable and friendly, staff are lovely and the doctors are so attenative and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service, this is my fourth consultation, but for varying things that my own GP had misdiagnosed over the past five years, no need to suffer when you can visit Pall Mall, I went in miserable and anxious and came out relieved and happy.............Thank you ever so much

😠 I’ve changed my previous rating to one star since they removed the e-consult option. At least back then you could fill a form for non-urgent enquiries and wait 24-48 hours. Worked amazingly well. Now you start raining at 08:00, you get to speak to someone at 08:30, and you’re asked to ring at 08:00...
