The
clubs
saving
grace
is
the
space
and
relative
amount
of
equipment.
The
biggest
disappointment
was
that
over
the
lock-down,
nothing
was
fixed
or
restored
or
even
cleaned
properly.
On
return,
there
where
carabiner
clips
missing
from
the
cable
machines,
ripped
leather
on
benches
etc,
dust
on
the
clocks
and
sills..
Weight
plates
not
organised
onto
the
racks
-
now
I
understand
this
is
as
much
members
responsibility
as
staff
but
over
the
lock-down
it
would
have
been
easy
to
achieve.
The
air
conditioning
keeps
breaking
and
the
humidity
from
the
pools
on
top
of
more
humid
days
we've
had
recently
have
made
the
gym
quite
stagnant
and
hot
while
training,
can
be
unpleasant.
The
staff
turnover
in
the
past
has
been
a
lot,
the
current
staff
are
a
real
50/50
bunch.
They
could
remember
that
this
is
a
client-facing
role
and
it
is
not
difficult
to
smile
and
interact
every
so
often.
Even
tidying
weights
away
and
making
sure
areas
are
safe,
only
seems
to
be
a
job
responsibility
for
new
staff
until
they
are
comfortable
enough
to
sit
behind
the
front
desk,
restock
the
fridge
or
wander.
Honestly,
it
could
be
a
fantastic
facility,
deep
clean
-
including
sills,
clocks,
roof
beams,
repair
and
lubricate
the
broken
equipment
and
fix
the
air
con.
I'd
suggest
the
staff
could
also
do
from
better
management,
but
without
knowing
the
inner
workings
this
is
just
an
assumption
-
they
fix
these
the
price
is
justified
if
not
more.
Incredible,
the
inconsistency
between
Total
Fitness'
in
my
experience,
Wilmslow
is
fantastic,
Prenton
Acceptable,
Chester
questionable.
