Totally disgusted with them. Closed in October and my son is still waiting for a refund, even though email said it would be sorted end of november. Going to small claims court now and local newspaper

Generally poor management. my Issue is the fact that the spinning class is in the general cardio area and the ignorant SOB think that the louder the music the better work out. But with the recorded sound placing everybody's ears in danger and the fact if you are doing cardio. your own sound system is drowned out by the spinning music. 24/7 have given notice that they are abandoning the club and that PureGym will take over. Thank God a professional club is moving in.

Visited the place to join it. Really massive and excellent variety of machines and really spacious. Never busy and the best feature is it's a 24/7 gym in a nice area with free and big car park. Showers and changing rooms need more cleaning and looked after.

Jesus where do I start. I had been a member of this facility for approx 20 years before 24/7 took over and I noted general contempt for the members by the company. Equipment out of date and falling apart, people raising money for charity - they didn’t want to know and on Fridays you would leave with your ears bleeding after the spinning class for the hard of hearing. The studio space was kept padlocked for some unexplained reason and any issues raised fell on deaf ears. Having been a member for so long I expected customer service to enquire the reason why I was leaving, but nothing just tumbleweed. Then surprise, they pull out of the facility. If this company disappears down the toilet they only have themselves to blame.

Visited recently whilst on holiday and will definitely use next time I’m back in the UK. The gym is well equipped, clean, reasonably priced and the staff were all friendly. Keep up the good work guys, see you at Christmas.

Been going here for quite some time and a good place to workout.. few issues with some of the equipment being a little tired for example the rowing machines, also not a fan of the studio being extended and then for classes only when only used approx 20% of the time for classes.

Normally brilliant. Bought a day pass a week ago. Tried to register at the entrance to find out it expired. Rang reception for over 10 minutes without getting anyone's attention. Geared more towards monthly members. Ended up leaving the gym.

Great gym if you're looking for cheap and cheerful, lots of parking and not too busy most of the time! Staff were really friendly too!

I enjoyed going to Fitness First Bromborough. I had only been to a Woman only gym before so I wasn't sure how I would feel with it being a mix of men and women but once I was there and using the machines I felt silly to have worried. If anyone is thinking of joining a gym then please try Fitness First Bromborough you won't be disappointed.

A decent enough gym in terms of all basic equipment you would need - it's there. PTs are friendly and easy going. However, equipment is very much outdated. I used to train here as a student when I worked on the Croft, and i have to say that the equipment is unfortunately much the same. Cleanliness during a time of covid is also an issue - this gym claims to deep clean, yet I've noticed the same old dirt and cobwebs in the exact same corners of the gym since they reopened - not exactly the reassurance people need.

You get what you pay for to be fair. But they could at least turn the air con or fan on, gets really hot in there. And they need to clean the bottle holder sections on the treadmill.. dirty.

Brilliant gym. Great staff and friendly PT's. Massive range of equipment all in good condition. What more could you want.

Their regular. Never feel out of place ..nobody looks at you ..you can get in your zone without a problem and feeling uncomfortable.. great place to wind down from a hectic day in work .👊💪💪👊💪👊

As a member of many years, I have always found the staff to have a warm and friendly manner, who always welcome you into the gym with a smile, and are always willing to help and listen, We also have lovely members, great gym and some great classes, which is the reason I stay with the gym, and have recommended the gym many times to others who have also joined.

Fantastic Value gym with great classes and facilities. The changing rooms are what lets it down but if they got some decent cleaning staff in the club would be perfect.

i made an official complaint, management ignored this on many occasions after i provided more than enough evidence, instead of working 2gether 2 resolve the issues their responce is 2 threaten me with the police, so as it stands im taking legal action as i am at a loss, i have evidence that is undeniable, yet its covered up and unresolved, its a shame as before this i was recommending this gym 2 everyone and couldn't of faulted it. poor customer service, no policies or processes r followed 4 the protection of the members. such a disappointment when u go there 2 motivate ur mind and body but lose ur last bit of confidence because of an unprofessional member of their staff.

A few times I have been to the gym late evening, after using the finger scanner to enter the gym the doors have failed to open. I have ask members of staff to help with why this keeps happening and have called the support team who said wait until tomorrow. Nothing has been done about this still and all I want to do is go into the gym that I pay for. All they keep saying is sorry but I just want answers and to be able to go to the gym.

Great gym! Plenty of equipment, cheap prices and great staff. Recently changed to 24hr a day!!!!!! Lacking in a pool but you cant complain for the price

I joined this Gym and paid up the full year. They took my money and they sold up 2 weeks later. Tell me they didn't know they'd be closing 2 weeks after taking my hard earned money. Plenty of emails saying I was in a queue and it would be sorted. I have tried and tried but they refuse to answer now. Although £120 may not seem like a lot of money to some people, it was a lot for me. Hope the owners sleep well at night, NOT.
