I cannot possibly articulate how amazing the Ear Wax Specialist is. There aren’t enough stars in the sky let alone the 5 I have an option of giving on this review! Mr Karim is the epitome of an excellent clinical specialist, with a reassurance and expertise that you can’t put a price on. The clinic is plush and spotless, the treatment is painless and quick. I had a totally blocked ear for 3 days and within minutes I could hear again. I feel elated. Thank you so much, you deserve a knighthood to audiology services .....

I went to verwood clinic for wax removal Katherine removed my wax from both ears It was painless very quick and she removed a lot of wax especially from one ear my right The process was comfortable and pain free I can now hear much better and can enjoy swimming without hearing loss I would recommend this treatment highly affective quick pain free and the results are amazing Thank you so much

My GP diagnosed ear wax as the cause of my hearing loss so I booked an appointment at the Ear Wax clinic in Sutton Coldfield. I am very happy with the treatment, done very professionally and quickly. I called for a local appointment, however none available for a few days, but they called me back quickly & offered a same day appointment within 15 miles away, so i saw Mr Karim at Kings Heath on the same day, who was very polite, quick & professional, i would highly recommend this service to anyone with an ear wax issue. A very gentle & painless procedure.

I rang for an appointment to have my daughter's ears cleared of wax and she had it done that evening in Bolton, Lancs. The service was superb and Martin, who has been doing this for 20 years, was just excellent. He answered all of my questions, was personable, making my daughter feel completely at ease, and made a difficult job look simple. The result is that my daughter can hear clearly again and is surprised by the extent to which the wax had muffled her hearing. I can't recommend Martin highly enough and I'm truly grateful for the great service provided by all.

Audiologist from Walmley pharmacy didn't arrive when expected. Came 20 mins later post me calling him. Was here for 5 minutes maximum and said there was no wax to remove but wanted £60 payment for full service. He debated that he had visited my house but this was at his request as he had no room for us to visit. He said he can't give medical advice but then said he was charging for his medical advice! His advice was to visit our doctor! He insisted I had to pay so accepted £40 payment when I refused to pay the full price. Total RIP off!!!!

Had my first ever ear wax removal today at the Christchurch, Dorset clinic. Henry took care of me. He was really clear in his explanation of what would happen, took great care to make sure I felt comfortable at all times and did a really brilliant job. Very grateful.

I had new hearing aids fitted today, but my L ear was full of wax. A same day appointment was made for me and the task was completed quickly and efficiently. My hearing is now perfect. The service is great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Profiteering from a crumbling NHS. Having worked & paid NI & taxes for over 45 years I either pay you £75 for what was once a NHS procedure, or suffer. Disgraceful, immoral.

Called on a Sunday afternoon, appointment made for 09.00 the next day. Arrived promptly, explained the procedure and commenced. The right ear was quite difficult as the wax was hard but after a quick squirt with olive oil the wax came out. The left ear was easier as I had put some olive oil down it on Saturday as it was causing me problems. That took about 30 seconds as opposed to 3 or 4 minutes with the other ear. Money well spent and would recommend to anyone.
