Awesome gym. Never fool, always can find peace of equipment u need. Good price. No contract option. Unfortunately I live to far.

Cannot fault this place for value for money, especially if you're a regular gym user. I go here about 4 times per week so I'm effectively paying about 50p per workout! The place is modern and clean with good, helpful staff, lots of machines to go around and plenty parking. HOWEVER...parking is the biggest issue. Not in terms of numbers of spaces, in terms of the company that the landlord of the building has employed to police the car park. It's a company called Premier Park and they have now sent me TWO parking fines for using the gym car park (which is part of the membership) even though I proved both times that I was in attendance at the gym at the time. The latest fine is £100 and I can't get them to see that they've made an error and that I was using the gym at the time. I've heard others say the same thing. Premier Park just issue fines randomly to cars parked at the gym (even if you've signed in) to make money out of people. You'll need to consider this as there's no way of fighting them. It's left me in a position whereby I'm having to cancel my membership at the end of the month unfortunately. Worth considering. Xercise4Less really need to speak to the landlord and get this sorted asap as I know others that are either afraid of attending the gym or are cancelling their membership for the same reason, including some friends of mine.

Good range of equipment and helpful staff. The price is as cheap as it can be, which is a bonus. Lots of options for personal training, groups and classes. The female only section seems to be a great addition. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a gym!

Would be a great gym if it was maintained. The flooring is all over the place and how they haven't been sued by someone tripping is beyond me. They're constantly short of little things like the clips and handles for the cables making the equipment useless. When something breaks you can say good bye to it for a good few months. The only good things about the gym are the staff, the price and that the gym is kept very clean and has a decent atmosphere but for what's its worth I'm just going to join pure gym, I've been a member here since its opened but I've had enough of the irritating little things that could so easily be rectified.

Great gym. Me and my partner love coming here we come 4/5 times a week. But we have recently started to mix up what we do in the gym and find it very hard to find medicine balls when we want them. There is one in the whole of the gym which is only 5kg (perfect for my Mrs but I would like a 10kg maybe 15kg)

Just joined. Very friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped no frills gym. Clean and tidy. Good opening hours. Good size car park and plenty of reminders in the gym to key in your number plate to avoid parking fines.

Great gym, not new but has everything that you would need. Could benefit with some air conditioning during the summer period and there are times that some of the classes use equipment from the main area which can be a pain sometimes. This gym has its own Womens area and changing rooms with showers and lockers. One of the cheapest gyms in Wigan but by no means is the price reflective of the standard of the gym.

The gym has so much choice not just the traditional free weights but the boxing ring and bags ,the spinning bikes etc ...you never have to queue for a machine even at peek times. The free classes are excellent. The gym itself have friendly helpful staff, it is well maintained, clean including the changing room. I personally have tried other gyms and none have ever matched Xercise4less.
