The
students
and
instructor
surgeons
here
were
outstanding!
Very
patient,
kind,
caring
and
professional.
Also,
the
tutors,
nurses
and
reception
staff
are
too.
An
appointment
may
run
late
or
longer
then
scheduled,
so
allow
plenty
of
time
as
they
are
really
busy
and
still
learning
although
you
wouldn't
think
it,
I
can
only
put
this
down
to
the
dedication
to
their
enthusiasm
for
their
field.
I
have
read
the
negative
reviews
written,
but
maybe
this
happened
in
the
passed
with
maybe
COVID
protocols
in
place,
or
some
miscommunication
occurred,
I
don't
know.
I
was
not
there,
but
I
didn't
see
any
hierarchy
issues
in
the
training
and
education
format,
nor
did
anyone
treat
me
with
contempt.
I
can’t
fault
the
care
given
here
I
wouldn’t
go
anywhere
else.
I
went
in
on
Wed
last,
with
a
serious
pain
in
my
last
upper
Molar
LHS.
The
first
team
analyse
the
situation
and
action
a
plan.
the
tooth
was
decayed
nearly
to
the
root.
it
way
clear
for
they
x-ray
they
took.
Amazingly,
They
managed
to
get
me
into
an
appointment
for
Friday
at
10:30
for
a
tooth
extraction.
The
procedure
didn't
go
that
smoothly,
(no
fault
of
the
surgical
crew,
just
Murphy's
law,
which
I
was
explained
pe-op
could
happen),
and
I
have
to
admit,
since
having
my
Wisdoms
pulled
at
age
12/13,
(I
cannot
quite
remember),
I'm
50
now,
I
was
nervous.
this
would
be
my
first
(awake)
one
since
However,
with
the
student's
and
instructor's
professionalism,
and
good
friendly
attitude,
with
a
bit
of
humour
thrown
in
(Humour
can
be
the
best
medicine),
they
had
my
relaxed
in
no
time
at
all.
My
hats
go
of
to
these
people.
In
my
opinion,
it
was
the
best
experience
at
a
dental
clinic
in
my
life.
A
special
note
of
thanks
goes
out
to
the
Instructor
Surgeon.
She
did
look
somewhat
tired
at
the
end,
but
i
can
understand
this.
The
crown
broke
off,
the
molar
had
4,
not
3
roots,
it
took
about
over
1
hour
to
complete
the
procedure,
so
from
the
bottom
of
my
heart,
thank
you
to
everyone
who
participated.
